We've been boarding our dog at the same facility for about 10 years without any apparent issues--until now. During her most recent stay, we had arranged to pick her up around 6:00 p.m. However, since we were out of town and unable to make it back in time, we asked a neighbor to pick her up on our behalf. My neighbor arrived well before 6:00 p.m., and the staff had not yet prepared my dog for pickup (no bath). When we returned home later that evening, our dog was already there waiting for us. The moment I opened the door, an overwhelming stench of urine hit me. When I went to greet her, I was horrified by her condition--her fur was matted, she smelled terrible, and she was covered in dried urine. It was clear she had been in this state for some time. The next day, I contacted the facility to address what had happened. While they took full responsibility, it didn't change the fact that my dog had clearly been neglected during her six-day stay. I was furious and heartbroken, wondering if this kind of mistreatment had been happening all along, with dogs only being cleaned up right before their owners arrive. I would strongly advise anyone who boards their pets to arrive early for pickup to see their pet's condition before any last-minute grooming is done. Camp Bow Wow in Stamford has been great for our dog Ziggy! He loves going to camp during the day to play and socialize with his furry friends. They have an app where you can watch them and check in which I love. They have indoor play areas as well as an outdoor area as well. The boarding is great too because he goes to camp all day and is not stuck in a crate. Ziggy has also had baths and nails done and the service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Justin is amazing and our favorite. He is always there to help or answer any questions. He goes above an beyond. Overall our experience has been wonderful. Ziggy has gone there since he was a puppy and continues to go there every week for camp and anytime we are away he stays the night with no issues. read more

The groomer is very unprofessional at this facility! she did not clean my dog properly she left her with dry blood around her private area. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of my wonderful experience (brace yourself for a long, detailed review)! I recently moved to northern Westchester which meant leaving our beloved doggy daycare in Brooklyn. Our rescue is a sweet, 25lb terrier mix. She is fearful of new people but warms up quickly. We first tried Dogtopia in Mount Kisco but within the first few minutes of them meeting our pup they took her behind a closed door and tried to take her harness off/on, touch her everywhere, and also put her in a crate to see what she would tolerate. Our dog was terrified and in distress. We quickly agreed this was not the place for fearful dogs that need a few extra minutes and patience to warm up. I continued my search and found Camp Bow Wow in Stamford - the online reviews were great and the facility looked really nice from what I saw on their website. I also called ahead and spoke to the Manager Justin to let him know we were looking for a nurturing environment that was used to handling all different types of dogs. When we arrived at Camp Bow Wow for the orientation we were met with Michelle who manages the front desk. Our pup was shaking and very scared upon arrival. Michelle knew what to do instantly by putting her hand out for our pup to sniff and not reaching over her head to pet her until our pup was comfortable. Within minutes Michelle was able to brush our dog with her favorite comb and pet her on her head by just taking that simple, personalized approach to build that initial trust with our dog. I was then introduced to the owner John, who you can tell from the moment you meet him that he puts his heart into the place. The tour of the facility was wonderful and he meticulously took me through their welcome folder, as well as a breakdown of how the dogs are cared for during their time at Camp Bow Wow... After leaving our dog there for the day - I saw on the live video through the app, the staff members being extremely patient and kind with our dog. I could not believe my eyes when I saw our dog jump up to a staff member excitedly wanting to be pet on her first day there! When we picked our dog up, instead of just any staff member putting her leash on her (which would have been ok!), they specifically asked the staff member our dog became really comfortable with to bring her to me. I thought this was such a nice extra touch to continue making our dog's first day as comfortable as possible to ensure she felt safe in this new place! This same staff member made a point to say hello to me when I dropped my dog off at Camp for her second day. To round out this extremely long review, I continued to watch our dog on the app during her second day and saw her jumping up on another staff member to be pet. I saw the staff members showing our dog and some other pups extra love and really interacting with them. If you are CONCERNED ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR DOG, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO CAMP BOW WOW. Before I get into this review: The camp COUNSELORS are great. Very nice, very accommodating, and they took really good care of my pup. Now, as far as the front desk staff, Michelle (she appears to be the manager) is just downright rude. She has ruined the experience for myself and my dog. As I can see in other reviews, the feelings toward Michelle are mutual. First of all, check your dogs immunization records. THEN, on top of that, check your dog's records in comparison to what Camp Bow Wow requires. Unfortunately, they will notify you AFTER a vaccine has expired (per Camp Bow Wow, NOT my vet), as you are dropping your dog off... or, like in two SEPARATE cases, after I have dropped off my dog, and left to go back to work (15 minutes or so later). Secondly, if your dog is sick or has ever been sick, be VERY careful about when you plan on bringing your dog back. I tried to avoid, but had a full-blown (public) argument with Michelle, during which she constantly contradicted herself, and eventually told me to leave with my dog because "there is a chance he could POSSIBLY be sick", oh, and not to mention the fact that she kept saying "do you know how much this would cost me if all of the dogs here got sick because of your dog??". Sorry lady, thought you might be concerned about the dogs, not the amount they are worth in this facility. I had told her over and over that the doctor said he was "okay", and it was over two weeks prior to my attempt to drop off my dog. Thirdly, speaking of sick dogs, our dog has come back from camp a number of times with infections, warts, worms, etc. We have had a total of over $1000 in vet bills due to little things he's picked up from camp. When at my vet, one of the first questions they asked was "Does he go to Camp Bow Wow?" You might like Camp Bow Wow if you have a small dog that can tire out easily. In my case, I have a larger dog who needs to run around. Unfortunately, Camp Bow Wow doesn't really allow dogs much "run around" space or opportunity. I have also heard that "Best Friends" in Norwalk is a great alternative to Camp Bow Wow. They will even pick up/drop off your dog. I have had the absolute worst experience with the Stamford Camp Bow wow. I would never recommend anyone to bring their dog here for the following reasons. 1. The staff - Michelle, the frontdesk employee is an absolute outwardly rude individual. She continuously spoke down to my girlfriend in several interactions we with her. In several conversations her and my girlfriend had she would outward lie when I called to clarify a situation with her. 2. Dog Health - Multiple times of bringing tucker there he came down with several ailments. Initially, he had kennel cough which in turn Michelle accused my girlfriend and I for causing an outbreak at camp bow wow. That is absolutely not true - she became very defensive at the thought that tucker ever got sick at camp. He then got a large outbreak of worts from camp. The first question the vet asked was does your doug go to camp bow wow? She says she sees this all the time coming from there. It took 3 months for them to disappear. Please for your dogs sake do not bring your dog here. The vet recommended best friends in Norwalk - but I have not gone there yet. read more

