He did a terrible job, crack was still very visible!! I called and got a quote and on the phone the person said $40-45 to fix it, i showed up and he was trying to upcharge it to $50 and then i had mentioned that I called before heading there and that the quote that I got was only $40-$45 and so he said he'll honor it for $40, I then showed him the printed coupon of $10 that can be found on the website to use and he said okay. So my total should've been $30. After he finished repairing it, HE WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME $40 plus the so called processing fee of $3 and which brings my total to $43. WHEN WE HAD AGREED ON $30 (with the $10 off on crack repair coupon) BEFORE HE EVEN STARTED FIXING THE CRACK. He wouldn't budge and stick to the price we had agreed on and so I just paid the $38. Company was hired to repair our windshield. Company claims in numerous locations on their website that they offer a "lifetime guarantee". 27 days after repair, there is a new crack on the windshield. Company sends a representative out to our house to inspect if the crack is caused by "new damage". The representative does not alert us when he arrives, but rather immediately goes to our car and starts touching without our consent. During this period we have no way of knowing what the representative was doing. We then notice the representative's presence and go out to speak with him. He immediately claims that he found "new damage" located under the hard plastic protective covering of the windshield. We informed the representative that is not possible, the car (Cadillac XT5 SUV) has not been driven recently due to the increase in gas prices. Representative claims that an "act of god" must of happened. We then call the manager (full name unknown), the manager repeats the "act of god" phrasing and claims it is new damage. He says we should refer to the warranty as it does not cover any new damage to the glass. The issue we have with this is the "new damage" is completely covered by a protective covering. There is no way for us to know if this damage existed at the time of repair. We also have no way of knowing if the representative caused the "new damage", because he started touching our car without our consent or awareness when he arrived. We believe that being that it is only 27 days since the windshield was repaired, the odds would point to the damage being preexisting. Additionally, we believe the company has misrepresented their warranty on their website. Company never provided us with a written copy of the warranty as the website states. Company instead had us sign a document on a small electronic device that apparently included a warranty disclaimer that waives our right to warranty. Company never advised that this disclaimer was present verbally or via any other means, and disclaimer was not visible at time of signature. Company has misrepresented the warranty on their website, and also mislead us that our signature was only for payment, not for warranty disclaimer. read more

They did it in a couple of minutes and it looked great. I would highly recommend my friends or family members to come here if they had a rock or any chip that needed to be repaired. I came to the Spring Cypress location (across Discount Tire) with Jordan Johnson. I had a rock chip slightly bigger than a nickel size, and the technician did an awesome job. Although you can still see a slightly tiny ding, it is no longer an eyesore. It's a drastic difference. It was all covered through my insurance, so we paid nothing. This is my second visit at this location. I went years ago, first rate service then and first rate service now. The only difference is the price. I believed I paid $25-30 to fix one chip then, it is more expensive now, but isn't everything? I called and spoke to the owner to make sure they open on time and the owner assured me Brandon, the experienced tech, will open on time. I arrived a few minutes after they open, boy was I glad they open on time!!! Brandon is very friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor. I had a small chip repaired on my windshield for $45 and unfortunately it looks terrible. After the initial visit, the chip appeared opaque and actually felt rough on the outside. I spoke to the owner who advised me to come back so they could take another crack at it. The second tech was able to smooth the surface but the opaque razor blade etches remain. Every chip IS different however the chip repairs I have seen have all been minimized/improved. If you value the appearance of your car I would suggest spending a little more money somewhere else. read more
