He advertised himself as a man of God so I gave him the benifit of the doubt and figured it was just needed. so I gave him my 4 runner. He quoted me 1 price and charged me $600e than quoted and on top of that kept the hmvehicle for a week. I once again checked it up to just needed it I really wanted to trust him. So I took him my f350. He quoted me $1750 . Then changed it to $3950. This time I said no. I asked him to detail the inside as we discussed and I would to a wrap on the outside of it. Because I declined his extra services he refused to do anything on the truck and then told me to come get it. I then asked him about the 1 time free wash on the 2 vehicles he did. He wanted to go back any forth with me and become rude so I said nevermind. I asked if he didn't do my first wash if it boided the 3 years warrant of the ceramic coating. He said that he only warranties it if he washes it once a month. He never 1 time said that. It's not disclosed on paper, was never verbally said, as a matter of fact I have in writing from him that he would teach me to wash it myself so I didn't have to use his services and still never disclosed it. Now not only is he refusing to warranty the product because I will not pay him to wash my cars monthly but he has ghosted me all together. Guess it's time to sue. Stay away he got $4300 from me and tried for $8000. You've been warned. We have a monthly unlimited membership at a Mister Car Wash location in Milwaukee and so were delighted to find a location here. Love the unlimited membership, which makes getting the car washed even while on a road trip a breeze. We have a sticker/barcode on the corner of our windshield that identifies us as unlimited members. We simply drive up, it's automatically scanned, and the gate opens. This location is great. Not only were we able to get in and out quickly, they took the extra effort to give a little pre-wash as well. Aside from the pre-wash (done by the attendant), the automatic wash was great, with all parts of the functioning properly. Best of all? It got our car sparkling clean! Get to it!

Needed and expected my car to be vacuumed thoroughly, (or at least look like it) but upon entering my car I noticed crumbs were still visible. It looked like they only vacuumed my floor rugs. When I got home and looked at my car, I noticed two scrapes on the passenger side of my car that were not there before. I don't know what happened because I was in the lobby while they were taking care of my car, but I'm not happy. It looks great from far away, but with the visible crumbs, and adding the new scrapes, I will not be going back.

The old Mister Car Wash I used to go for a full service car wash, off of Sunshine no longer does…read morefull service washes. In fact this location is the last one in Springfield that does. Normally I just do the wash and clean it out yourself locations but after traveling from Phoenix to Springfield with two dogs in my car it really needed the interior done professionally to get all the fur out.