When I called to ask if they could refund the remainder of the package they refused and the owner wouldn't even talk to me. Instead, Michelle talked down to me as she has done to other people. She claims that she called my vet and they said they have no record of him getting sick. Had she called the right she may have gotten the right info. I've now spend thousands of dollars on vet bills and I've gotten no where with Camp Bow Wow refunding my money. I asked them to please negotiate with me or make an exception and they refuse. I wanted to like camp bow wow. I really did. But the truth is, though the staff was well intentioned and friendly 90% of the time, they didn't have nearly enough space for the number of dogs they accept. My dog, though crazy, came back with bounds of energy which NEVER happens when she gets a full day of real exercise. Not just napping in the corner as we were told she oft did. Eventually, because of her fence jumping (which she has done at three kennels now, and has only been a problem at Bow Wow) we were told she was no longer welcome. !!! Color us surprised considering we signed a waiver for her - we were told she was "too smart" or something to that extent. A day or two after that, she was simultaneously diagnosed with kennel cough. Thank you camp bow wow for that awesome parting gift. The staff was helpful, most of the time. Some of the staff was rude, and once because we were running 15 minutes late from traffic forced us to keep her overnight despite the fact that we called over a half hour ahead of time that we were running 5-15 minutes late. That was not a $45 we were happy about spending. It's unfortunate really, because I don't think there's many facilities like it in the area and we don't like to leave our dog home alone so when my husband and I know that we're both going to be out for much of the day at work, but I would not recommend Camp Bow Wow to any dog owner. read more

