The bad news, my mom could no longer take care of her dog, Gizmo. I started out patching in different dog walkers using Rover. Very complicated with too many cancellations. SONO walkers stepped in to totally take care of all the dog's needs. They have not missed an appointment for months. Twice per day x 7 days per week. They also make sure Gizmo gets fed and they take him to groomers when needed. Since I live far away, this is an enormous relief to my family and my mother is so happy to continue living with her beloved dog.

After pointing out the curbside option to her she refused and made me enter to answer 3 questions in person that could have just as easily been done over the phone when I called to alert them I was there. She also had her mask just over her mouth not her nose. This was sheer laziness and irresponsibility. Updated: The manager reached out to me and confirmed curbside is still in effect and improper mask use will not be tolerated. She also upgraded my dogs room which was appreciated. However, we had a lot of problems from the beginning. We have an older chocolate lab that gets along with every dog she met. The first time we picked her up from a overnight she had scabs on her ears, and we were told that other dogs were humping her in the general play area, I guess biting her ears at the same time. (We have never seen this happen to her before). I asked why those dogs were not separated and they said they didn't notice soon enough. The second time it happened again, and preemptively separated her from the rest of the pack by keeping her in the kennel all day. I didn't think that was fair vs. removing the aggressors. I asked if she had at least been given a walk or some kind of play time to offset being kennel all day, and they said no that would have been extra. I was upset because no one notified of this and we would've gladly had paid if needed. Most recently we had her boarded overnight and called in advance to let them know we would be coming for an after hours pick up, which they said was fine. Apparently that message never got to the person who was on the overnight shift. When we got there, no one answered. We knocked, called, and rang the doorbell for a half an hour, and no one was in the building. About an hour later, we got a call from the person who was on the shift who apologized and said they had stepped out for dinner. This is very upsetting considering the advertised 24 hour person care, and if no one was in the building for over an hour, who was there to watch if something happened like a fire or a fight or a health concern? On top of it, that person is the director of the facility and should have known better not to leave the premise. Have your dinner in a break room, but don't leave the building for over an hour unattended. We went back the next morning to get her and the staff did not even know she was still there! It blows my mind they have no record of the dogs in their care? At the end of the day the facility is not run professionally, the care is questionable, the management is irresponsible, and there's false advertising about availability and on-site protection. If you love your dog, please reconsider boarding here until things change.

She sent me plenty of pictures and let me know how he was doing. He has a bit of separation anxiety so to have her come by to calm and be with him was a big help! Brought my dog in to be neutered, but they didn't have a cone for him. Didn't seem to care-like couple of the other reviewers said, he was cold and unapologetic. Said to come back in 2 weeks they'd have right size cone for him. Did, but they didn't. Shocked. Happily I called Chewy and the agent was terrific-said since he was my service dog needed a flexible collar. She called several suppliers to see if they had right one. Spent 20 minutes helping-far more than the vet. The staff was nice, but left. Now have a great vet.

It's based on positive reinforcement, and with that, Nicholas is very approachable and sensitive to the dogs needs. I didn't think my 4 year old Cavachon would be able to be trained, but with just one lesson, Ace learned and responded to mainly all that Nicholas taught him!! We had one more lesson just yesterday with Nicholas, and Ace again responded positively to Nicholas and is already a changed dog!! He is methodical and very firm with the dogs .....and he gets results. I own a dog walking/boarding business in CT and I rely on him to work with the most difficult dogs that come to us. Nicholas has been able to turn around all the dogs who can't focus, who do not respond to their name, who are hyper active and extra dominant. Outstanding service and A+ communication…read more About a year and a half ago, we realized we were going to need a professional service to take care of our aging mixed breed, Honey (lab/ridgeback/mutt), when the neighbors' teen who'd been doing it was headed off to college. After meeting with a few service providers, felt a trust with Celeste that she'd take care of Honey like her own. While the price is more than the kid next door charges, it's been well worth it, as Honey actually gets exercise via walks, and attentive care. For instance, one time this summer, when Celeste found her semiconscious from a virus, she took her to our vet and called us from the road to let us know. That says a lot about the kind of proactive care they give. In addition, TLC and Celeste have been great, including special trips by the house when we've worked late or gone to dinner with friends, weekend trips/stayovers, you name it. In the end, a great decision that we're still happy with to this day.
