All of our guests stayed here and everyone raved about the quality of accommodation, the attentiveness of service, superb amenities, exceptional on-premise dining, and the delight of ski-in / ski-out at a world-class mountain. The rooms here are very well appointed and the staff ensures that every possible need is attended to. From the crew at the valet station, the concierge desk (who host daily après ski hot chocolate and fresh-baked cookie parties!), the housekeeping team, the ski valets, the spa attendants, and all of the wonderful F&B folks, the service here is impeccable. The hotel amenities include an elegant spa, well-equipped gym, pilates and yoga studios, heated salt water pool, and three infinity hot tubs that are perfect for après ski soaking. Of particular note, the Westin has updated its Ski Valet shop which offers faultless service for those availing themselves of the Beaver Creek Ski resort. The valets bring your skis to the Gondola which is right outside the door! The lobby bar, the Lookout Bar, and the Stoke and Rye served our guests with superbly crafted food and drink. It should be mentioned that Chef Richard Sandoval is leaving so Stoke & Rye is being repurposed into an Italian eatery under the guidance of a new Chef - we look forward to experiencing this new venue. We held an arrival dinner for our guests in a private space - the Osprey Room - and the food, drink, and ambiance were exceptional. The room was cozy yet spacious and created a warm, welcoming environment for our guests who traveled from all three coasts. We want to make particular mention of our hostess, Sonja Eichenberger. Sonja managed every aspect of our affair, ensuring every dimension of a large party was attended to the last detail. Sonja listened to the Bride's comments and discerned solutions that were both creative and thoughtful. We had several dignitaries in our party - two Senators, a US Attorney, and a Fox News commentator - and Sonja saw to it that consideration was made for both their privacy and security. Much of the success of our special event rests with Sonja. The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Avon is an exquisitely fashionable property but it is the staff that makes the experience special. Thank you Sonja for making our week at the Westin a lifelong memory!

There were at least four restaurants, one gelato spot, and two coffee shops within walking proximity. I paid $50 for valet, but no one picked the car up until after I left it there and upon checkout, I had to walk to get my car in the garage, which I thought was a little bit weird for paying the valet fee. They should just say it is $50 for "parking" versus "valet." My bed was comfortable. The room had a little kitchen: a coffee maker, glasses, plates, cups, flatware, a little fridge and a microwave. There was a fireplace. I had a tub and a nice vanity to sit at to get ready. I could open the windows to let outside air in, which was lovely. Front desk staff were kind. They actually texted me before arrival to see if there's anything I wanted in my room, which was appreciated and kind.

We had our rehearsal dinner on September 4th, Jeff has the audacity to call and text on my personal cell phone our first night at 11:00pm accusing of going over the occupant limit and having a dog. We have screenshots of our conversation prior to booking regarding how many people who will be present and our animal is ESA certified. Jeff is a property manager not the owner of the property, keep in mind, and was watching on game trail cameras invading privacy and causing an issue during our rehearsal dinner with family. He then threatened me that he will be driving down to the house to handle it himself and in return I told him he needs to chill the "f" out. Now the sorry old man only has the fact that I used a curse word towards him and still accusing us of going over our limit of people when we have provided proof of communication between his partner and my wife regarding the amount of people going to be present. We have issued all of this to Airbnb and will be receiving a refund due to not only this scenario, but the house being absolutely filthy with past guests clothes being left, dirty dishes in the cabinets and absolute immaturity and invasion of privacy throughout our stay.

Upon the first night with only 12 guest in the home which is the limit, we were contacted separately on our personal phones by Jeff the manager of this company from watching cameras. He threatened us and our family and wanted to come to the property to "handle things his way". I have never felt more unsafe and uncomfortable and sad before our small elopement in the mountains. We would have never booked without prior consent to this as we did have. Let alone being threatened by Jeff. I will blast this all over every review page I can so no one else can experience this. Pictured below is confirmation on our end prior to booking. This company put the worst taste in our families mouth for our elopement weekend with again 14 people when the count is 12 for the home WITH PRIOR CONSENT. Let alone we had only 8 guest sleep in the home with the rest of our families in hotels. If you want a horrible experience or to be threatened then go ahead and book with Jeff. If not I would run FAR and FAST.
