amazing service and super nice employees. The inspection was free and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car.

Amazing team, explained the problem and how to prevent it from happening again, great kids room, good price. read more

B A T Boys - Services - Auto Repair Near Me - Branson, Missouri

Spent $1800 last year to fix AC . Lasted 3 days. Two more visits still not fixed. They are saying it needs a new evaporator core, but not under warranty. They replaced compressor, expansion valve and condenser last year said everything would be under warranty. Changed their tune now. They are I believe engaging in deceptive practices to milk their customers. Will be contacting the Attorney General. read more

Called them earlier in the morning and they said they could diagnose and fix my truck before I had work I dropped the truck off and they didn't touch it for another 30 or 40 minutes to en when they finally did just the diagnosis they said they didn't even have parts for what was messed up and I would have to come back again another day the coolant in my truck is still leaking and I had to pay 60 for an inspection that took two hours without even fixing the problem as promised I would not recommend this business at all nice people but they don't do business well at all huge wast e of time and I was still late to work with a messed up vehicle read more

I had an issue with a/c and they worked on it - When driving home ... it stopped working again...I looked up the issues and went to O'Reily auto and bought the a/c fuse and tried it...worked and kept working - They are probably good but why they would not try the fuse first I don't know - read more

I took my car to a different mechanic and they told me that I should replace my struts and that it would cost 1k I called batboys cause I had heard they were honest. They told me to come in and they inspected it for free. they gave me a comprehensive list of what could be wrong with my car but told me not to worry about the struts. I was very pleased with the service and that they took the time to explain exactly what could go wrong and what they thought was more pressing. I will now be taking my car to them. read more

These guys were great when I drove into Branson with a broken rear differential. They are honest, friendly, and you can tell that they go out of their way to do the best they can. Not only did these guys fix my Diesel Excursion correctly, but they used Quality parts. I am extremely picky about mechanics and generally an arrogant ass about it. I demand the best. Expect the best. And I believe, I got the best Branson has to offer. Also, I am not from Branson and the price seemed fair. Even from hindsight. We are planning to return to Branson when the covid issues are gone and I am planning to drop my Excursion so they can give it a once over, for a second opinion from my regular mechanics. Which means I will be driving the 17 hours to Branson again. read more

I have brought my 2004 Volvo S80 into B.A.T.Boys, Branson 3 times in the past 14 months. They have always fixed my car and provided excellent service and pricing. My husband recently brought in his F150 with some service code issues. They solved the problem, fixed it, and at a very fair price. I highly recommend B.A.T.Boys of Branson, MO for your automotive needs! read more

They got me in to diagnose a vibration. They got it on the rack and fixed the same day. They weteynice enough to take to and from my camper so I did have to sit around all day. Great service at a great price. read more

At first I was very pleased with the repair service on my vehicle. Then, I found out that B.A.T. Boys had put the wrong part on my vehicle. There is 36K 3year warranty on the part. But since I am from out of town, I had to find a shop 800 miles from B.A.T. Boys to replace the part. This ordeal has now turned into a very frustrating problem. And, it all started with B.A.T. Boys not taking the time to run the vehicle VIN to install the right part. read more

Our van broke down on our visit to Branson. BAT Boys was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Although busy, they worked us in on Tuesday and had our van diagnosed and running by Wednesday afternoon. They even provided us a loaner car for 2 days which saved our vacation. Jeremy and Andy were very friendly to work with and we would highly recommend BAT Boys! We are very thankful for their service! read more

BAT BOYS! Worst car repair place ever! All they want is your money. Spent $500 to fix it but it didn't work and the engine light was still on. I said why is the light still on? So then another $92 to diagnose what they should've done in the first place. Then told to bring it back to finish the diagnostics that it was included in the $92, no they wanted another $125 today. So then to diagnose what they already installed, they wanted another $200. It's a fuel sensor A. Another place quoted $250 to fix everything. Not going back to BATTY BOYS. read more

We were visiting from Tulsa and our car started spewing gas from a clip breaking on our fuel line. We were stranded and a guy walked up and helped us immediately. Totally selfless act. Robert (Bobby) from BAT Boys is a fantastic human being. If he is representative of the kind of people at BAT Boys, then everyone should be going to them for everything. Thank You!! read more

