Our tiled tub surround was 36 years old. It was truly falling apart. When I started looking for an…read moreinstaller, I was surprised at many things. Pricing was all over the place but aside from that, some just wanted to give you a price over the phone (which I did not want). Others would come out and quote, give a date they could do the work, commit to advising you how much of what materials to buy for the job....then you would never hear from them again. Finally, there were the ones that make and change the appointment 3-4 times before fading away, never to be heard from again. Luna Tile ( Judy) came out to give the quote prompting arriving at the agreed time. I wanted whomever we chose to see the work before quoting. Choosing Luna was because I felt Judy knew the trade and I felt a down to earth honesty from her. Not having used a business before you are always to some level taking a risk, but I now offer you this glowing review! This company provided a very reasonable price for their services, did what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it and did an outstanding job! The tiler Osvaldo and plumber Victor were kind individuals who knew their work. The pricing included all materials except the tile, grout and tile edge trim and Osvaldo hand built two niches in the walls and tiled those nicely as well. These individuals "work" without any waste of time. From tear out down to the studs and complete install of the new tile was a two-day job. In actual work hours it was about 12 hours. I think anyone would be pleased with the results they provided us.

He walked me through every flooring option relevant to what my husband and I were looking for to replace all the carpet with in our new home and even provided on the spot ballpark estimates and encouraged me to take flooring samples, which I did! As soon as we made our final selections he moved quickly to ensure the new flooring could be completely installed before moving any of our stuff in. The installation team, led by Alejandro, did a tremendous job that completely transformed what was already our dream home! Honestly the floors are stunning. And with 2 large and rowdy dogs and a toddler, the floors have proven near indestructible and a breeze to clean and maintain. Can't wait to work with this company again in the future! I could not recommend them more highly. We had a bit of a tricky install because we were adding on to existing wood floors. The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. On top of all that, they were courteous, hard working, trustworthy, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Review #1 From the start, Colby at Flooring Warehouse was responsive, helpful, communicative, and professional. He made the experience of replacing all the old, dated flooring in our 1970s townhouse seamless and painless. The end result is a mix of tile and hardwood and looks fantastic!

Tevin Freese, the founder and CEO, personally reached out to me about the project, and I'm so glad he did. We had originally scheduled a time between 12:30-1:00 PM, but Tevin proactively called to see if he could come earlier. I couldn't be there in person right away, but I explained the job over the phone, and he and his assistant got started without missing a beat. After about an hour of work, Tevin noticed a haziness still lingering on the tiles and told me he wasn't satisfied with the results yet. He offered to run to Home Depot to get additional supplies, including an impregnating sealer specifically for natural stone -- something I hadn't even considered. His commitment to doing the job right was clear. By 2 PM, the difference was night and day. The tiles looked clean -- not just on the surface, but deep into the stone. I paid via Venmo, and the team wrapped up professionally. I highly recommend Tevin and The Carpet Alchemist for anyone needing tile cleaning -- especially if you have natural stone that needs specialized care. The knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail were top-notch.
