Water can heal and restore the body if you use clean alkaline water with the right amount of minerals in it. For our family it's a must to have healthy clean water and it's our second house where we installed the LifeSource water filtration. The company is incredible and their mission is amazing. They are located in Pasadena,CA and you have an incredible support from the team. We had 2 installers Cody & Angel whom made the job look easy. Both are subject mater experts in water filtration and are not subcontractors that makes them high quality installers. Cody & Angel are both employees of the LifeSource and it makes a huge difference. I have been a customer for 7 years now and love their services, and more importantly taste and quality of the water from the LifeSource system. Reward yourself with a pure water quality and it's the best investment we made so far in our beautiful house. Oh, Lynn was our amazing advisor. Thank you Lynn. Thank you Cody & Angel! read more

Just had LifeSource install my 3rd system. Have had the other two for over 6 years and they have worked great giving us great tasting water in HB and FV. Joe Hernandez and his partner Frank were on time and did a very clean and neat installation. They worked around the fire protection system and added a hose adapter to the flush line so that I can direct the water to my plants. The Ultimate system is in my CM house and I added the ApaPure filter to kill any viruses or bacteria that might enter the water system. My wife tried the water from the kitchen faucet and was excited that the chlorine taste was gone. We had to use bottled water to make our coffee and tea before this. read more

Oswaldo did a fantastic job installing our new water system. I did a ton of research beforehand and ultimately went with LifeSource because of the stellar reviews and zero maintenance on the system. Clarke was honest, not pushy, and patient when he came over to discuss our options. Oswaldo explained how everything worked after the install and was very personable. read more

We had this installed 20 years ago and it was never plumbed correctly. Only the hot water side. Every time we called for filters they didn't recognize us as owners even though we provided copies of our receipt. It never did anything to help hard water so if that's what you're looking for this isn't the company to use. We recently installed West Coast Water Filtration and it is performing seamlessly. Great drinking water and soft water for our home. read more

Great customer service, Lynn help me make this smart choice, she took the time to explain the benefits and help me compare LifeSource with all the other water systems. We got our water softener service five years ago, and so we called Lifesource company for the 5th year period system maintenance. Yesterday they sent Eddie over our house, he is very polite, kind and experienced, he checked on everything, replaced with a new tank...At the end, Eddie suggested me to turn on all the water faucets to release pressure in the pipes which is totally make sense and helpful. Overall their service is very efficient and well-communicated. We have a very good experience with them and would like to give them 5 starts! read more

I just had my system installed yesterday by Joe. He did an amazing job and is clearly professional and skilled in his craft. I have had many more negative experiences with contractors than positive over the course of the years and it was very refreshing to know the job was done quickly, efficiently and without any drama! Lynn was my primary contact and she clearly knows her stuff and is very dedicated to the company and believes in the product. For anyone trying to decide what company and system to use, I highly recommend LifeSource. There are certainly cheaper systems on the market, but why would you cut corners with the quality of your home's water. I have a huge confidence this water is not only going to be better for our bodies, skin and beauty, but also now feel better knowing the water will be kinder to the plumbing in my home. read more

We had done an extensive review of full home water filtration systems and we selected LifeSource. We love the system and has been working very well. Recently we thought there may be an issue so we called for a service appointment to check out our system. LifeSource responded very quickly. They sent service technician Eddie. He came out and did a thorough inspection and determined one tank should be replaced. I would like to commend Eddie for being very professional and extremely knowledgable about how the system works and plumbing in general. We feel he did an excellent job and would recommend him and LifeSource to anyone looking for a full home system. Thank you Eddie! read more

We'd been looking at getting a whole house filtration system for a while, and finally decided to go for it. We have friends who have been happy with their LifeSource system for years, so decided to go with them. Ben came out to discuss installation and give us an estimate, and Eddie did a great job installing the tanks in a shed adjacent to our garage. Very happy with the results so far, and our friends even got a check for their recommendation. The taste is great, and our plants seem happy, too. Calcium buildup on fixtures and an outdoor fountain seems to have stopped; hopefully for good! read more

We had to have someone out asap to service our "New to us" system. Life Source worked with us to get it back on track. Fernando was sent to service our system and we cannot be happier! He was amazingly patient and professional. He showed up masked up and ready to work. Fernando answered all of our questions and guided us through how the system works. He made sure to test the system multiple times to be sure all was well. Fernando was the perfect person for the job and we definitely recommend him! Thank you Life Source for having such helpful staff! The service supervisor (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) was so helpful and understanding and sent the perfect technician to handle the job. read more

The technician Eddie did a wonderful job installing the water filtering system. It's been about a week, and so far it's working fine.

My mother had a system installed a few months ago and she loved it so much she gave me one for my birthday! DJ came out to assess the property and explain the system to us. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. On the day of install Kyle came out on time and ready to work. Our job took a little more time to complete due to us being in an HOA and having to be very careful about the placement of our system. Kyle was really nice too (I think this company sends their employees to Chick fil A for courtesy training!)! We usually complain about service and rudeness these days but this company has great people working there. Kyle was really professional and showed he cared about the quality of workmanship. Our system is up and running and we are grateful for such fine workmanship. Now it's time to start enjoying our healthy water straight from the faucet. Thank you Lifesource! read more

We moved into a new home (new build) and after calling so many water treatment companies we decided on Lifesource. Not only were they priced more competitively but they didn't try to sell me additional junk I didn't need. Actually my sales rep tried to convince me I didn't need an RO system installed, which I found refreshing and honest. Cody did our install and he was awesome. Quick, clean and very knowledgeable. Mechelle was the sales rep I worked with and she was so delightful to work with. Highly recommend these guys. read more

Danny and Clarissa were a great team. Very punctual, professional and respectful. I'm very happy with the work they did!

We did extensive research on whole-house filter and conditioner systems, and finally decided to go with LifeSource. We liked the fact that the system would have a long life with little maintenance required, that it would not waste a great deal of water, that it was a Southern California-based company, and that the installation was done by the same company. Our sales/service rep was Mechelle Kirkendoll. She did a great job presenting the different options and researching and responding to our many questions. We appreciate that she will be our service contact on an ongoing basis. Installation was done very professionally by Gabriel Gadea and Gerson (Tony) Antonio Mejia. Mechelle was present at the installation too. We are very happy with the taste of the water, and are sure we will be pleased with the product and service going forward. I highly recommend LifeSource! read more

I had my whole house filtration system installed yesterday. I usually expect contractors and service providers to arrive later than their scheduled time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the tech had arrived early and was waiting for the scheduled time before knocking on the door. Eddie was the tech that arrived first. He was knowledgeable and did not waste time getting to work setting up the system. A Ozzy the second tech arrived and promptly got to getting to work. They both had great attitudes, communicated well and worked diligently to get my system installed. They kept me abreast of any issues or changes. I had to leave before they were done and Eddie made sure to call me to remind and instruct me on how to flush the piping before using the water for drinking or cooking. I am very happy with how Eddie and Oswaldo treated my install. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great customer service thus far as well. read more
