    He comes home tired!

Our dog Stanley loves wagmore! They are so kind and loving. Stanley attends daycare daily and we board him when we travel. The staff treats Stanley like he's their own personal dog! Their hours and location are super convenient. The staff are always willing to accommodate our daily, grooming, and last minute boarding needs. Thanks wagmore for giving Stanley a wonderful home away from home!

Our goldendoodle absolutely loves Wagmore. He does daycare, grooming and boarding there and he is always scratching at the door to be let in when he goes. The staff are very friendly and Murphy loves them. I highly recommend them.

LOVE THEM! They did such an amazing job with my boy Mads, I was worried he'd bite the staff or something worse but they handled him with such ease that they had no issues. Quick and easy sign in process and even while setting up the appointment and account online they were really helpful and patient on the phone. This is for sure his new official grooming place.

I don't know why I haven't left a review of wagmore sooner but I literally don't have enough space for all the good things I could say. My dog has been going to wagmore since we got him and even back then (4 years ago) when he was a little rough around the edges to say the least, wagmore welcomed him with open arms. Beth and her staff are absolute saints and I trust them completely. Not only does my dog go to daycare at wagmore but he boards there as well. The staff at wagmore is so caring and attentive I never worry when I am away. One time when he was boarding, the staff noticed my dog had a fungus between his toes. They called me right away, took him to my vet, filled his meds and applied them for the rest of his stay. Does my dog come back stinky and dirty sometimes? You betcha! Would I ever trade my pups happiness and the trust I have in the wagmore staff for a clean dog? Not a chance. Don't hesitate to bring your dog to wagmore, you won't regret it!

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a place for our dog. We've used the day care, overnight services, and grooming once. All seemed to work out well! The staff is great, and is open about letting us know how the day went for our dog. Also, It's close to the train station and highway, so It's easy to get to. 5th Star: It would be cool if there was some sort of webcam, or if they were open later. No complaints though, they've been great so far! Keep up the great work!!!

My dog playing with another dog at Wagmore Daycare and Boarding

We have brought our dog to Wagmore both for daycare and overnight boarding! Wagmore provides convenient hours, an easy website to book services and is a totally dog-centered facility . When I pull into the driveway and take Penny Lane out of the car she practically pulls my arm out of the socket when I'm holding her leash to get to play with all of her friends inside the facility. When I see how affectionate Penny is with the staff members I know they are taking good care of her. They follow feeding instructions to the letter and I have complete confidence in leaving her overnight when we travel. There is an employee on the premises also overnight to ensure all the dogs are ok. While we were gone Wagmore sent pictures! I can recommend Wagmore without reservation.

I was concerned about the e collar and how Bailey would respond. She's a 5 month mini goldendoodle. Amber not only reassured me that Bailey would be fine but she also took the time to answer all of our questions. All the videos that Amber sent showing Baileys progress was amazing to see her learn! Bailey learned so much! It's been a week since she was in "school" and she continues to do well. Consistency, patience and discipline is key for any training program so my role is just as important. I definitely recommend Amber as a trainer. She showed genuine care and concern for Bailey. Thank you

Mattie was struggling with consistency while out and about and needed to clean up her manners. Matt was receptive to our concerns and goals. He sent video clips and photos to update Mattie's progress. When we returned to pick her up Matt spent several hours with us going over everything Mattie learned and exactly how we should work with her at home. Mattie has been great since returning home. She is well mannered and eager to work every day. She knows all her commands (Sit, Down, Come, Stay, Place). She is doing great with extended down/stay and is a pleasure to have out in public. We would recommend Matt for any of your training needs. His experience and demeanor are second to none.

Spot on took us right away, and although the outcome wasn't what I wished for, I was met with clinical expertise and compassion. All of this happened to me on my very first visit. UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING…read more We scheduled a consultation for stem cell therapy for our dog. Before the appointment, I specifically called to confirm that it was a free consultation because we only wanted information about the procedure and pricing at this stage. I was clearly told it was free. When we arrived, we were placed in a small, closed, hot room and waited almost 30 minutes. Not ideal, especially with our dog. As we were leaving, we were suddenly told we owed $160. I was shocked. I explained that I had called beforehand and was told it would be a free consultation. The front desk employee responded that "there is always a charge." I asked them to listen to the recorded call because I had specifically confirmed this before coming in. She said she would "go talk to the manager," and we waited another 15 minutes. She came back and said they wouldn't charge us today -- but that we would still have an open balance on our account. That makes absolutely no sense. If it was their mistake, why would we still owe the money? I asked to speak with the manager and requested to listen to the recorded call myself. The manager came out and refused to let us hear it, repeating that we would still have an open balance. After a long, stressful conversation, she finally admitted it was a mistake made by the front desk staff -- but still insisted we owed the money. That is unacceptable. We left feeling frustrated, stressed, and completely disrespected. If a clinic makes a mistake, they should take accountability -- not push the cost onto the client. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. We will not be returning for stem cell therapy or any other service.
