I didn't want to get water bottles and refill my water bottles any longer. I believe it's time for me to upgrade to a whole house water filtration system. I did some researched and decided to go with LifeSource Water System. The response was quick from the customer service. She said someone will give me a call back and it was very quick, John Nardollilo (Factory Rep) called within same day. He schedule to come out talk about the system on Friday and give me quote. He was courteous, and professional. He didn't push me to get both system. I went with one filter system at first then I called him and decided to get the salt free water softener so I can have both install together. On Tuesday, Angel Flores, my Installation Specialist came early @8am to install my water system. He worked very hard under pressure for hours as I'm not sure why there were mosquitos around my garage 1-2 days prior the installation. I felt bad because I think the mosquitos must be bugging him. I saw his face had bites. I didn't realize the mosquitos were a nuance. But he manage to get the work done professionally. The installation is amazing, it's beautiful workmanship, as you can see in the pictures. While he installed the system, he guided me through the procedures and gave me details on the system after and when to call if I need help. He is really professional and hard work. I'm very happy with the new water I have. It's maintenance free, no filter to change but will need to change the water softener tank in 5 yrs later. Plus the water is clean, taste great. No more smelly chlorine from the faucets, and shower heads. My hair is softer and my skin more balance. I noticed the water spots left after shower does not clog like hard water before. I found Lifesource through my cousin who has used them for many years and she loves her system. Honeslty would not stop talking to me about it so I thought id look into it. A whole house filter honestly sounded very expensive. My cousin said that they have different sized systems depending on your size of home. She gave me the name of her Rep that she worked with who was able to work out a great deal for them. So I called in and gave them Vartan's name. This man was surprisingly very professional but very honest at the same time. He told me the differences between filtration vs RO which at first was not really my concern, the cost was mainly my concern. Since I was referred by my cousin, I was able to get a discounted price and they also offered financing! Usually I would never do anything like that but because I had put so much work into learning everything about this system, and after listening to my cousin non-stop, I had to have this system in my home. Installation was easy and quick. I think the names of the installers were Tommy and Ernie. They were ON TIME (being late is a pet peeve of mine) and professional. They answered all of my questons and explained what to expect after its up and running. Now I can't stop talking about how much I love it! And honestly, after doing the math, this system is a greater value than buying bottled water because now I have filtered water coming from my tap. I was so concerned about the price I assumed I would pay when I really should've been concerned with the quality of water I was using and consuming. No more smelly water, itchy skin, dry hair and most importantly, no more water spots to clean! God I hated doing that. I had experience a bad situation or better say misunderstanding with LifeSource. Know that this misunderstanding had nothing to do with the product itself, but its service. Originally when I purchased the system, I had let my rep and the service know that I was doing a remodel on my home but still wanted the system installed. So after my remodel was done, I wanted to have the system moved. They told me that this would not be a problem, that they would come back out, disconnect it and reconnect it to my desired location. My install went great, the tech was really good. A few months later once my remodel was completed, I called my rep to let him know that I was ready to relocate the systems. He said that he had alerted the service team to give me a call. Unfortunately, the call back took some time because of the Christmas holiday season. When I did speak to her, she said that I would have to wait until next year--the next month--to have my systems removed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her and she was able to move things around and get a tech out later that week. But then, the tech that came was different from my original tech who had first installed, and sad to say but he was an absolute nightmare. Disconnected my systems but did not finish reconnecting them. Unacceptable. I again contacted my rep who was just as upset as I was and ensured me that this will be handled. This reaffirmed why I decided to go with Lifesource. The whole team really made it up and showed real professionalism and great service to make it better...now I can say, this is the same excelent team that serviced me when purchased and continue to deliver their promised. We just replaced our original Life Source system that was installed in 2002, 17 years ago with a new unit. I originally selected Life Source after a lot of research and decided it provided the best option to provide healthier and better tasting water. Prior to our original purchase we stayed at a vacation home that had a well known water softener that uses salt, but didn't like the water taste from faucet, and it left a slippery residue after a shower. This type of water softener also doesn't remove contaminants like chlorine, chloramine, pesticides and chemicals. Our Life Source filtration removes these contaminants, retains most of the needed minerals, provides great tasting drinking water from faucets, and showers leave hair and skin feeling clean with no residue feeling. A side benefit has been the added service time to our water heater and faucets. We replaced our water heater at the same time