This facility is genuinely amazing! Dr. Coley is very well educated in his profession and can definitely tell he takes pride in his practices. This is for sure a 10 star review! If you want quality and to be educated in chiropractic, Dr. Coley is for sure your guy! Great atmosphere as soon as you walk into their buildings. Salute to Isa on the mellow playlists playing while you're in the office and being patient and fulfilling my schedule. read more

I had a wonderful first experience at Atlas Health Center (formerly The Function Chiropractic & Wellness) today! Dr. Mike is amazing, he listened to my concerns, he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I've seen various chiropractors throughout my many years of life and most only do a few adjustments and done... not Dr. Mike, he did a visual and physical exam and then did gentle adjustments to my back, hips, shoulder, neck, even my ankle (who knew ankles needed adjusting, I didn't!). AND he does a quick muscle massage on each part before adjusting, who doesn't love a little massage, yes please! My body felt really good when I left. I didn't go for a specific problem or injury, just the usual body aches and stiffness and want to improve my overall health and mobility. Highly recommend Atlas Health Center and especially Dr. Mike! read more

Long overdue review... The team was welcoming, warm and down to earth. I came here after a car accident and saw Dr. Vinson for adjustments/treatments. My body was achy and in a great deal of pain. Dr. Vinson took the time to research ways to aid our care by using different techniques and treatments. He was very attentive in our journey in healing. I felt comfortable to be myself/express myself (in profanity) - especially when certain muscles need to be worked on. I saw Angel a couple time for massage therapy and she was what I needed on the journey to heal as well. She set the mood right during our sessions and it was pleasant. read more

I'm still going! Very helpful I recommend this practice as a very good therapy and reliable staff! I think I had some displacement of Spinal vertebrae and Dr Coley was able to gently adjust it over several visits! Thankfully! read more

Dr Stewart is brilliant and a healer in the purest form. He doesn't care about the money and is extremely affordable in order to help as many as possible. Absolutely go see him if you have pain and he will have excellent advice, may even save you from surgery. Count yourself lucky if you can land an appointment with Dr Stewart. read more

I recently moved to the Hayward area and hurt my shoulder. I sought treatment from Dr. Cedric and the pain I have is healed. The office stood out to me because it is a cute location and everyone is very kind. I loved how professional the doctor is and the high tech equipment in the office. I have suffered many injuries and they were able to handle them with ease. Thank you! Quality care 5/5 Office experience 5/5 If you are in need look no further I recommend this office to all family, friends and fellow yelpers! I have been adjusted by many different chiropractors and Dr. Bekah is hands down my favorite. She really takes her time with the adjustment and listens to me. I love that she also works on my muscles because that helps even more. I've struggled with headaches for most of my life& the adjustments and massage she does in my neck have eliminated my headaches She's a very smart woman and answers my questions in a way that i can understand. Dr. Cedric is an amazing Chiropractor and I am so grateful for the care I've received at The Function! I have scoliosis and I've seen many good Chiropractors throughout my life in the various places I've lived. Dr. Cedric is one of the most talented and skilled doctors I've experienced. His office is well run, all the staff are fantastic, personal and professional. Dr. Melissa is also wonderful and there are excellent massage therapists available too. I highly recommend The Function Chiropractic for improvement in body, mind and spirit. read more

It was my first time at this clinic and right when I walked in I was welcomed by Cedric. He showed me around and introduced me to the team. I appreciated the good vibes and music! One thing that stuck out to me was how the team interacted with each other, friendly and family-oriented, which I loved. I saw JT and he did a phenomenal job adjusting me! I came into the clinic feeling emotionally heavy and physically misaligned; came out feeling overall great and ready to tackle the rest of my day. Although it was my first time at this clinic this definitely won't be my last. If you're looking for a chiropractic spot with good vibes and great taste in music this is it! read more

Dr. Stewart is the most amazing chiropractor I've ever used! Highly recommend, he was able to fix areas that other chiropractors weren't, including my left shoulder. Before seeing Dr. Stewart, it ached all the time and was weak. He was able to fix it and now it's pain free read more

