But they listened to my story and still inspected and diagnosed the problem with my unit and gave me advice and information. My sales person was Tim and the technician he brought was Mike (or I might have those names flipped!)... They were so helpful and not condescending- which I have experienced in the past with other technicians. He was just as precise and pleasant as he was in 2016, and his price was not far off from the 2016 incident; very reasonable since it could have been an exuberant charge when you are in that position at that specific moment.
