After reading a few reviews, I decided to give them a try. Upon scheduling the appointment, the customer service agent sent me the name and photo of the plumber who would be coming out. That was a nice touch, it made me feel more at ease knowing who to look out for. The plumber, Taylor, was efficient and clearly explained each task he'd be performing. He wore booties in my home and left the bathtub area clean when he was done. The entire job took less than 30 minutes. In total, I paid around $85, money well spent!

After hearing the totality of our dealings with the finicky water heater he suggested a few possible solutions. We decided to fully replace the unit. This consultation happened at 2pm. By 6pm we had a fully new unit, clean, dry, working. So obviously I haven't seen my husband for a "hot" minute as he's "testing" the shower water but we both expect to see Jose on Tuesday to install the water softener we had been wanting. All joking aside Jose was timely, knowledgeable, cost efficient, fast, respectful and self sufficient. He was easy to understand and communicated very well (we non plumbers could easily grasp his point). In these days of COVID he also was extremely careful about not touching anything in our homes and wore several different pairs of gloves.