I haven't been to a chiropractor for about 10 years and finally got to the point where stretching wasn't enough for my shoulders and neck. I had my first appointment with Dr. Cedric today and it was great! He is great at letting you know what's going on with your body and what is out of alignment. It was also a plus to not have to get X-rays and the office staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The office itself was new and clean and parking was easy behind the building. Grateful to have found a doctor so close to home and will be recommending him and this office to everyone! read more

There was no improvement after 5 treatments and they didn't accept my insurance. They do have a subscription service for $200 per month. They're good if you have small aches, but they didn't help me for more serious conditions. Went back to my typical therapist who's much further away for $200 per treatment and was better after the first treatment and was healed in 5 treatments. read more

What can I say that has not already been said about Dr. Cedric @ The Function?! I've tried previous chain and independent chiropractors in the past, however Dr. Cedric stood out the most to me due to his: --Holistic approach towards wellness and his individualized treatment plans. --Fine tuned and customized approach towards helping you get better - he doesn't tend to "shotgun it" like other providers. He GENUINELY cares about his patients. --Calm + friendly office staff, and a modern + clean facility. --Easy scheduling + reasonable pricing. I've not only become a regular, but I've also referred many friends and family to come here as well! :) read more

Best experience I've ever had! This was my first time at this location and the experience was amazing. Booking an appointment was easy with plenty of slots available. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted at the front desk and then taken on a tour around the office. Really got the "my home is your home vibes". The preceptor Vincent was very friendly and so easy to talk to. Helped me out with a few of my concerns and recommended what my next steps were. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. The adjustment from Dr. Cedric... Can't even put into words! The best adjustment I've had! He has such a big heart and seriously cares for his patients. Great personality and easy to have a conversation with too. He really knows what he's doing. Book the appointment and experience it for yourself! You're going to be so well taken care of at The Function. You'll regret not booking it sooner. read more

I have been to many chiropractors over the years and Cedric is hands-down THE BEST. He listens to all your bodily issues and works out muscles and trigger point areas prior to adjustments and takes the extra time on you and your problem areas. He's NOT just adjusting you and you're out the door....as some chiros get you out in 5 min, but nope not him. He knows so many moves and tricks and can always get an amazing adjustment each time. Extremely knowledgeable and you walk out feeling like a million bucks after each session with increased mobility every time. I love the web booking system for choosing your appointment times as well, super easy to use. Seriously, come try this place out! You won't regret it! read more

I was looking for a Chiropractor due to back and neck pains from a car accident. Dr.Cedric was nice enough to take me in as his patient. I haven't been to a Chiro in years since I was a kid and don't remember my past treatment at all. My experience with the whole staff in this office has been phenomenal. Dr. Cedric and Dr. Melissa are both great at taking care of my body and are very reassuring about everything they do to adjust me. They do a great job at accommodating me since I'm pregnant and worry a lot about my baby. I've gotten a deep tissue/prenatal massage from Angel here as well and she is amazing! She's also the sweetest person ever! The people that work the counter in reception are also always very friendly. I love coming in for my visits! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a Chiropractor! read more

I'd never been to a chiropractor and didn't know of any so I checked Yelp, which is how I found The Function Chiropractic Group! It was definitely the right decision. At my first appointment I was immediately put at ease by the terrific office team. They're friendly, professional, funny and just great. I can't say enough about Dr. Vinson and Dr. Miguel! I saw Dr. Vinson on my first visit and he was/is wonderful! He asked questions, listened to my answers, fully answered my questions to him and totally explained what was causing my issues and what he'd be doing for adjustments. He took his time on every visit, always asked how I was feeling, what was or wasn't hurting, etc. I never felt like he was in a big hurry. Dr. Miguel was/is my other go-to chiropractor. He's also terrific! I'd see him if if I wanted a slight change of pace in my treatments. The first time I saw Dr. Miguel he went over everything going on with me very thoroughly. He also asked me on each visit about any new issues, what did or didn't hurt, and again I didn't feel like he was rushing. I'm very grateful for the care I've received at The Function! I'm taking a break right now, but I'll be back there the minute I feel I need to! I totally, completely recommend The Function!! read more