My dog Optimus Prime usually goes to work every day with my boyfriend, but when my boyfriend was out of state on business I decided to take Opti here a few times per week to prevent him from being alone all the time, since I work full time and I'm a full time grad student. The owner was very friendly and he was able to answer all my questions. All the counselors are friendly, and I felt comfortable leaving my dog here. I watched him periodically throughout the day on the website to see how things were going, just out of curiosity. When I picked him up he was exhausted from a day of playing and running and slept through his dinnertime. I never had any interactions with Michelle, the woman at the front desk with whom many other reviewer seems to dislike, so I can't comment on that. On the downside, there are times when there are so many dogs in the play areas that it seems like there isn't much room to run around and play. Also, it seemed like they didn't take the dogs to the outdoor play areas very often, which is a shame. Now, as for the people who are complaining about their dogs getting kennel cough: There are a lot of different strains of kennel cough which are both viral and bacterial, much like there are different strains of the common cold or the flu. As such, there's no one vaccine that can cover all the possible variations. So, even if all the dogs at any given establishment are vaccinated, there's no absolute guarantee that your dog won't get kennel cough. It's analogous to getting the Flu Shot: Some years it works, some years it doesn't. read more

I have just come back after leaving my three dogs at Camp Bow Wow for 7 nights of boarding. I have been taking my dogs to Camp Bow Wow for three years and I am always so impressed with the staff and how well the dogs are taken care of. They get plenty of exercise and I can watch them on the video cams while away. Michelle, at the front desk, is always very pleasant and helpful. It is important that the dogs have up to date vaccines and they will not be allowed in camp if sick. This is for the benefit of the dogs and I must say that I have seen angry dog owners at the desk when they are turned away due to not having up to date vaccines. When he sees me grab the leash that we use to go there he can't contain his excitement. The fact that my dog loves going to Bow Wow makes our decision to leave him there when we are away so much easier! I feel confident with the staff and conditions at Camp Bow Wow. They are thorough about health checks, as they should be! We could not leave our dog the first time due to a missing vaccination that the vet had not told us about. We left our dog here for a week. We noticed on the camera there wasn't enough staff to handle the quantity of dogs. One person for 20+ large breed dogs isn't very good. Our dog ended up with an eye injury. He was treated but he's now scared for life with a droopy eye. We understand Accidents happen. But with more staff this might've need avoided. Obviously the Chow Chow's mane is their signature look. The groomer here either had no idea what a chow is supposed to look like, didn't understand what I was saying or didn't care because when we came to pick them up both of them had their manes totally chopped off! They also mangled one of their collars and lost the ID tag. As if this wasn't bad enough they wanted to charge us more than any other groomer has ever charged us! After much discussion and complaining on our part they did lower the price a bit but it doesn't change the fact that our dogs came home with two awful haircuts and no longer even resemble Chow Chows. read more

My 15 month old puppy stayed at Camp Bow Wow for 8 days and seven nights while we were away on vacation. The staff at this facility seem competent, however, are completely disinterested in their customers and also the dogs that stay at the facility. I often viewed the cameras whilst I was on vacation and staff members watching over the dogs rarely interact with them on a personal level and only seem to perform the function of cleaning up dog mess (which I appreciate). I'm aware that my puppy tends to favor humans over other dogs, however, if you're going to run a dog camp you should at least hire people who are affectionate to the animals and interact with them. As other reviewers have mentioned Michelle at the front desk is a little rude and not exactly customer service orientated. Also, as mentioned my pup stayed at Camp Bow Wow for 7 nights and 8 days. My mother-in-law dropped him off and was asked by the staff whether he should be washed prior to pick-up. The staff made this sound as though it was part of the overall fee (which was in excess of $400) and did not mentioned that the cleaning would be an additional $60. Upon collecting my pup the staff immediately insisted on payment for the wash, which we questioned, however, they insisted we pay before they brought our puppy out. IT IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO NOT DISCLOSE ADDITIONAL FEES TO CUSTOMERS WHEN OFFERING A SERVICE. Also, upon getting him home we found a dried clump of poop attached to his hair which appeared to have been there for some time. If you are going to con your customers into paying for additional services you should at least perform said services to a high degree, the cleaning was below par to say the least. Camp Bow Wow refused to refund the fees paid for the cleaning, arguing that the payment has already been processed. This is an inadequate excuse as a refund of charges made by credit card is always possible, regardless of whether or not the payment has been processed by the card company. Instead, they offered a free wash, making the incorrect assumption that we will bring our puppy back. If you are in a bind and have no one to look after your furry family member I recommend you look at other options to Camp Bow Wow. Our poor pup couldn't wait to get out of there and neither could we! read more

