The Lie: They tell you that if you buy your own modem and return the modem they rented to you, you will save $10 on your bill (there is a $10 equipment fee on your bill if you use their modem). I spent $170 on a new modem thinking it would pay for itself after a while. These jack-offs take the 10$ fee off your bill and then jack up your price $10, claiming that you no longer qualify for the savings under the original agreement. lying bastards! All while keeping my goals and objective in mind. He never once tried to steer me to what was most beneficial for him. I was seriously considering changing carriers. I ended up staying with Verizon Wireless due to Arthur's evaluation of my needs. My activation process was a DREAM with Jan.
