My salesperson Jamie showed me Carfax and went through it. When I didn't know how to lock the axle and use the electronic sway bar they helped me figure it out. They were very helpful. The next morning I was contacted by Jamie as a follow up to make sure everything was ok. I had a problem with my headlights not being aligned and he offered for me to bring it in but I was able to adjust them myself. I wanted the title asa because I was leaving town and I received it ahead of when then they told me. That allowed me to get to the DMV and registered before I left town and they supplied me with all the paperwork I needed to make it easy at the DMV. I feel really comfortable if I had to go back there with an issue.

Left work, found her and the car. The oil filter was loose. Lost all the oil in the motor. Undercarriage coated with oil. Took it back to Shawn. He reimbursed me for the oil I had to put in the car. $40! Said the next oil change is on me. I also had him clear the check engine light that came on from no oil in the crankcase. If it was someone else driving the car that could have been an engine. Instead my wife waited in the heat next to a non running car for a couple hours waiting on me to get oil. And tools. It cost me 40 for the oil at Walmart. Together me and the wife lost 6 hours of labor not being able to work. " next oil change is on me" thanks shawn. You imposed a great cost on me and a lot of our time. Also the one thing that can't be fixed with money. TRUST !
