Being 9 months pregnant and having a ton of questions they didn't make me feel rushed or that I was bothering them. They helped me get comfortable on the table, & even gave me extra pillows so I wasn't laying flat. I wanted lashes for hospital pictures, that way I don't have to fuss with make up after labor! I have been to Lash Gallery twice now and have received amazing service from Amy both times! My first experience was a full set and it looked great! I was 9 months pregnant at the time and Amy was very accommodating and concerned about my comfort. I hesitate to say this because I know it is uncommon and I don't want to set unrealistic expectations but my first set of lashes lasted me 8 weeks! My second experience at the studio was just as pleasant. I was scheduled to get a half set and I was really pleased with the way they turned out. After being happy with all the above, I schedule an appointment with Amy a few months prior to my wedding in September 2019. I wanted to make sure that I liked my lasher far enough in advance so I treated my 1st appointment as somewhat of a trial. If I loved them - perfect, if I didn't I still had time to see someone else. With that said it's now March 2020 and I am still getting my refills! I'm obsessed! My original plan was to take them off after the wedding but I fell hard and I fell fast and now I'm officially addicted. On top of her amazing work and technique she is sweet as ever, funny and fun to chat with during your appointment. You can tell she cares and that's big for me personally. Sadly this is the first negative review I have ever written, I generally give business a chance to redeem themselves because is know life happens and there is nothing you can do. With that being said I made an appointment last week in the beginning of the week based on their outstanding Yelp reviews and had been looking for a place closer to home with reasonable pricing. Amy called me back and was very nice and I booked an appointment for Saturday at 3:30. I revived several text messages confirming and had to fill out a consent form before the appointment. Saturday rolls around and I arrive at my appointment and the doors are locked when I first arrived shut I was 5 minutes early so just waited it out. 10 minutes go by and I decide to call the number on Yelp and I leave a voicemail letting them know I am there and if anyone is coming. Finally after several phone calls and 20 minutes later I decide to leave and my lashes were soooo bad so I called the place across the way in the same center and I lucked out and the girl squeezed me in! Which literally saved me! I decided to not write a review or completely write them off until I have them till Tuesday to call me back and explain or at least apologize for some sort of confusion but I still have heard nothing and that's why I wrote this review. I just wish they had least reach out just very disappointing and not a good way to run a business. read more
