We recently finished our small family room bathroom. I couldn't find a standard shower door that would fit our small space. Lighthouse installed a new custom door and I'm very happy with it. It was easy to get an appointment with Dan for the measurements. Dan showed up on time and even texted to let me know he was on his way. He's very friendly and is a straightforward kind of guy. (I very much dislike salesman-ish full of crap kind of people, and he's NOT like that at all. It was actually nice to deal with him.) Dan knows his stuff and was able to make appropriate recommendations to me. His timeline was accurate, and the install was done to accommodate my work schedule. The installer was a GREAT guy. Everything in our new bathroom was covered and protected. Our install was complicated with some tile cuts and holes that needed to be made into glass tile. The installer was super careful to not crack my tile, and took the time to do the job the right way. He was at my house until later in the evening which I was fine with because he took great care to do a quality install. The door itself is even better than I expected. The quality of the glass is excellent. Yes, it cost a little more than I had hoped, but you get what you pay for. This company was recommended to me through our contractor and I am glad he did. Dan arrived from the company and measured out our needs. I caused some delay in making a final decision but Dan patiently waited until I was ready and then set up installation. The guys who did the installation were quite nice, polite and skilled. They provided in-depth instruction on how to care for the doors. The installation was great and the quality of doors/glass also top notch. In the weeks that followed I requested a slight stylistic change and they accommodated my request right away. Again, Dan arrived to explain our options and the guys who did the work were polite and professional. An added plus is that all of the Lighthouse shower door folks I have met are dog-friendly/dog tolerant as I have two huge puppies who believe all people who come to the house are coming to see them. So, the dogs chose to sit as job foremen and watch the work being done. No complaints from the guys...even though I know these puppies are a bit pesty. Lighthouse Shower Doors installed our frameless shower after our bathroom reno. Mary clearly explained the process and showed us all the materials so we knew what to expect. The installation went smoothly and professionally. However, we later noticed the shower door wasn't completely flush. Mary, after consulting her team, explained it was due to a bow (slight curve) in the glass, which can sometimes happen during fabrication. A replacement was immediately re-ordered and Richard and Zay installed it. Door is now perfectly flush. Richard even re-siliconed the entire shower to ensure it was fully sealed. He was extremely reassuring and truly cared that we were happy with the final result, and we were. We're glad we chose Lighthouse Shower Doors. Doug was very thorough in detailing the different types of rails and glass doors. Dan came by and took measurements and advised us to get a three panel glass door for our master bathroom. He advised us this will make it sturdier when the kids play with the door. Doug and Dan let us know it be a 4 week time frame before we get the doors. Dan, the Owner, measured and gave us some hints regarding the shower as it is a very small bathroom. Mary set up and scheduled he delivery and installation of the doors earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. Danny and Chris, the installers arrived wearing masks and laid out protective blankets on the tile work. The happily discussed how the doors would swing and took the time to show each way they could. They switched the doors so that one opens into the shower and the other one out as we preferred. June 29, 2021 I just had a shower door installed by Lighthouse. It changed the entire look of my bathroom. The two men that installed the shower door were professional and courteous.
