The chemical they use has a strong order and after 12 days I still can't get it off my floor and baseboards after trying 3 different cleaning solutions. The product gives me a headache and does NOT go away. And of course the worst room is my TV room. I have also tried ventilation and a fan (their suggestion) and obviously that doesn't remove the product. They offered no other solution, to come check it out, or expressed concern.
