My eyebrows still look so good, very natural, with minimal fading even a year later. I'll also add that my experience with Katrina was fantastic- she is so professional and warm, and I felt no pain getting my eyebrows done. My only regret is that I went to someone else to get my eyeliner done (Katrina was out of town), and while it is fine, I know the actual experience would have been so much better and comfortable with Katrina. I wanted to write this review for Katrina (Lift Permanent Make-up) once I was completely healed from the powder brow process. I started this journey in January 2022, and had my follow-up appointment in March. It's now the beginning of May and I feel enough time has passed to have an opinion on the whole experience, from start to finish. My opinion: Katrina is magical. I didn't have two brow hairs to rub together, but this talented woman gave me browns that I would have envied seeing on others. Although everyone has their own pain tolerance, there was minimal - and I mean minimal - pain during the process, and no pain at all immediately after or while healing. Katrina understands that this is a large financial investment for some people, and proper aftercare is a must, so she makes sure you're set up for success with a little aftercare package containing goodies, and most importantly clear and concise instructions on proper aftercare for healing and long term. She also happily answered my many, many questions before, during, and even my random texts weeks later. :) It's a rare artist that is just as equally happy for their clients happiness, and Katrina is definitely one of those rare people. So if you're considering having your brows done, do your research and don't hesitate to ask questions. To say I am thrilled with my "new" eyebrows is an understatement! During my consultation Katrina walked me through the process, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was very excited on procedure day and was so impressed from start to finish. It was a tad uncomfortable but by no means painful. My brows did fade so during the retouch Katrina went a little darker and made adjustments I requested plus some if her own. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product.
