Had a horrible experience with this place and my Australian Shepperd. . They asked us to leave her in a dirty rusty crate while she waited for her turn . We had a time booked for her appointment and even so we had to waited 3 hours . They messed up her hair cut and took all her hair behind her ears and the hair in her back side down, so now she is barely looking like an Aussie . We tried to have a conversation with the owner and express the issues we had with their service, but the answer was that they thought that she looked nice, they didn't see so much difference and they blamed us for "miscommunicating" . The worst Schnauzer cut ever! my poor pup had to sit in a crate for 4.5 hours!!! It used to be great, but now Jackie isn't on hand it has slipped really badly. Never again. I'm now going to have to spend another $85 with another groomer to get it fixed. read more

Great experience here! They really know how to groom dogs properly, and not just shave them like most places do. I appreciate how patient and sweet they are here - you can tell they love dogs and they love making them feel and look adorable. Only small complaint I have is that they cut my dogs tail when I asked them not too; other than that his haircut was PERFECT! read more

Took my Australian Shepard there for the first time. First of all they told me to crate her in a different room in a dirty black rusty cage. We had a 9am appointment but they had me leave her there and told me they would be 4 hours. When I picked up my dog they totally messed up the cut. I asked them to do sanitary, paws and clip nails. They cut her back side down to the skin and cut the fur on her head to the point that all the ear fur that is common in an Ausi is gone. We messaged the owner of whom responded In a very blase attitude arguing with us that we communicated poorly and it was our fault... I really cannot stress enough how bad of an experience it was, from the bottom of my heart i mean this... STAY AWAY. read more

They do a great job grooming my 2 papillons. I will return here. The place was way too loud today and needs soft music to calm the non stop big barking dogs and the little one that shake the entire time. Dog hair was everywhere today from the moment you walk in front door. Havent seen that before. Unfortunately it is before Thanksgiving and everyone is getting their dogs groomed. I found The Pampered Pooch through YELP and was so pleased I felt I should add my endorsement. We rescued a two year old abused mini dox about two months ago. She is improving wonderfully but when she needed to be groomed, Jackie walked me through the procedure on the that she would do with a sensitive dog. When we arrived she met us at the door and spent a lot of time PATIENTLY getting to know Paisley. She also generously gave me her time and answered all my grooming questions as Paisley is our first long haired dog. Could not be happier. Very friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant experience. There are two things in particular that I really like about this place. 1. It seems like there's never more than one or two dogs at a time. So your dog is finished in a timely matter. Both times for us it was and hour or so. (We have a small dog) 2. Can't say enough good things about the teeth cleaning service. We were hesitant to put our dog under anesthesia through the vet for cleaning. This is an amazing alternative. His teeth came out absolutely perfect without the use of anesthesia and for a 1/4 of the price. We are glad we found this place. read more

I have a four year old Cocker Spaniel, Smoochie, who was badly in need of a grooming as it had been awhile. He had severe matting in his undercoat and legs, I wasn't sure they'd even take him, as another local groomer turned him down. The groomer, Jeide, did an amazing job! Smoochie looks wonderful! He can be very anxious and gets excited easily, and they were still able to transform my sweet dog. The owner called while he was being groomed to update me on the progress and gave me great suggestions for future visits. They spent a lot of time working on him and the cost was very reasonable. Pampered Pooch is fantastic. They take do a great job on our two Westies and remember them by name. The dogs become uncomfortable if they can't see each other and so they make sure they are in line of sight at all times. Terrible experience - the groomers don't know what they are doing - stay far far away

Hi! My name is Nicole I take my little 2 year old poodle mix Stella Dora to pampered pooch. I must say she is totally in love with this place. Every time I pull up to the driveway she start to wag her tail and speak to get out of the car to get into the what we call her bubble bath spa day. She love Heidi her groomer. She loves her so much that one day we were leaving and she wanted to walk right back in. They do such a wonderful job on her haircuts and blow outs. Stella gets many compliments on her grooming. This is the best place to take your dogs for grooming. We have tried other places locally and there hasn't been any success like pampered pooch. read more

The Pampered Pooch is awesome! My cockapoo puppy has been there 4 times and always come out looking and feeling great. I have request different types of cuts and all were done just as I asked!
