Romeo is a pleasure to work with--professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He came recommended by my parents, after completing their bathroom remodel, and we're so glad we chose him. During the consultation, Romeo suggested smart updates to our 40-year-old bathroom. One of the best ideas was relocating the radiator into the wall, which freed up a significant amount of space. His entire crew are experts in their craft, ready to provide advice when asked. They worked diligently each day--even through the summer heat wave. They often stayed late to keep the project on schedule. Romeo was very knowledgeable about our town's construction standards and was present throughout the inspection process to made sure everything went smoothly. Once the project was complete, he personally spent an entire day polishing and perfecting the bathroom so it was ready for us. It's clear Romeo and his team take great pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. He mentioned that he also handles projects beyond bathrooms, and based on our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

They've remodeled my bathroom, refinished floors, built a custom shelf from scratch, knocked down walls to open up my living room, and covered up windows to mount 86" tv and media unit! We are grateful to have found a reliable and trusted contractor in the area. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Romeo!

Well there were MANY factors that set Domus and Paul in particular from the rest. First he offered options in colors that I was unaware of and actually looked better than the colors I chose. Second he gave me "add on's" that made visceral and financial sense to do. And in the end I was not only completely satisfied, but received a great value and end result. From the outset, Bair's communication was impeccable, proactive, clear, and highly professional. He handled all co-op requirements seamlessly, including COIs and supporting paperwork, which immediately inspired confidence and made the process feel calm and well managed. The proposal was thorough, transparent, and very fairly priced for the level of craftsmanship delivered. Bair also has a strong eye for design and was a thoughtful partner throughout the project, offering guidance while remaining flexible and responsive as our schedule shifted more than once. We chose deep, richly saturated colors throughout our apartment, a bold decision that can be unforgiving in a plaster unit where every surface detail shows. Paint Lab executed this beautifully. The color saturation is even, refined, and striking, with no shortcuts taken. Their plastering and sanding work was equally impressive, with walls that are smooth, clean, and impeccably prepared, elevating the final result significantly. In addition, they installed high-end wallpaper with exceptional precision, and the result looks absolutely fabulous. The alignment, finish, and overall execution reflect a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Just as important, the team treated our home with real care and respect at every stage. The site was well maintained, and the work was carried out with a level of professionalism you don't always find. Paint Lab is an outstanding firm that delivers both technical excellence and aesthetic sensitivity. We would absolutely work with Bair and his team again and recommend them wholeheartedly to other co-op owners looking for a high-quality, design-driven result.