I cant tell you how GREAT this place is. I have a blind small dog that also has epilepsy. She stayed at CBW whenever i had to leave town for work and received the best care, love and attention. Even when 20+ dogs would be in the small dog play group -the counselors would know to pay attention to my dog given her blindness and ensure her safety as well as the safety and fun of all the other dogs. Can't say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow. They've made this week so much easier for me! My fur baby is tuckered out at the end of the day when I pick him up but in the best way possible! I feel guilty when I drop him off because he gets a little bit nervous at first, but when the counselors call him by name and remember him, saying they've missed him, I'm instantly reassured that he's in good hands. I've used them twice now for overnight boarding and multiple days for daycare, and have no real complaints. He smells a bit when I get him back but that's the same no matter what boarding facility you use. The only thing that irritates me is the woman at the front desk, Michelle. She's definitely missing a few screws. It took me (not exaggerating, people) 5 full minutes to explain to her my dog's breakfast and dinner. I pre-measured the food into sandwich baggies and labeled his name, the day and the time to feed him. That's it. So simple. She got really frustrated with me but we worked it all out in the end. She just takes a little bit more patience to deal with; not sure why they have her as the person who interacts with people vs. animals. Other than that, Camp Bow Wow is excellent!! read more

we had a TERRIBLE experience with this place. We started using them after the smaller doggy daycare we used closed. We really liked that you can watch your dogs on camera, but that is the only positive. Both of my dogs got really bad cases of kennel cough after going here. We have two smaller dogs which are usually kept separate from area with larger dogs. This wasn't the case yesterday. It seemed like they added the bigger dogs to the small dog area because there weren't many dogs there total. The problem with that is that I had to watch my small dog terrified and be bullied for hours on the camera while the attendant in the area ignored it and seemed to just be zoning off into the distance. I had to watch my dog trying to hide and get away from this large dog, which was impossible for him since it's just a concrete room. I had to rush there as fast as I could to get him out of there. When he came home he cowered in the corner for hours and hid behind my husband the rest of the evening. He is always a happy and confident dog, so this was so very upsetting for us. On top of this, both at drop off and pick up neither of the front desk people were wearing masks. It's a small, enclosed space so it felt incredibly rude for them to not protect their customers and put on masks when people walk in to their reception area. We will never come here again to say the least. read more

My dog has been going to camp bow wow since he was a puppy. He has a lot of anxiety problems, and you can tell when he is scared, but he is always happy to walk into camp bow wow! His tail never goes between his legs and he is clearly excited. All of the counselors are incredibly nice, they know the names of all of the dogs and treat them well. The staff and owner at the front desk have never been anything more than helpful and professional. As far as sicknesses go, the reviewers who say "their dogs got sick at camp bow wow" don't know what they are talking about. Dogs are prone to catching certain strains of illnesses if they go outside and have contact with other dogs. Same as humans, it is a part of life. I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with Stamford's Camp Bow Wow. Let me first explain that I have had amazing experiences at other Camp Bow Wow Franchises. However, owner greed and poorly executed management practices have left me to write an unsettling review. I left my dog here for nearly a week's timeframe. Set up an appointment, my dog had been to other Camp Bow Wow's without issue, however...for some odd reason; day after day...anytime I viewed the web cam, my dog was not out. Where could he have gone? Made a phone call to check-in and the staff indicated that he was "yapping" at other dogs, and that they will try again tomorrow. I was extremely intrigued as my dog has never had an issue at any other boarding places nor Camp, and he's not exactly the aggressive-type, however it's been a year since he's been boarded so I give them the benefit of the doubt with the intention that he just needs to slowly be introduce back to an camp-like environment. Next day passes, still don't see him. Another day passes, still nothing. And another...nothing. No call backs or anything. I decided to pick up my dog a night early after I was able to beat traffic and get there before closing time. Additionally, it was much more suitable to pick him up on the way back from my road trip, rather than come back in the next day (an hour extra drive). No feedback on how he did for the rest of the time, but it was evidently obvious that staff did not follow through or slowly introduce him back to a 'dog-friendly environment'. This is how it's done at other Camp Bow Wow's; Staff takes the time to work with the dog to slowly introduce them...but for some odd reason, this didn't happen. Laziness much? Regardless, it's interesting that after staying at other Camp Bow Wows in different states, my dog has never, not once had an issue. Fascinatingly enough...he had issues at this camp. At the very least, for being there nearly a week; there are some expectations that he could've been introduce to at least some sort of environment. There's multiple outside and indoor play areas, not once did I see him out there. To make matters worst, because I made a "reservation" for 7 nights, ownership and management REFUSED to refund me the last day after picking up my dog one night early. Therefore, apparently if your tentative about what day to pick up your dog, always schedule it for the minimal amount, and then call to extend "as-needed", because you are at a disadvantage if you don't. Keep in mind, using other Camp Bow Wows for years, I've never not once had this issue. I offered the Manager to reconcile the difference in sakes of a negative review, and the best they could do was a store credit, which is no good for someone who is moving out of state and has no intentions of using the Stamford Camp Bow Wow ever again! Now, I have to fill the necessary paperwork to submit a dispute with my credit card company. Poor Franchisee and poor management practices leads this to be a very concerning Camp Bow Franchise. Is management and ownership really that greedy for one more night's worth of pay. With such distressing issues, I would highly recommend you take your business (and dog) elsewhere. read more

