I've heard many horror stories about eyelash extensions and from the moment I spoke to Christine on the phone, I knew I would be in great hands. Since this was my first time getting eyelash Extensions, I was definitely nervous, but as soon as I walked in to this place, it was very clean, there was Island music playing, and was just a good ambiance that helped ease my nervousness. Christine came out and greeted me and handed me a form to fill out. She then walked me into her room and did a consultation. She asked several questions and also assessed my eyeshape... she came highly recommended and now I know why, she's very thorough and very detailed. After my consultation, I laid on the massage bed, which was heaven. My body just sunk in and was so nice and warm. She then proceeded to put these eyepads on to protect my lower lashes. They were very soft and cool to the touch. She then started to clean my lashes to take any oils off my natural lashes. Christine explained every single thing before she proceeded to the next step. She finally started to put on the lashes. We chatted for a little bit and I could feel myself falling asleep. The entire process was amazing and painless. I woke up from my nap and Christine was just about done. She gave me a mirror to show what she did, and I can't even believe how amazing they looked. I was so satisfied and honestly, I've never felt so beautiful. Eyelash extensions really do make a big difference, and I see why so many people get them done. I will say that it is pricy to get lashes done, but that's a given. Remember that you're not only paying for labor being done but for QUALITY! I was very nervous, as this was my first time getting lashes. I must say this place was AMAZING!! Tuyen made me feel so comfortable, explained every step and checked my comfort level a few times during my session. It was a 2 hour session but truly didn't feel like 2 hours. I had a private room with a blanket, spa music and the whole session was painless!! I even took a nap during my session:) This salon is super clean and very welcoming, I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for lashes, waxing or a facial! Eyeland Lash did my facial, eyelashes, and makeup for my wedding as well as the makeup for all of my bridesmaids, my mom, grandmother, and aunt. Every single person looked incredible for our wedding! Before the wedding I received a facial and eyelash extensions at their shop in San Clemente. The shop is so cute and very clean. Gina, the aesthetician, was so sweet and recommended what she thought would be best for my skin so I could look my best on my wedding day. Christine did my eyelash extensions and they looked absolutely wonderful. They lasted for about a month, I had them for my rehearsal dinner, wedding, and honeymoon. I did not have to worry about how I looked because they always look great so I looked great! I could not be happier with the service Eyeland Lash provided us on my wedding day. Our wedding venue didn't open until 10 am but that didn't leave enough time to get everyone ready for the wedding. I had previously been going to get my lash extensions at a place in Fountain Valley and at first I was really happy with the results but as time went on, I was less and less pleased with the results; My lashes were clumpy, looked terrible and they were horribly uncomfortable. I was referred to Eyeland Lash by a few different friends and I'm so glad they put me in touch with Christine! My lashes were SO bad from the other place that Christine had to completely remove them and re-do the set; Some lashes had up to 8 extensions which is something Christine said can lead to infection, etc. Christine was gentle, made sure I was comfortable and was really personable and professional when walking me through the steps of removal, application, after care, etc. I am extremely happy with my Revamped and Revitalized Lashes and I look forward to being Christine's Client for a long time! read more

Love my lashes! Tuyen does an amazing job, she is precise and listened to what I wanted. I said classic but full, not too long but not too short, cat eye shape. She had to work around other lashes i had from a different salon because I didn't want to pay for a new set so I did a 1.5 hour touch up instead and they look great!! Eyeland Lash is more expensive then other salons, it's 89$ for a 1 hour fill but my lashes look and feel better then from other studios. If I can stretch these to the 3-4 week mark then the $$ is worth it. We shall see.... will update my review when I get another fill read more

I have been going here from the very beginning! And feel grandfathered in. My lashes are still spectacular and being summer it's giving me great summer vibes! Went in ocean and boom, still looking fantastic. Can't get that with mascara. Now, the store has definitely upgraded but the quality and service is still phenomenal! I travel a lot and therefore have to go to different places for my lash extensions sometimes. Found the place on google, right next to my hotel. The service itself was great. The salon feels nice, beds are comfortable and Ashley was very friendly. All those things are important but what's most important is the product, especially since lash extensions are very pricey. I want to mention that I still had lashes from my last fill (from a different place) and they were okay with just doing a refill which I appreciated. It looked great the first day but when I woke up the next day I realized I had lost about 40% of my lashes already. There were lashes everywhere. I have been getting lash extensions for a while and that has never happened to me. I usually find 2-3 sad lashes that have fallen out after the first night, not 40. Now, not even a week later, I'm definitely due for a refill, my lashes look like how they normally would after 3-4 weeks. After all, I can not recommend this place unfortunately. read more

