He advertised himself as a man of God so I gave him the benifit of the doubt and figured it was just needed. so I gave him my 4 runner. He quoted me 1 price and charged me $600e than quoted and on top of that kept the hmvehicle for a week. I once again checked it up to just needed it I really wanted to trust him. So I took him my f350. He quoted me $1750 . Then changed it to $3950. This time I said no. I asked him to detail the inside as we discussed and I would to a wrap on the outside of it. Because I declined his extra services he refused to do anything on the truck and then told me to come get it. I then asked him about the 1 time free wash on the 2 vehicles he did. He wanted to go back any forth with me and become rude so I said nevermind. I asked if he didn't do my first wash if it boided the 3 years warrant of the ceramic coating. He said that he only warranties it if he washes it once a month. He never 1 time said that. It's not disclosed on paper, was never verbally said, as a matter of fact I have in writing from him that he would teach me to wash it myself so I didn't have to use his services and still never disclosed it. Now not only is he refusing to warranty the product because I will not pay him to wash my cars monthly but he has ghosted me all together. Guess it's time to sue. Stay away he got $4300 from me and tried for $8000. You've been warned. I told him there was a spot of gum on the back carpet if he was able to get it that would be great - but just do your best. He said: well I can with my steam cleaner but I didn't bring it with me. But you can do it yourself. Then he pointed out multiple white spots on my interior that he said "were already there". Thankfully I had pictures of my car from that weekend - no spots. He "couldn't find" the before pictures he had taken of my car. He said he could remove the white spots (that he caused), but again, he didn't have the supplies with him. He spoke with my husband and agreed to finish the job and then come back to take care of the white spots. He did inform me "I'm not cleaning the whole car again when I come back though if you decide to get it dirty again." I went back inside and Junior came to the door and said he decided he wasn't going to finish and he was leaving. It was at this time I noticed he was recording me inside my home with his sunglasses. I asked if he was recording me and he said yes. When I told him that was illegal he said "uh no I'm pretty sure in the state of Missouri I can record without your permission." It was just so creepy. He also refused to refund us. When we pressed him he said he would refund Friday. Which he has done. There are LOTS of mobile detailing services that do an excellent job. Junior unfortunately is just inexperienced and immature. Choose someone else.
