She, as well as other staff members gave me no clear information or instructions on what was happening, from the beginning to the end so much so that I had to go out of my way to flag down a staff member to find out how I'm gonna receive my results. All while I can hear them laughing and joking in what seems to be the back staff room. I will NEVER come back to this location.

I missed my scheduled appointment in my regular place and it was one of the few places that still…read moreaccept walk-ins now. So I called ahead of time and walked in on a weekday morning. The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid. Overall, really good experience. I think I prefer this place over my regular place and will be coming back for sure
