Horrible service. I called asking for a letter for my insurance company to prove we have an alarm…read moresystem. Scott told me someone would call me back the next morning and take care of it. Not only didn't someone call me back so I had to call them back but when I call them back they now tell me I have to review and sign a new contract before they send me the letter. I have no problem signing a new contract but I didn't have time to do it right then. I needed what I called for (and by the way if I had never called Scott admitted they wouldn't have called me for a new contract). In essence, they are holding a customer request hostage to get a contract singed that I was never sent or given precisely at a time when I needed service to get something done and didn't have time to sign a new contract.