My dog is always happy to go to Camp Bow Wow, which has certainly never been the case for other kennels we've taken her to. I like that she can be with other dogs during the day, and I think she does too. She's a Golden Retriever, and I think that staying alone in a kennel (as she has done at other places) really depresses her. I also like that Camp Bow Wow seems to be staffed by real dog lovers. The camp counselors always greet her with enthusiastic scratches and pets when she visits, and our dog is just as enthusiastic at seeing them. Wouldn't you think every kennel would at least make a show at that? But, they don't! Camp Bow Wow definitely has a nice "feel" to it, compared to other kennels we've used or toured. My dog has been going to Camp Bow Wow occasionally for more than 2 years, and I think the socialization has been good for her. She's very shy and timid toward dogs, and I wasn't sure she could handle Camp Bow Wow when she first went in for her assessment. But they introduced super-sweet dogs to her one at a time, and she got comfortable. Now, it doesn't seem to be a problem. (It's nice that we can watch her on camera and makes sure she looks comfortable.) Also, she's a little less nutty submissive with other dogs we meet while going on walks, which is a good thing. I read the reviews about dogs getting kennel cough at Camp Bow Wo, and we've never had a problem. Camp Bow Wow does require that dogs get vaccinated every 6 months for that (even though our vet says once a year is sufficient). That's a bit of a pain, but if they feel it's necessary, I'm fine with it. That have to do what they have to do to keep the camp healthy. read more

