Before having your vehicle serviced there be sure to look for any coupons out there because they don't do the courtesy of informing you. This car was at the dealer for regular maintenance/ inspection 2weeks ago and their report stated ONLY that the wiper blades COULD be replaced. After an hour and 15 mins I took the vehicle and drove directly to the dealership where they measured the tires, which differed from the "measurement" just done at Tires Unlimited, and ordered the correct single tire for installation tomorrow, at the same price I was initially quoted by Tires Unlimited. Very disappointed that I wasted my time on a sell job and zero service. Not going back to this place.

He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. BEWARE! This place…read morehas some seriously shady business going on. We almost always go here for our oil changes and as I said in my previous review, the crew is always super nice. However, I may not be returning again. I went here this past week for a routine oil change and tail light fix. The guys were really nice and told me that everything looked great. They were even honest and didn't try to get me to buy a new filter like they usually do. When they were done with the oil change they had me start up my car and it started just fine. Then they had me shut it off again and pay. I checked out with my credit card and then they told me they were going to do the "finishing touches." I didn't know what that meant after they had told me to start my car and had me pay. After a couple of minutes the man shut my hood, opened the door for me to leave, and told me to start my car again. I turned the key in the ignition and nothing happened. NOTHING. Not the normal *click click* of a dead battery. Not any sort of sound at all. He closed the doors back up. Opened my hood back up. Hooked some sort of machine to my car and then handed me a print out that said my battery should be running at "this many so-and-so's" but it was only running at "this many so-and-so's" and he would sell me a new one today for $100+ and I could be out of there in 20 minutes. WHAT?? I have never had a problem with my car battery and my car isn't that old. I felt trapped. Here I am stuck in this lane with no way out. I don't even understand what happened and he provided no explanation other than it was just a dead battery out of no where when I happen to be in a service shop. It may have even worked because I know nothing about cars. Except I looked over at the woman who was in the car next to me and they were doing the same thing to her! She was driving a seemingly brand new looking Camry. She looked me straight in the eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and shook her head. Then I saw that the guy working at the shop was jumping her car with his own car. I told them they could do the exact same thing for me and I was getting out of there as soon as possible! He hooked my car up to his and it started right away of course. I got out of there immediately and probably will not be back. Please be sure not to fall for this scam!
