We had our rehearsal dinner on September 4th, Jeff has the audacity to call and text on my personal cell phone our first night at 11:00pm accusing of going over the occupant limit and having a dog. We have screenshots of our conversation prior to booking regarding how many people who will be present and our animal is ESA certified. Jeff is a property manager not the owner of the property, keep in mind, and was watching on game trail cameras invading privacy and causing an issue during our rehearsal dinner with family. He then threatened me that he will be driving down to the house to handle it himself and in return I told him he needs to chill the "f" out. Now the sorry old man only has the fact that I used a curse word towards him and still accusing us of going over our limit of people when we have provided proof of communication between his partner and my wife regarding the amount of people going to be present. We have issued all of this to Airbnb and will be receiving a refund due to not only this scenario, but the house being absolutely filthy with past guests clothes being left, dirty dishes in the cabinets and absolute immaturity and invasion of privacy throughout our stay.

We proactively messaged many homes in the area with the knowledge of having 14 people in total for rehearsal and our elopement dinner. We got approved before booking as we had planned and had 6 months of communication prior to. Upon the first night with only 12 guest in the home which is the limit, we were contacted separately on our personal phones by Jeff the manager of this company from watching cameras. He threatened us and our family and wanted to come to the property to "handle things his way". I have never felt more unsafe and uncomfortable and sad before our small elopement in the mountains. We would have never booked without prior consent to this as we did have. Let alone being threatened by Jeff. I will blast this all over every review page I can so no one else can experience this. Pictured below is confirmation on our end prior to booking. This company put the worst taste in our families mouth for our elopement weekend with again 14 people when the count is 12 for the home WITH PRIOR CONSENT. Let alone we had only 8 guest sleep in the home with the rest of our families in hotels. If you want a horrible experience or to be threatened then go ahead and book with Jeff. If not I would run FAR and FAST.

Yes, that is what Liftview is. I was an overnight guest on MLK day and was held hostage by the tow company Liftview hires to protect the sacred parking lot. After working a 13 hour shift at Beaver Creek I stayed with my coworker, instead of commuting back to Leadville only to return less then 10 hours later to work another 13 hour shift. My coworker offered me to stay the night. We arrived at Liftview after 1 in the morning. I slept and woke ready to work my 13 hour day. As I walked up to my car at 10:00am I saw the boot on it. Apparantly at 4:11am my car was booted. At 6:00am my coworker (the Leftview resident) awoke and called my car in to the Jeff, the property manager. Because my presence as a guest was not made known before the boot was activated, Jeff from Liftview management and Nick and Archie from A.A.A. Parking boot services were relentless is collecting $129 dollars bounty for staying somewhere I had permission to stay. A mere technicality on rules made up by them cost me $129 in an ordeal that totaled less than 9 hours. It is all about money and fines at Liftview. They are not trying to make things better for their residents. Liftview is only making rules with fine print to constantly trip their residents and residents guests to collect the fines. If Liftview was truly concerned with protecting the parking for their residents they would install a keypad security gate for their residents to use. So only those with the code could enter the premises. But no, Liftview would rather hire a mob like business bully their residents and guests around with. Using tacky car boots to rob people so they can get their cut of the profit. How would you feel if your guest awoke to a bright orange boot on their car? If you or your guest had to pay $129 cash to mobsters to have access to their vehicle? Wouldn't you rather have a nice coded security gate to protect your parking? Beaver Creek is a world class resort but Liftview is a second rate, college style apartment complex that will find a way to fine you with parking, trash, or pets. And the irony is you will pay a Home Owner fee to enforce these regulations and hire these parking companies that will somehow find you guilty and fine you. Jeff will not listen to your pleas, no matter how reasonable or true. I hope you are never desperate enough to need to live here.

The complex had a great lower level with air hockey, shuttle board, billiards, hot tub, pool, fireplace, etc. This lower level is large and spacious so you do not feel like you are intruding on others if they are also in the space. The view off of the lower level is of a gurgling brook -- just gorgeous. Location is excellent as it is just outside of Vail. Easy to get to Vail, but not as many people in Avon. We found the location to be a great blend between a visit to Vail for people and activities and calm, quiet evenings. We hope to be back.

We chose to stay at The Ascent Residences based on the photos and prices, and reserved our stay through East West Resorts. I was very happy to see that the photos matched those posted on the internet, and our condo was extremely clean and spacious. As it is a newer unit(A108), it featured hardwood floors and a kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops. The bathrooms were done in marble and the master has a whirlpool tub. What really made the trip special was the customer service provided by Annique the property manager and Greg, who takes care of the grounds and runs the shuttle. They both went above and beyond to answer every question we had, provided recommendations for places to go, and generally cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. We will return to The Ascent!

The free buses from the hotel to Beaver Creek made it easy to commute. The price was good for how much space you get compared to other hotels in the area. The front desk staff were awesome! There's no other locations to park other than the resort itself and it's valet only..... an hefty $45 a day.... And then the valets have signs out for tips.... Of course. While there is no pool or outdoor activities, they do try to have events in the owners lounge, or snacks in the lobby. Again, more of an average type of event. They all seem to be well informed of the area, and always had a smile on their face.