when installed original Life Source unit in 2002, and it is still working 17 years later with no issues. We remodeled our downstairs bathroom in 2018, and the original builder grade faucet was replaced that still worked with no problem. The installation yesterday went very smooth, and Gabriel arrived on time, removed the old unit and installed the new Life Source unit in 90 minutes. He worked very efficiently, and moved the new unit 5" to the left in order to allow enough room to install a large 8" thick" HVAC filter for Furnace. At first I was skeptical of the numerous water quality improvement claims, and the accompanying benefits. After having purchased two whole-house systems (one in 2006, and the other in 2009) at opposite ends of the country, I am a major fan of Lifesource. Some of the very noticeable benefits my family enjoys are: no overbearing chlorine chemical smell when the ice-maker is opened, and no chlorine taste in the ice and drinks; showers which are free of chlorine smells, and skin which is not harmed by the harsh chemicals contained in the un-cleansed tap water; clothes which are cleaner, and free of any residual chemical smells; a dishwasher that requires a fraction of the amount of detergent needed to get the dishes clean. And the drinking water: there is no comparison to tap water, and I have installed these systems in my homes in cities which are considered to supply water of high quality. Installation was a breeze for both systems (one in CA and one in NC). We never had a problem with either installation, and the installers were courteous, on-time, and clever with solving several tricky challenges of routing wiring and backwash piping. We have had few reasons to call the company over the years, and each time our calls were professionally handled, and promptly routed to the appropriate person to answer our questions. 19 December 2022 0800 AM Eugene and Cody at Life Source Water System did an installation at my rental property in La Mirada CA. They both did a superb job, the craftsmanship and attention to details were amazing to see. After the install they clean up thoroughly and explain how the system work and what to do in case of emergency. After the installation on the water purification system, they cleaned up thoroughly and explained they systems function and what to do in case of an emergency. I could immediately taste and feel the difference!! I am so thrilled with my LifeSource Water System! I was most excited about having the filtered water for drinking but I am blown away too by how much better my skin and hair feels after showering. I really couldn't be happier. Moreover, the customer service has been exceptional! The representative, Louis, actually arrived at my home early to help me move a very large cabinet that I had mentioned would be difficult to move prior to the installation. He went above and beyond and was happy to help me move it prior to the installation. I couldn't believe it because I had just dealt with a garage door installation company that also needed it moved for installation of a garage door and they refused to help. This was not the case with the customer service at LifeSource, I had every expectation that I would be stuck moving this cabinet but without hesitation Louis volunteered to arrive early and assist. Also an awesome shout out to the installer, Javier, who was so patient, professional and kind. He answered additional questions that I had as he went through the installation process. He even left the area cleaner than he had found it! The installation was done very nicely, it actually looks quite beautiful! We did a thorough search on water systems for our home before purchase. We looked for a system that would soften the water, have it taste good, easy on our piping, and not harmful to our kitchenware. LifeSource Water Systems has been that and then some. We purchased this system in June of 2017 and it has been a great investment for our quality of life. Graig, our sales rep was phenomenal and what I liked about his salesmanship is that he never knocked or spoke bad about his competitors. Instead, he listened to what our needs were and described in detail the inner workings of the system and how it would meet our needs. We recently had a leak from the piping that the system was connected to in the garage, so Jimmy, one of the service tech came out to investigate. We discovered that it was attributed to a gasket from the home builder section of piping. Jimmy quickly repaired it minutes and now no leaks. The Bottom Line Up Front is that LifeSource demonstrated exceptional service and quick response. Graig was intimately involved during the installation of our system and followed up periodically after installation to ensure we were happy with our purchase. When we moved to Claremont in 2006 we were appalled by the water -- especially the taste. Did some research and though considerably more expensive than other systems, we decided on LifeSource. Our neighbors were buying bottled water and installing reverse osmosis systems that needed filters replaced on a regular basis. We estimated what that might cost over a ten year period (LifeSource said the system would last at least that long) and decided the cost wasn't so out of line. We never looked back, but after 13 years it was time to consider a replacement. The system has improved along with a price increase, but after checking out competing systems we stuck with LifeSource based on previous experience and complete satisfaction. Roger came out and inspected our system and professionally gave us an estimate to replace it. I admit we waited until the holidays when we could get a bit of a deal. Jason and Mathew arrived on time and explained exactly how they would proceed with taking out the old unit and installing the replacement. It included redirecting some of the plumbing and the job was done expertly. When they finished they explained exactly how everything worked and made sure all my questions were answered.