Camp Bow Wow dogs are active for a majority of the day, playing with dogs of the same size. Daycare doesn't require advanced planning, which has come in especially handy during renovations at home when at the last minute I find out some of our contractors are not comfortable having our very large dog running around. It should be run by people who are actual 'dog-people' who are capable of seeing beyond ignorance and stereotypes based solely on breed. After driving 30+ miles through rush hour traffic for what was supposed to be a 3 hour interview I was turned away after only 10 minutes and before the interview process could begin. With all of my application paperwork and my dog's vet paperwork in order I was told that they would not accept my dog because of my dog's size and breed --- which was disclosed on the telephone interview that my wife had with their manager. It was also disclosed on the phone interview that our dog does not attend doggy day care regularly which was a none issue at the time. Upon arriving for the interview it was suddenly a prerequisite for boarding eligibility. I actually had to plead a case for my dog and had to literally ask them to look beyond stereotypes because every dog deserves to be judged by who they are and not what they are. After my attempts at reason fell on deaf ears I was told my dog would not be excepted because of what he was. I'm flabbergasted that a professional dog care facility will revert to and rely on stereotypes to judge a dog that they have never met. In fact, it was actually offensive to me that they would place such a label on any dog -- especially on MY dog. I suppose that the manager forgot that just minutes before when my dog met her for the first time (who showed very poor customer service skills and never introduced herself so I couldn't even tell you her name) he proceeded to give her multiple kisses which is his standard reaction when meeting anybody. I wish I could rate this place a zero but unfortunately 1 star is as low as the ranking on yelp goes. I am almost glad that the incompetent staff turned us away because I wouldn't want my dog being with people who are going to treat him based on stereotypes and not treat him based on the sweet, caring, lovable dog he is. I've always heard of discrimination against certain dog breeds but now I've seen it first hand and it is simply wrong. In an effort for you (the reader) to remain unbiased I have purposefully refrained from mentioning my dog's breed. I'm sure you could have guessed but he is a 100 lbs. 1 1/2 year old American Pit Bull Terrier. He has a heart of gold and has never made an aggressive act of any kind towards any dog (big or small) or any human (child or adult). Anyone who has been fortunate enough to meet him would attest to his bubbly personality, his playful demeanor and the fact that there is not an bad/evil bone in his body. The dog loves Camp Bow Wow. They're open seven days a week which is great. During holiday weekends they make you book 3 days minimum which is a bummer but it is a nice vacay for the pup. People have complained about the front desk people being rude, but they've always been peaches and cream to me, so as usual I assume the problem lies with the person complaining. We have a pit mix and while many doggie daycares and people would turn them away (or accept them and seclude them from other dogs, completely defeating the purpose of daycare in the first place), Camp Bow Wow took her in with open arms. We had only rescued Luna a few days before contacting Camp Bow Wow, but their personnel contacted the previous foster to get more information on her and accepted her the same day we called. We were very excited to get the opportunity for Luna to play with other dogs and enjoy a day away from staying home alone. Not to mention, orientation day is free! Don't know about the negative reviews for this kennel--I have found it to be the BEST place for my little Scottie Mac--the staff is very friendly and caring and tolerant of my little bundle of energy--and even tolerate him digging the water out of the water bowls al the time! Michelle and Lisa and all of the other counselors are always very nice both to me and to Mac. The best thing I can say about the place is that the minute Mac realizes that we are going to Camp (he now goes every Wednesday morning and stays overnight until Thursday afternoon) he starts running around the car and jumping and whining with pleasure--the dogs don't lie! And I know how he reacts when he doesn't like a place--he was in two private homes before I found CBW and came back both times very quiet and unhappy. And one time he came back with 2 inches of fur off his nose and the caregiver had no idea how it happened because she wasn't in the room with him and the other dogs--at least here there is always at least one person with the dogs at all times. Also I like the fact that they will feed the dog whatever you bring for him/her (within reason)--my Mac eats raw food and it would be tough to have him eat something else while at Camp every week. Plus I know that raw food requires extra care and the counselors are happy to do it for him. Plus I like the CBW play environment--other places you have to pay extra for playtime--and my Mac would not be happy in a cage all day. Part of the reason I take him there every week is to wear him out a bit --otherwise he is too fond of being destructive at home. I left him for two weeks last summer when I went to Alaska and he was well care for and happy to be there. I had no reservations about leaving him and flying across the country. I think the best thing is the fact that they have camper cams--so you can check in on your dog anytime during the day and see how he/she is being treated. As far as health issues, the camp counselors can only do so much--they have to rely in part on what the owners tell them--beyond the vaccine records. It's like child day care--things happen anytime you put your child (or dog) in a public environment. Also don't understand what one of the reviewers means but not telling you ahead a time about the vaccines--anytime I call to make a reservation for Mac they tell me way in advance that he needs certain vaccines--still I don;t rely on them to remind me--I make a note in my calendar or my vet reminds me. read more

Our Collie/Lab mix Lucy Loves Camp Bow Wow. She can't wait to go inside when we pull up and she really enjoys herself during her stay (I love the cameras). We definitely love Camp Bow Wow! Cookie is not an easy dog when it comes to separation and staying away from home. She had been to other Day Care facilities but never felt comfortable. Personnel at CBW placed her right where she felt more comfortable, with smaller dogs, and she s happy to come. "Let s go see your friends", we tell her everytime and she gets excited In addition, we can see her on the app!!! read more

My dog comes home tired! The staff are all very friendly and good with the dogs. I don't worry about leaving my dog at Camp Bow Wow!

My 2 1/2 year old labrador loves Camp Bow Wow, especially the out door area and kiddie pool! She isn't crated while at day camp and can use the pool and outdoor area whenever she wants. I also like the video cams and iphone app, to check in on her periodically throughout the day, and she is always having a blast. The interview process was thorough and simple, and we are also using the camp buddies home sitting services for ad hoc visits. The staff at Camp Bow Wow is very accomodating, and always very pleasant. read more
