I'm not making a ton of money yet- in fact I'm scraping by though I'm growing. My A/C conked out and a company charged me for 2 visits totaling 1000.00 and said it was unfixable. I tried to use Gold Medal and they couldn't actually do the type of work I needed (huge chiller on the roof). But they listened to my story and still inspected and diagnosed the problem with my unit and gave me advice and information. My sales person was Tim and the technician he brought was Mike (or I might have those names flipped!)... They were so helpful and not condescending- which I have experienced in the past with other technicians.
