When I confronted YuHan, she claimed it was "impossible" their first technician caused the problem and that their company "never makes mistakes." That's hard to believe when they couldn't even clean a filter. She asked me to send pictures and receipts, but it's pointless--she'll just deny responsibility no matter the evidence.