Having been treated by the same chiropractor for over 25 years, I suddenly found the need to locate a new one upon his retirement I stumbled into finding Dr. Cedric Stewart. It only took one or two visits for Dr. C to have my body totally figured out. I have now been seeing him for 3 1/2 years. If that doesn't tell you how great of a chiropractor he is, my daughter also sees him and I've even taken my grandson in for adjustments. Chiropractic adjustments by Dr. C keeps me in good body and healthy without unnecessary drugs. read more

This was long due review . Dr Cedric you have an amazing hand . I have been having back issues from last few years. Sometimes it used to get so chronic that i will not be able to walk also. Have visited multiple chiropractors who all take this profession as assembly line. First time few minutes more and then whatever issues you have there is just one minute or two min given. But this doctor is godsend for me. Evrytime i go to him, he literally spends so much time and casts some magic on my back and i feel so so good . Such doctors are very rare and dr cedric thanku so much for making me feel alive by letting my pain go away. God bless you. You are the best chiropractor i have met in life so far. read more

This place is a 10/10 recommend. Everyone there is magical. From the moment I check-in to the moment I leave it is a positive experience. I commute 45 minutes to this location because they all are worth the drive. Thank you, Function Chiropractic Team! read more

I haven't been to a chiropractor in my life and I've been watching YouTube videos to prepare myself for the inevitable. I had concerns about my bad posture because I saw pictures of myself hunched. I also drive long hours to commute to work and I push and pull 150 pound carts at a angle. So I booked an appointment with Dr. Lieu, and he was extremely knowledgeable! Came in there for back posture and learned some tips and felt like jello afterwards. He made sure I felt comfortable and after one session, I feel like I can bend and touch my toes now which I could never do before so I was very shocked at how flexible and stretched out I felt. Dr. lieu was also very personable and you can tell he was very passionate about his job and the function of the body. Parking was just outside and very easy and convenient. They also took my pictures to see how my posture was and I can see how I can improve on it with more sessions. Overall 5 stars for this place! read more

This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I was extremely nervous. Always had back issues and thought I'll give this a try. My sister recommended me to Dr. Vinson. The whole team was welcoming. Dr. Vinson made me feel very comfortable. He had to gain my trust so him and his staff talked and joked with me while they popped me bad into place. I would definitely recommend this place. The next day I felt so much better. My left side no longer was hurting. Will be coming back at least twice a week! read more

Dr. C is amazing! The environment and vibe here is fun, friendly, family and relaxing. He is so knowledgeable about the body and explains why certain things may be happening, and it's always so fascinating to hear! Thankful to have found an awesome chiropractor and staff here in Hayward! read more

Came in because I tweaked my SI joint doing deep squats. Not going to the gym has been a pain, and feeling the dull ache everyday was not a pleasant feeling. After coming in and getting the adjustment, i felt instant relief! - Clean clinic and has a nice aroma - Friendly front desk staff - Professionalism all around - Dr. Cedric knows what he's doing No more back pain during squats, 5/5 experience! read more

Dr. Cedric and the Function Chiropractic team are all amazing! The office is friendly and comforting and the care you receive is even better. Overall it makes for a great experience that has you feeling like a new person when you walk out! I've seen many chiropractors who were all great, but seriously never experienced as good of an adjustment as the ones that I've gotten from Dr. Cedric. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality wellness care! read more

I was referred to Dr. Cedric sometime last year and since I started seeing him, my headaches have gone away almost completely. He knows exactly what my body needs without me telling him. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The massage therapist is the best deep tissue masseuse I've found. I travel from Concord area every week to make sure the best are working on what is important to me; my body, mind and health!!!! read more

This place is a life saver. Dr. Cedric and his team are absolutely amazing. I have a new born and time to time I end up tweaking my muscles from sleeping on my side or just from other activities. Dr. Cedric fixes me up every time. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and informative but most importantly, Dr. Cedric is a miracle worker. I have used other chiropractic services and all they do is touch you shoulders, arm and back then tell you to come back in a few weeks. Dr. Cedric works the pain points and finds resolution. The booking process is also extremely easy and helpful. Takes a few seconds once you set up an account. I leave there impressed and relieved every time. I started taking my wife here and have already recommended his place to several friends of mine. You won't regret it. Thank you Dr. Cedric and the team! I would give you guys more stars if I could. read more

