They were cordial in working in masks in this trying time (and with us wearing them in our home as well to protect them). Removing the old furnace was a task in itself as it easily weighed OVER 500 lbs and had to be broken up in two pieces to get out of our basement! We are newer home owners, and this was one of our first big projects. From calling to book an appointment and getting the estimate booked quickly/within a shorter timeframe, to a very thorough appointment -we felt satisfied right away. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and took their time. We worked with Bobby the owner and Robal for communications, Julie the owner also gave us a call to check in. The only part of the process that took longer was the towns fault on slow permit processing, which to add, American Airflow gave us updates on timeframe during it. We also didn't have to do any of the permit work other than set up final inspections. They used a really great electrician company that we plan to use for other upcoming projects as well. Day of install came, techs were on time, professional, polite, extremely neat while working and with clean up, and took the extra time to explain the units to me as well as the (slightly tricky Mitsubishi) remote. The price and customer service hands down beat the other competitors we had estimates with and we're really happy we went with them...also relieved to no longer lug those pesky window units in next summer/anymore!

What really impressed me was how patient the techs are with all my questions and how thoroughly they explain your heating and AC system. I called first thing in the morning and Seth showed up about an hour after my call. He diagnosed the problem and tracked down my motor from one of their multiple supply houses. After advising me that either he or another tech would be back before the end of the day to replace the motor, the handoff was to Anthony who arrived to my house much earlier than expected. There wasn't a better feeling than hearing Anthony call in advance and say, "I just finished a call early so figured I would come by and get your heat back" after sitting in a 50 degree house for a few hours. These guys have a professional attitude. They're personable, knowledgeable and take care of your home...they arrive with plastic booties and make sure the clean up meets your expectations. They double and triple check their work. The pricing was better than another company I used in the past. I also have to give credit to Maureen and Pat who initially fielded my calls and did their best to make sure to send someone out during what seemed to be a busy Monday morning for them.
