As it came closer to finalizing the job, it became somewhat sloppy especially the painting. We're very disappointed IN THE PAINTING!!! Holes not compounded or sanded and filled properly, visible brush strokes, uneven paint. Currently searching for a reputable painter to fix all the imperfections. We made several references to things that were overlooked which, they willingly took care of, but we shouldn't have to do this, when paying for a service. If you're an expertise at your craft, you know what is, and isn't acceptable work. Money was the motive! When the work was done, we paid the balance as discussed in the contract. I said I was satisfied anfter making several complaints and that was that! Initially We were going to use them again, but decided before the work was complete, that we would not. There is globs of grout stuck to the shower floor, grout all over on top of the tile, missing grout in places and the bathroom looks like I painted it myself. I waited a few weeks, as the owner said he would send me a link to leave a review which he didn't and I wanted to give a fair and honest review without being overly emotional.

Before I bought my house, the previous owner had new concrete done on the sidewalk and front part…read moreof the driveway. This was less than 6 months ago. Almost immediately after moving in in the Fall, small cracks appeared - to be expected. But as the winter came in, two things happened: my sidewalk often iced up over night when most other neighbors' did not, and deeper cracks appeared in the driveway. I reached out twice to the company for advice and possibly standing behind their work, by email and by website contact form. No one contacted me to offer an explanation or give advice or perhaps even a discounted fix. And before someone from Eden says that I probably used salt on the new concrete and that's the reason - yes, I'm aware of that and didn't use it on the driveway (until now, because it's already cracked) but I had no choice but to use it on the sidewalk because one day a woman slipped and fell right in front of me as I was there applying yet more "safe" ice melt to the ice. I also tried using traction granules but they didn't work very well. By the way, the sidewalk is barely cracked. It's the driveway that I didn't use ice melt on that's very cracked. It's more likely that the spaces between the concrete were not actual expansion spaces or well thought out. This was my experience with the results of their work and based on that, I'd never recommend them.