She would run "promotions" if you pre-paid for services you'd receive a free fill or had a certain number of fills you'd receive a free fill but would arbitrarily cancel the promotions. 3. She installed cameras in the salon and treatment rooms. 4. She has a high level of staff turnover making it difficult to find your "regular" lash technician. 5. I got my lashes done by the owner, Christine, for the first time at Eyeland Lash yesterday. I was truly impressed by all aspects of Christine and her lash studio. - There was a parking lot right in front of the studio with plenty of open spaces, which is nice because I prefer not to park on the street. - The lobby and treatment rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I love that Eyeland Lash has individual treatment rooms so each client has a private experience, instead of being in a large room with dividers, which is less intimate. - Christine was amazing. She took her time to ask me about what I wanted my lash extensions to look like before she started the process. I chose the "Tahitian Goddess" Volume lashes (which is the most dramatic look they offer at Eyeland.) Volume means there are 3-5 false lashes applied to each real lash. I love that Christine explained all of this to me during the process. The application took about 4 hours, but it was well worth the wait. My lashes look gorgeous! The lashes on each eye is perfectly symmetrical. I absolutely love how they look, and my boyfriend can't stop staring at them! The best part is, I don't feel like I need to put on makeup to look pretty and feminine, which will save me a ton of time in the morning. A girlfriend of mine came into work after a long weekend and showed me her new lashes. I INSTANTLY wanted them! Her eyes looked absolutely amazing and i just fell in love. Even more appealing to me was that she didn't have to wear mascara! I wear contacts so this was a MAJOR plus for me. Where do I even begin talking about my marvelous experience when I got my luscious eyelash extensions from Eyeland Lash ? The thought of someone morphing my appearance for over two hours without seeing the progression was enough to make me consider cancelling the appointment. My apprehension was totally set aside once Christine, the peachy owner of Eyeland Lash, arrived at my house (YES SHE IS MOBILE!!). She explained the entire process to me before we started our session and showed all the different lengths of lashes I can choose from. Afterwards, she whipped out this massage table and a light and viola!- Instant mini salon in my family room! How cool is that? As she worked on my lashes, she continued to explain what she was doing which totally appeased me. A couple hours later, I saw the final product. A PAIR OF EYES WITH LUSCIOUS LASHES! I recently had a "Hydrafacial" here. The receptionist didn't know the difference between the options, so I went with the more expensive option. The facial itself was ok; however NOT worth the nearly $200 cost whatsoever. The "massage" was barely a massage, just rubbing lotion/oil in. Extremely good at what she does and is very gentle with the lash application process, making it a much easier time to sit through while getting lash refills done. When you walk in be prepared for "STRONG SMELLS" it is way over the top, I left with a bad headache. I had Tuyen do my lash LIFT, I can't tell you how much I was disappointed, ended in a nightmare, lots of broken lashes and overall terrible job! All the while her telling me how great she was and how much work she had to do. I mean look up for yourself eyelash lift on youtube, you would think she was doing brain surgery. Then she had the nerve to charge me for her mess, I should have just walked out. I can tell you this much I will NEVER use Eyeland lash again! I got my eyelashes done by Julie, and she was an absolute perfectionist! She would ask questions like what kind of style I wanted and recommended different options! I trusted her input and allowed her to do what she thought was best for my eye shape! Went to get my eyebrows waxed and all I needed was a clean up and it was the most unsatisfying experience of my life. The lady used wax strips that were weak and then she goes on to tell me that the wax was not catching my eyebrows so she commenced on tweezing them. To add on I had to answer 21 questions on whether she was doing a good job or not and the whole process took about 20 minutes. All I wanted was my eyebrows waxed, not shaped, just cleaned up. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 16 and I have never been told that "wax" will not stick to my brows. I also got the impression that they don't deal with African American clients often. Not to mention the original price I was supposed to pay was $25 for a clean up wax. The one star is for the $5 they took off because I was not pleased. Still can't believe I payed $20 to get my eyebrows tweezed not WAXED. read more

I finally gave up trying to put on mascara. I hate the clumpy mess my lashes become. I attempted drug store false eyelasses,,,and that was a mistake. As a last resort I decided to try eyelash extensions. Yelp came through again with good reviews for Eyeland Lash... I was able to schedule my appointment online without problem and met with Christine a few minutes prior to my appointment to discuss which look I preferred. She did a very thorough job explaining the process and lash choices and her pleasant personality made me feel welcome. The table used was very comfortable, heated and separated from others by curtains. Nice music played during my session. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during the process! During this time, Christine adeptly applied each lash one by one and the end result was remarkable. Without doubt this is an art. The lashes are beautiful, natural looking and it is indeed a pleasure to wake up without having to apply mascara. This indulgence is well worth the money, both for the look achieved and for avoiding the hassle of mascara. I wish I had discovered this years ago! I waited a week to write this review to make sure I didn't just have first day euphoria. Since I received my extensions, very few (maybe 4-5) have come off. Well below what I would have expected. She is the owner, very professional, friendly and truly skilled in the art of volume lash extensions! She really has a passion for lashes and you can see it in her work!
