All went good with that…read more We've been trying for a week to get someone, anyone, at this company to call us back or book an appointment or act like they are in business at all with zero response. All we wanted was a maintenance call for what we thought was a full tank. Husband has called at least three or four times M-F during business hours and left messages, some labeled urgent and still --- nothing. If you want someone who will call you back or have a person answer the phone who can assist you with scheduling or relaying information either way, find another company. I'm not sure if it's the answering service that is the problem, or if it's the company itself that is the problem, but not being able to contact someone at all in a week's time is unacceptable. We called another company who said we have a different issue (not a full tank) which SHOULD be covered by our installers.....too bad we can't get them on the phone or in person. Find someone else to do business with.

It needed replacement because valve bracket was broken. He estimated around $350 and had to go get the parts. Before he left he fixed leaky sink #1. We told them the issue and they walked through. The one doing all of the talking said several times how this is 'bad, horrible.' And that was 'not up to Code' and 'who would do something like this!?' His tone was very negative and being a person who tries to be respectful of everyone I found it very hard to let him continue berating our home. When he was done our estimate was anywhere from $1500 to $9000 depending on the items they repaired. There was no measuring other than guesstimating. There were a lot of numbers being thrown out and we have no idea how he even came up with them. So, no follow up, a guessing game of numbers as to the total $ and an over all negative attitude really left me with a bad feeling about them.
