So glad I finally did this! Shelby was very thorough, sweet, and knowledgeable. My eye brows have always been naturally uneven and filling them in everyday was a hassle. I am so happy with how they turned out! Now I wake up with perfectly even, natural looking brows. The procedure was pain free. The numbing cream works really well. We went over the shape that would flatter me best and look the most natural. Shelby was so patient with me and listened to my brow questions. She really has a skill and is such a nice person. The 1.5 hours it took to do my brows flew by. I love that my brows look so natural and that I no longer have to fill them in. My brows are in the healing stage and so far so good. I have been wanting to get my brows microbladed for a couple years now. For some reason, it seemed like a somewhat scary venture so I DEFINITELY took my time before finally making the jump and I'm so glad I did. I've been following Shelby on IG for over a year (along with a few other local peeps who do microblading). Shelby did an amazing job on microblading and shading my eyebrows!! She took her time and made sure it was exactly the way I wanted. I was a little nervous since it is my face, but I was so happy with the final results! I have now had them for a year and I'm still so happy with them! I will be going back to her soon to get a touch up. She also has laminated my eyebrows.. which my eyebrows are very stubborn but she did a great job! I haven't had to use gel to keep them up for the last 4 months. Which is crazy because I would use gel everyday and half way through the day my eyebrows would fall down and out of place. Not anymore! I generally don't write one star reviews but I feel this is important for potential clients to know. I had to cancel my October appointment due to health issues and changes in finances. I asked Shelby if she would be willing to refund my $100 deposit and she refused to do so. When I had my consultation, she did say that there was a non-refundable fee of $100 but given the circumstances, I was honestly shocked at her lack of flexibility and understanding. It's not like she wouldn't have filled my appointment slot either. I may also add that she is not vaccinated so one would think that since one of the reasons I was cancelling was due to health issues (my husband and I are senior citizens), she would have considered that. In my opinion, it says a lot about a business person. Very disheartening. read more
