Our system was installed 5-4-22 by Fernando. Very professional and friendly. He had our water shut off for only a couple of hours so it wasn't an inconvenience. He kept working without a break. I kept him supplied with bottled water to keep him cool. The next day I noticed a weeping leak, very minor. Texted Mechelle and she had Jorge come out that same day to make the repairs. Instead of just trying to re- solder the joints, he cut out the elbow where the leak was and installed new copper elbows and pipe. Turns out the elbow had a crack in it so it wasn't because of installation errors. Mechelle has been great also. Returns our Calls/text if we have any questions or concerns. She makes sure that her installers kept us happy and she showed up on the day of installation. So far the system is working fine. read more

Jimmy & his helper Jesus are friendly, fast, & professional. Great communication too. The new units look great. Thank you!

Well, the filter may be good the water softener which is supposed to be a salt, free water softener does not soften anything the price of the system is extremely high for what you get. Do not let them mislead you into thinking this is a water softener you cannot soften water without salt. P.S. The filter went bad. And started leaking carbon into our water It had to be replaced within two months. read more

Not sure how, but the negative reviews seem to be deleted from this page. I don't think the public getting an accurate perspective on this company. We purchased the Scale Solver model with additional warranty. We were told the hard water elements would be removed from our tap. Unfortunately this is not the case. You must know as a customer, the hard water CA Mg will remain, but in different configuration. You will still get hard water build up if your water is above moderate levels. The sales person will not conduct a chemistry test like other companies. This test will show you the level of hardness will remain. If hard water is your primary concern, softening system is very likely your best bet. While you do get small brine solution in your water, it will not stick to your plumbing. An RO system under you sunk will address removal of brine solution amounts in your water. read more

We had a whole house water filter system with Lifesource installed a little over 3 years ago after an extensive research. Lynn Jaramillo was our sales representative. Her knowledge and honesty helped sealed the deal. We had a problem a month later with carbon leakage and Lynn was on it right away solving the issue without wasting time or causing me further aggravation. The next 3 years have been worry and maintenance free. Today, Lynn and Tony come out to check on a problem I had and took care of it for me. Tony was helpful and informative and as usual, Lynn was amazing! The after service care she provides is superb! She believes in maintaining relationships instead of closing the door once the deal is done. I highly recommend Lynn and Lifesource. read more

I am remodeling my home and just put in all new appliances along with kitchen and bathroom fixtures. When researching clean water systems Life Source water systems kept coming up at the top of all reviews for water quality and service so I called. My call was returned in :05 by my local factory Representative Lynn and we discussed my needs and set up an appt to meet at my home. Lynn came to my house two days later and I had the chance to learn all the different systems Life Source has and what would work best for my needs. What a great meeting I felt like I was having coffee with an old friend and was far from a sales call I was dreading. Well ...when my remodel was almost done it was time to add the system and I called Lynn to have my system installed. I was surprised how quickly I could fit into their schedule and the following week it was installed. Doing business with a local professional made this an easy decision for me. On the day of my installation Eddie showed up before our scheduled appt ready to go. He explained the process and went over the exact location plan and I knew instantly that I was working with another professional. 1/2 way through the install Lynn showed up just to make sure I was comfortable with the install and field any questions I had about the system. What a nice touch! After the install was completed Eddie gave me a full run down on how my system works and what to expect. You should see this plumbing job, it's a work of art! Bottom line is that this experience was 100% professional from start to finish and I feel like I have a local team one phone call away whenever needed. Thank you Lynn and Eddie for the great experience. Thank you LifeSource for the great water. read more

We had a very positive experience with LifeSource Water Systems. We recently bought a new home which had an 18 year old water softener and reverse osmosis system. We did not want to invest several hundred dollars into such an old system to get it running correctly, so we decided to call LifeSource because we had always heard great things about it. Joe Newland came out to the home and introduced us to the LifeSource system. He did an excellent job explaining the benefits to us so we decided to move forward with the purchase at that time. Today, Jimmy came out to install the system. His many years of experience showed up. He worked diligently and expertly, and before we knew it, our new LifeSource system was working and providing us with perfect water from every tap in our home. Jimmy took the time to clean the work area before he left, and Joe Newland came by to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. We are thrilled with the new system, and the professionalism that we experienced. We look forward to many years of healthy and tasty water. read more

Yet another wonderful experience with LifeSource!!! I recently had some work done In my garage. Somehow during it all my transformer for my lifesource water system stoped working? The technician of the unnamed company said it was faulty...No sir!!! He pinched the wiring of the system while installing a work bench. Place a call to Lifesource and the next day they send over Jimmy. Outstanding guy, Jimmy got my transformer issued fixed in no time, gave me a quick service check...all good!!! It is so comforting to know there are still organizations that exceed the expectations of their customers. LifeSource is a top notch company, that I definitely recommend for whole house water filtering. Sales reps...great, install...outstanding and maintenance ...worry-free. Thanks Jimmy!!! read more

We got our LifeSource system installed last November. Charles Hess is our rep. and he's been great. Checking in to see how things are going. I recently had him come out to check our system to make sure it's filtering as expected since we were still seeing a lot of water spots. He re-iterated that the system leaves in the good minerals and that's the spots we're seeing. However, the spots left are definitely VERY easy to clean, nothing like the hard water spots we were seeing before we got the system. While Charles was here I showed him our installation and that the pressure gauge that was installed was blocking the fire riser door for our sprinkler system. He had customer service call me the very next day to schedule a tech to come out and fix that. Javier and Eduardo were just here today and they got the gauge moved, no problem. Javier said they would need an hour, and they were done in about a half an hour. The gauge is moved and the water is flowing again. Thanks guys for doing such a great job! We definitely appreciate this company and their customer service! I would recommend this system to ANY homeowner! read more
