Each Vehicle or Guests who has a Vehicle has to go thru at the Front Desk and when you check-in you will receive the instructions on how to open the Door to each property etc.. and you NEED a VALID written tag which allows you to park your vehicle at the designated parking areas AKA Parking Lots. The "rented" Condo is located on the TOP Floor aka the 3rd Floor. There arent any elevator what so ever so hence you need your POWER MUSCLES to go thru all those stairs with your Luggage or all the stuffs you need like SKIs/Snowboards during the Winter. The organizer who run the weekend activity, opt to "rent" or have 3 BED and 3 BATHS, and since both my friend and I came earlier than the rest of the guests, we get to choose the "biggest" room, with the "biggest" TV in the room. All in all its doable. YES, they have "amenities" in the premises, but we did not get the chance to use it due to the hectic schedule we have for the weekend. Each floor has small study or reading/meeting room in case you need to escape the family or friends for a couple hours. Private, covered parking gate access only. I have stayed here a few times (3-4x). Anne runs the place - amazing woman - she is the one you would call to inquire about rental availability. Anne can help find babysitter and knows BC and Avon so well, for whatever you may need. We had our rehearsal dinner on September 4th, Jeff has the audacity to call and text on my personal cell phone our first night at 11:00pm accusing of going over the occupant limit and having a dog. We have screenshots of our conversation prior to booking regarding how many people who will be present and our animal is ESA certified. Jeff is a property manager not the owner of the property, keep in mind, and was watching on game trail cameras invading privacy and causing an issue during our rehearsal dinner with family. He then threatened me that he will be driving down to the house to handle it himself and in return I told him he needs to chill the "f" out. Now the sorry old man only has the fact that I used a curse word towards him and still accusing us of going over our limit of people when we have provided proof of communication between his partner and my wife regarding the amount of people going to be present. We have issued all of this to Airbnb and will be receiving a refund due to not only this scenario, but the house being absolutely filthy with past guests clothes being left, dirty dishes in the cabinets and absolute immaturity and invasion of privacy throughout our stay.

He threatened us and our family and wanted to come to the property to "handle things his way". I have never felt more unsafe and uncomfortable and sad before our small elopement in the mountains. We would have never booked without prior consent to this as we did have. Let alone being threatened by Jeff. I will blast this all over every review page I can so no one else can experience this. Pictured below is confirmation on our end prior to booking. This company put the worst taste in our families mouth for our elopement weekend with again 14 people when the count is 12 for the home WITH PRIOR CONSENT. Let alone we had only 8 guest sleep in the home with the rest of our families in hotels. If you want a horrible experience or to be threatened then go ahead and book with Jeff. I guess there used to be some retail attractions on the main floor but it looks like they have all gone out of business except for a barber. Parking is underground which was really nice because it snowed a foot while we were here, and there was no problem getting to and from our car. The gondola is right across the street, which is super convenient, and there are a few bus routes that stop right at the corner. The library is on the other corner, as well as the rec center which has an awesome indoor pool with water slides. In all I think this is a great place to stay if you can get a good rate.

The view off of the lower level is of a gurgling brook -- just gorgeous. Location is excellent as it is just outside of Vail. Easy to get to Vail, but not as many people in Avon. We found the location to be a great blend between a visit to Vail for people and activities and calm, quiet evenings. We hope to be back.

I was very happy to see that the photos matched those posted on the internet, and our condo was extremely clean and spacious. As it is a newer unit(A108), it featured hardwood floors and a kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops. The bathrooms were done in marble and the master has a whirlpool tub. What really made the trip special was the customer service provided by Annique the property manager and Greg, who takes care of the grounds and runs the shuttle. They both went above and beyond to answer every question we had, provided recommendations for places to go, and generally cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. There's fresh apple cider and coffee in the lobby at night. The rooms are clean, beautiful and super spacious. This is a great location within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The washer/dryer in units are a great add. Having a ski check is an awesome option but we didn't take advantage of it. You're set up with coffee, tea and some soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. Fabulous shower, plenty of linens. The fireplace is an awesome touch. The staff will provide a humidifier on request. Good: the valet team gets an 7/10. They mostly accomplished getting my car to me when I needed it. They were pleasant for the most part. Not a lot of them offered to assist me with my bags. My valet call got "missed" or forgotten the day we left. NOT so ok: 1) Surprise valet cost:After everything was pre-paid. We were notified that if we were bringing a car, it would be a mandatory $45/day/car cost. When booking through Booking.com it wasn't clear, but there might be some notes on the website. 2) Unclear on housekeeping : After the first night I was expecting the beds to be turned. I asked the front desk and a young woman politely explained that housekeeping was additional cost per day unless you were staying for over 7-Days. This was fine but would have been nicer to know in advance. 3) Poor communication : We requested late checkout at 9am the day of our departure. It was confirmed by the Manager that we were good to check out at 11 instead of 10. At 10:01 our room received a call. At 10:05 we had someone knocking at our door. At 10:20 we had a maintenance person at our door. We called to the front desk to ask the to stop sending individuals and we were working on leaving. The manager was extremely apologetic and made sure we were comfortable leaving. David is the only reason this review gets a 3 star review instead of 1. Very kind and understanding. In short it is definitely worth the stay but just be prepared for some weird one offs and hope that you don't get kicked out right at 10am. I would stay here again since the space was so beautiful and comfortable.

Being In the center of town is convenient, however, if you've been to a Worldmark location, you know most resorts are on the outskirts of town." as a sidenote, be prepared to spend a fortune when parking your vehicle. There's no other locations to park other than the resort itself and it's valet only..... an hefty $45 a day.... And then the valets have signs out for tips.... Of course. While there is no pool or outdoor activities, they do try to have events in the owners lounge, or snacks in the lobby. Again, more of an average type of event. Considering this is a "presidential" room location. You would expect more. For the most part, stuff was very nice. They all seem to be well informed of the area, and always had a smile on their face.
