Would not use again. Was quoted 180 for 3 hours of service. After inspecting the car, he quoted $27 extra for one car being extra filthy. He continues to call and text to ask for adding on extra charges. I agreed to the charges as long as the end result was done well. Was then asked a second time to charge me an addition $100 on top of the original quoted price. I ended paying $487 for two cars which took him a total of 4 hours. The end result was mediocre, noted that he only had a cellphone light. Would be helpful to equip your business with adequate lightning to inspect your work. One car still had dog slobber all over the back windows. If you are going to charge someone extra, please reflect that quality of work in your detailing. Edit: Owner calls and leave voicemail about my review. He does not agree that he needed to have a flashlight when there is one on his cellphone. I apologize, in the future I hope I can provide a more well lit space for this service. Owner offered to comeback and clean windows, however I have no desire of receive additional services from this company. Just please stop calling me. read more

Anato showed up early and was very polite. Over all he did an ok job but not very good at the fine details and thoroughness. My husband had to point out slides that he missed. I hired another retailer to clean my big truck after 6 months traveling and before putting it in storage for 4 months. They flaked leaving me no time to find someone's else before storing a very dirty truck (think spilled Taco Bell ingredients on floors and rogue French fries that missed my mouth and ended up in parts unknown). As expected, my truck was even dirtier and now how a bit of mold and mildew from the aforementioned road snacks. I sent Phillip pictures and lots of info to help him give me an accurate quote and know what he was taking on. He arrived early to set up and worked for 4 hours doing an excellent job cleaning my embarrassing mess. He walked through the entire truck both before and after, and did a couple minor details we saw together at the end (it was dark & raining by that point). He was communicative, dedicated to my satisfaction, and respectful that I was working in my RV while he cleaned. My only negative feedback is there was a thorough cleaning but no finishing details. He was willing to come back out, but we couldn't match up our schedules before I hit the road again, so I ended up adding tire shine, conditioning all the plastics, and buffing out a few minor scratches myself. Luckily, I did this work while on a long, boring zoom meeting so it kept me busy while I listened:) Overall, my car was completely cleaned which was my main goal, and did a great job. They did a great job detailing inside my car. It looks brand new. My reason for getting my cleaned I had taken my sister to get a cat and the carrier wasn't plastic kind. You guessed it the cat peed in the carrier which spilled onto the back seat. I tried to clean it up myself but it didn't get rid of smell. They came out today and cleaned it up.
