Not only didn't someone call me back so I had to call them back but when I call them back they now tell me I have to review and sign a new contract before they send me the letter. I have no problem signing a new contract but I didn't have time to do it right then. I needed what I called for (and by the way if I had never called Scott admitted they wouldn't have called me for a new contract). In essence, they are holding a customer request hostage to get a contract singed that I was never sent or given precisely at a time when I needed service to get something done and didn't have time to sign a new contract.
