We began with the seafood salad...a delicious mix of tender squid, scungilli, octopus, and shrimp over lightly dressed arugula. It was a beautiful portion and paired perfectly with their warm focaccia and garlic infused olive oil. Then came the complimentary salads before the best grilled lamb chops entrée I've had in years. Outstanding. A full rack of tender, flavorful, juicy baby rib chops served with broccoli rabe and roasted potatoes. OMG. While devouring this meal, I was a bit without words. Did I mention it was a full rack?! We also enjoyed a bottle of their house Cabernet with dinner. Very smooth and a solid table wine for the price. It paired beautifully with the lamb, and the other entree we got...homemade fresh pasta with short rib ragu. Mozzarella sticks were the largest sticks I ever saw. The breading around them was at least 1/4" thick ,they were too big in my opinion and didn't taste good. The mozzarella inside was cold, cheese didn't even melt at all. Also ordered rice balls one very large ball and one mini ball both were cold inside. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Disappointed. They need to cook/heat their food properly.

There was a large variety of slices offered. I only problem I had was choosing because I wanted to explore them all. Caprese Slice: This slice is smothered in pesto sauce and topped with feta and chunks of tomato. You will definitely need a fork and knife to finish this wedge. Drink Angry Nonna Slice: This slice is cooked in vodka sauce, topped with pepperoni cups, and drizzled in hot chili oil. While the other slices have an appearance identical to an isosceles triangle, the nonna looks like a scalene triangle. Regardless, it is the taste, not the shape, that matters. Both slices were a home run! They had excellent undercarriage and no flop, which is why they were very crispy. The ratio of sauce was proportioned perfectly and they were loaded with toppings. I was also pleased they each slice was served on a glass plate. The interior has a nice ambiance. A small casual style dining area is off to the left of the pizzeria. The main dining room is located on the right side, where customers can order three course dinners and bring their own bottle of alcohol. Owner Andrew made me feel right at home. Then when we got home, we found that the crust was burnt. The wait happened before too, speed and efficiency is clearly not a priority. The advantage Cousins had with the convenience of being closer than other places is no longer worth it, I'd rather go further away and get properly cooked pizza with prompt service. The sad part is both food and services used to be great.

The rest of the group sampled their paninis- the Caprice and the Milano were both great! The dinner salad that was ordered was fresh, large, and contained a good sized portion of chicken.