Dr. Cedric spent a lot of time making sure my wife (Morgan) was comfortable and aware of where and what he would be working on. She felt that he listened to what was going on in her life so that he could provide the best care possible. Shout out to the team as well for creating a welcoming atmosphere! I'm a current student at Life West and have had Dr. Cedric as a teacher. I trust him as a knowledgable teacher and as my chiropractor. Easy for me to be biased but this guy is really good. He's got the sports background and is big on stretching. Also his pin and stretch moves make me wanna punch him(jokingly) but just breathe through them and you will see results. I always leave there with less tightness in my mid back and neck which are my main problem areas. For those debating if you should try his adjustment, check him out and see if he's a good fit for your issues. Thank you Dr. Stewart. Looking forward to out next adjustment already read more

First time going to a chiro and I was very pleased with their services and how friendly their doctors are as well as their staff. Felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. I have to go back again and get adjusted! read more

The Function Chiropractic is off the charts good. I've seen a few chiropractors before, but never stuck with them long(er) term because I didn't really feel like I was getting any better. I have a few sports injuries from working out/heavy lifting and was in a car accident ten years ago and the combination of these includes a lot of discomfort in my upper back and many imbalances overall. I've been seeing Dr. Vinson for a few months now and feel SO much better than when I first started coming to see him. The pain in my back is virtually non-existent and a long term abductor problem is substantially better than it was when I first started seeing him and continues to get better each time! The imbalances that I also felt previously while working out are virtually gone as well (some I didn't even know I had!) I do continue to have new problems pop up here and there and Dr. Vinson is amazing at addressing them each time I see him. I also appreciate that they don't rely on fancy gadgets like many chiropractors seem to do. The knowledge Dr. Vinson (and I'm sure the other chiropractors) have about the body far surpasses any of the fancy gadgets from other offices. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great chiropractor in the area! read more

The Function Chiropractic is a great place to go if you're looking for chiropractic care in the area. Dr. Cedric and Dr. Melissa are very knowledgeable and always ready to listen to their patient's concerns. Every visit always feels like I'm visiting a friend. I took my brother here to get his wrist checked and Dr. Cedric educated him on how important it is to stretch and let his muscles rest/heal. During my visits, I was originally experiencing terrible sciatic pain. Both Dr.Cedric and Dr.Melissa helped reduce the pain to the point where I no longer feel too much pain on a daily basis. read more

I have to shout-out Dr. Cedric! He was incredibly informative and didn't tug me around like a rag doll like most chiropractors do, haha! Every spot that he cracked actually made a difference, and he's very confident in his work. I felt immediate relief for my lower back pain/hip pain. I'm definitely coming back to find him, and you should too!! read more

I've never been to a chiropractor before and I'm regretting it. Wish I would've gone to him much sooner. It's been 2 weeks since my visit with Dr. Cedric and I honestly could not be any happier with the instant results I felt leaving his practice. The drive from LA to see him is way more than worth it!! I've dealt with lower back and neck pain for many, many years and with just one session I was so relieved! Again it's been 2 weeks and have not felt the pain and tightness I went in with. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!! Great open space office. Phenomenal staff! And the cleanliness was on point! I'm looking forward to our next session! Thank you so much!! read more

My significant other and I had been receiving care from Dr Cedric for quite some time now. We had increasing cervicospinal issues that were not tended to for quite some time. We ended up meeting Dr Cedric through a franchise chiropractic practice that he was managing and we were fortuitous enough to meet him. The level of care and attention that we received from him was something that we do not see often. We stayed with this franchise solely for Dr Cedric. When Dr Cedric contacted us, to let us know, that he and this franchise decided to part way and he was setting up his own shop, we immediately called and cancelled our membership, and let him know, we'll go where he goes. read more