When your "hometown" nice guys (which I have no doubt buzz is) has the best reviews from out of town folks. You bet it's awesome to get in an out an on your way. I've had 3 vehicles serviced on multiple occasions since I moved here. 2 months down the road, problem. They forget they did the service or they make up parts that wore other than. I just wish they knew how horrible it is to be a rigger instead of a fixer when people that love here are on a budget. It almost feels like a timeshare event for locals. I spent thousands because I like buzz. Apparently either buzz condones cheap parts and even cheaper labor or he's getting the shaft by his employees. I still ain't figured it out. read more

I recommend B.A.T. Boys without reservation! They stand behind their products and services 100% Amazing customer service and quality work!

The owners name is Buzz and has got to be one of the best guys in town. His shop is very clean and professional. Honest as the day is long. If your visiting Branson, give B.A.T. Boys a call and as for Buzz personally. Their located off Gretna between the Red Roof Mall and Tanger Mall. read more

Had tire problem over long Labor Day weekend so first thing on Tuesday I took car to B.A.T. Thinking it was only rotation and balance they got me in at 3 that afternoon. I prepaid as we had show reservations with grandchildren. Andy text me during show and said it was slipped belt in one tire. He gave me two options including a used tire to get me home. They did not try to oversell and I would trust them in the future to work on our vehicles. read more

The staff is awesome! They went above and beyond to take care of us when our car overheated during our vacation. I highly recommend them and will be back again if I ever need them in the future in this area. read more

Run away! They don't do the work the right way the first time and don't stand by it when you demand a refund.

While on our last full day of vacation, and with a very early start on a 20 hour drive back home the following day, a leaking tire was not good news. B.A.T Boys weren't able to repair the tire because of the location of the puncture and the overall condition of the tire, and unfortunately we couldn't get the tires delivered in time. So why the 5 star rating? These guys were straightforward and honest from the start. And when they realized that they wouldn't be able to get the tires I needed in time, they recommended another local shop who could help. That's more than 5 stars in my book. read more

Subject: thanks for making the YouTube video about fixing a car window

Wow. Such great service. I wish our town had service like this. Andy and Nikki were great! We are from Oklahoma and needed new tires. They let us know when the tires would be in and made an appointment. So friendly and helpful! I recommend B.A.T. Boys to anyone needing tires or an oil change. Very professional! Waiting area is super clean, kid friendly, and has a tv. They have WIFI for customers as well! If we come back this way, we will for sure come back! read more

On a cross country trip I had a power steering hose spring a leak. BAT was recommended by the RV park I was staying at. I called them at noon and Buzz told me to bring my truck in at 3:00 PM. Chris took it on a test drive and then told me they would probably have it done by the next day. Less than 24 hours from the time I dropped it off they had it done and at a very reasonable price. I would definately go back again. read more

Great place with excellent customer service. Highly recommend. We arrived in town Saturday evening and experienced a locked front brake caliper. Checked Yelp and found BATBoys had good reviews. I left a message on their voicemail and Tracy called me as soon as they opened Monday morning. I told her the circumstances and she told me the sooner I could get there the better as their afternoon was going to be full. I arrived and they got the car in the back. They told me it was brake caliper and they could get the parts and fix. I told them I had the same issue back home in September. I gave them the paperwork from that service and they called that shop. Turns out the part was under warranty. Andy and the team had it fixed and oil changed in 2 hours. Thanks for resolving the situation. I thought it would take days to fix when the tire started to grind. Thanks again for taking care of the car so quickly. read more

Great service and reasonable pricing. As an out of state tourist in a real bind, they were able to help me out and did so at a good price.

