I went to Lifestyle Chiropractic today for the first time because I sometimes have headaches and occasional pain. Dr was a very good listener and took the time to understand what was going on. She explained everything step by step, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. I'm very thankful for her help. This was my first visit, but I wanted to share my positive first impression. read more

I absolutely LOVE Lifestyle Chiropractic! I have been going here regularly since January and I feel so much better!! I had some upper back pain after fracturing my ankle and being lopsided in a boot for a few months. I finally decided I needed to try something to help the pain when my aunt recommended her chiropractor and I am so grateful! Dr. Pam is beyond amazing in so many ways. From making me feel comfortable right away, to working absolute magic on my back making my pain disappear immediately, to just overall being a really awesome person. I enjoy going in so much not just because I know I will physically feel better when I leave but I also know I'll be in a great mood after talking with Dr. Pam! She is such a fun person to talk to and it's overall just such a positive experience every single time! I am so thankful to everyone at Lifestyle!! read more

All I can say is Dr. Pam has absolute magical healing hands! I've seen most of the reviews about sore backs, necks, feet, and legs, well I'm going to tell you about a different reason I went to see Dr. Pam... a cold (or bug) that was kicking my butt!! You see, both Doctors Pam and Chris educated me a long time ago about how important keeping our bodies adjusted and in proper alignment is to our overall health, and can help with pretty much anything. When I got there I was feeling horrible and could barely talk (hoarse), I was coughing, had a ton of congestion, and was literally having body aches from head to toe! I asked Dr. Pam to give me a "super duper" adjustment, and she did just that! Literally half way through the adjustment I felt the congestion loosen, and believe it or not, my voice came back right then and there! By the time I walked out of their office, I felt like a new person. None of my symptoms have come back and I have tons of engery and feel like a million bucks!! Thank you Dr. Pam, you are amazing!! read more

Years of sports and multiple car accidents, topped off with a couple of late life pregnancies means I now have some chronic back issues that seem to get worse each year. A few years ago it got so bad that my co-worker bugged me until I would try their chiropractor. I went, and she was able to help me heal faster and then stay pain free with just one monthly visit. But then she moved out of the area and her replacement wasn't able to keep that going - I had a bad relapse just a couple months into her taking over - so I stopped going. About a month ago my back flared up and didn't seem to be getting any better on its own, so I tried a walk in clinic on my way home from work one day. Within one hour of that adjustment I was literally screaming and writhing in pain, and I missed work for the first time in over 10 years. A few days later, once I was able to function again, I went in to Lifestyle Chiropractic, and I'm happy to report that within just 3 visits I'm at 95%, which makes me ecstatic! I'll be back to monthly visits for maintenance and I fully expect to have a nearly back pain free life again. Thank you LC!!!!! read more

I was in severe pain and hadn't had an adjustment in years. My hips were out alignment and I was having spasms of pain plus my left was numb to my knee and toes. Dr. Pamela Murray did a extremely thorough examination, with complete range of motion and medical history and x-ray's. read more

Drs. Chris and Pam: Damn good chiropractors. Very professional. They do not over service and are happy to research a particular case. They are also extremely accommodating of the problems that we have getting there, on time or at all, because of various health and other difficulties. We have stayed with them after our move to the next town in spite of the fact that there are other good practitioners closer to where we now live. I am a retired neuro-psychologist who spent quite a bit of time working with general rehabilitation patients as well as the brain injured. During that time I worked with many PTs and chiropractors in Australia and learned how to tell the good ones from the not so good ones. In other words, my recommendation for this practice is based on professional, as well as personal, knowledge. read more

I love both Doctors. I tried them once and never went to another chiropractor again. I live all the way in Vegas and I don't go anywhere else to get my adjustments. I make the effort to go to them every other month. Once you've tried them to get your back adjusted, you'll never go anywhere again. read more

I've had chiropractic therapy for almost three decades. I've always been very happy with my care. I was new to the area and decided to give this place a try. When I went in I was in desperate need of therapy, I couldn't turn my head to the right at ALL and very limited mobility to the left. The staff is friendly, I was able to get a very short notice appt. I was told they needed to do an xray which of course is extra but I anticipated as much since I was new. It's a husband wife team deal. The first thing they do is put you on this weird table with rollers under you to "stretch" you first. I've never experienced anything like this but I go with it. No heat. No tens unit. No ultra sound therapy. No manual fascia work. Just this weird table thing and then a cold adjustment. The initial visit, the husband adjusted me but decided to do a very limited neck adjustment due to the severe condition it was in. He didn't adjust my neck to the right but did my back and my neck on the left, it hurt but not unbearable, woke up feeling a slight bit of relief. I had been advised to return the very next morning for a second adjustment. I returned and again put on the table and then another cold adjustment but this time by the wife. She was very rough, and cranked my neck so hard both directions.when she turned my neck to the right I actually yelled out in pain. I left there in so much pain and it took over two months for me to regain range of motion in my neck back. Their receptionist left me several messages to schedule follow up appointments but I ignored all of them. No thank you. I'll drive an hr to the Dr. I had been seeing previously. At least there they apply heat, tens unit and you get like a 10 minute massage to loosen you up before the adjustment. Moral of the story, know your body and dont go anywhere new unless you have to but I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
