She is a walking billboard for a beautiful, natural look which I was looking for. Hanna didn't put a time pressure on me during the consultation, and instead took time to listen to me, sketch an outline on my brows to give me an idea, took pics using my phone to take with me to think about. I knew right away I wanted to book the appt., but it was incredibly helpful to have the pics to show my husband and best friend to get their feedback, too, before I had my brows done. Hanna prepped me well on what to do before my appt to ensure the pigments had the best chance of locking in, then she sent me home with a care kit that she went over in great detail...again, to ensure the best chance of lasting results. I went in for a tattoo removal procedure on my eyebrows and was administered a chemical treatment…read moreduring the appointment. I was not given a waiver or detailed explanation of the procedure beforehand. After the treatment, I experienced burns and damage to my brow area that required corrective work, which cost me several thousand dollars to fix. When I later raised concerns, the provider denied that any chemical was applied during my service and stated that a product was only sold to me. I disagree based on my experience during the appointment and the injuries that followed. At the time I checked, the cosmetology license associated with this provider, appeared expired/cancelled on the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology website. I have attached photo documentation showing the results. I'm sharing this review so others can make an informed decision.
