They now refuse to reimburse me for the property taken because I have no "evidence", when they were the only people with access to my apartment at the time. On several occasions, they did not show up at all to take my dog out. When they did bother to come, it was several hours later than the agreed upon time. It can be difficult to trust your dog and home to a stranger, so please learn from my experience here and go with a different dog walker.
