I enjoy working out and over the last months had to limit my workouts due to the pain. After visiting Yasmin she released a significant amount of tension I had on the back of my neck and from my back she uniquely maneuvered my left arm outward. I felt an enormous release during and after the session thankfully reaching my sinus headache as well. I still feel some discomfort and feel my sinus acting up but I don't think my issues are a one visit deal. I am already looking at my calendar to visit Yasmin in the upcoming days. She has such a calming yet energetic presence. So restorative and peaceful. Surprised the one negative review- but one thing to keep in mind is that they do have a start time and may lock the door for safety once the class starts. There's a bell at the street entrance if you need it. It's a small studio so they don't use a front desk person- you buy your ticket online and the instructor greets you.