These people are great! We had been purchasing our tires from another company, but the prices just kept getting higher and service was getting worse. When we took our van to B.A.T. boys we found a great deal on tires, awesome service and a real appreciation for our business. They've done several other things for our vehicles. This is a place that I, as a woman, feel comfortable. I know that Buzz and Shirley will treat me right. read more

I have been very pleased with BUZ and his competent shop even in the face of very frustrating on-going issues with my high-mileage 87 diesel F250! Shirley and Buz always bend over backwards to attend each issue that comes up. Thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You can take your vehicle there and let BUZ and his team loose on it knowing that the price will be fair and only those parts that are absolutely needed will be switched out. read more

Not up front pricing. Slow and waste time. Went told them the issues twice and wrote down then sat for 2 hours (i even set appointment) for them to tell me excatly the same thing i told them. Struts and hub assembly. Then the Hidden back end fees. Lady was pleasent about misunderstanding but tall short haired guy tried to justify his thievery by stating it is what everyone does and tried to hold car captive. Ended up splitting the bill and left with out an estimate. All in all im out 20 bucks 2.5 hours of my time spent with then and now the additional time needed to get an estimate. read more

Great service, fast, friendly and exceptionally clean mechanic shop. Was here on vacation and needed service and didn't want to spend a whole day here. These guys got on it and did it well. Thank you! read more

They tried to get me to purchase things I did not need. My car broke down after they repaired it and I could have ruined the car. Had to go to another place to get it fixed correctly. I went back to get some kind of restitution, and they would not. I took them to small claims court, but they won. They are NOT worthy businessmen. read more

B.A.T. Boys Branson... Watch out for these guys!!! While on vacation we developed a wobbling sound in the left front wheel. B.A.T. Boys sold us $400 of new front tires claiming a bad right front tire was the issue and being all wheel drive a matching set was required. 2 blocks off the lot the noise was still present! Went straight back only to receive a big BS story about tire wear, and new tire break in period??? Drove 1000 miles home with noise getting louder all the way. Took it straight to my mechanic when I got home to find a bad left bearing hub Within a few miles of total failure!!! This shop took our money and put us at risk on the highway!!! read more

Had an over heating problem on car while on vacation. This place fix my problem in a couple hours. Very clean and professional place.

Horrible. Something that they said would cost 350 and take an hour took 4 and they charged 500. And did NOT give final price before they did it. And then they hung up on me. Lying pricks! read more

Many thanks to these guys for getting us back on the road (and vacation) today. We had two tires that were losing air for the past two days. They fit us in without an appointment and found nails in both tires (what luck.) They repaired both tires at a low cost and got us on our way. Their waiting area, and their shop, are beautiful. We watched several other satisfied customers come and go while there. I would definitely visit again when I had any auto problems. read more

My wife called and got a verbal quote for an oil change and brake pads on her KIA Sorento. She scheduled an appointment and took the car in. They didn't have the pads and had to have them delivered. What was supposed to take 2 hours took 5 hours and they were $80 higher than their estimate. When she questioned the bill, she was told that her car required synthetic oil and charged her for 6 quarts at nearly $10 per quart. The KIA dealer uses conventional oil and states the car needs 5 quarts (also with a filter change). They should have had the pads on site after giving a bid and should have discussed the synthetic oil upgrade prior to completing it and giving her the bill. We will NOT use this shop again. read more

They used cheap parts. The front suspension failed after it was put on their rack. They gave me back my car in unsafe condition. I knew the front struts were old, but after I got my car back I had no front suspension(no movement). I took my car to Springfield immediately after getting my car serviced for new front brake pads, and my kids and I started to smell rubber(front tires) burning from front suspension failure. I was only upset with the fact of the use of cheap parts when they told me they use a name brand(Wagner Brake pads)they in fact did NOT use, and they gave me my car without telling me of the unsafe condition of the car related to the suspension. I think they were afraid I was going to try to get new struts from them. When I was nice and told them of my experience the next business day, they acted indifferent. They admitted that the front suspension failed from being lifted. B.A.T. DID NOT warn me of the potential consequences of driving the day of servicing. I'm just glad that I am mechanically inclined, If it would have been someone else they would of eventually had a front tire blowout. I quickly bought and installed the struts myself, and changed out the cheap squeaky brake pads myself. My front tires were ruined at my expense as well. FYI Always ask for the box from new/installed parts so you know what is being installed. Have a Blessed day! read more
