For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.

But since then, our account has been hit with unauthorized charges beyond the subscription, totaling $636. A manager acknowledged the billing error and issued a refund, but then, VillaSport reversed those refunds. We are now right back where we started, after over a month of trying to recover these funds. When we spoke to the front desk, we were actually cautioned against filing a credit card dispute, as we were told the company "automatically disputes" them. After looking at some of the 1-star reviews, it appears this issue is not unique to me.

The "sales manager" proceeded to give us a poor tour, after showing our ID he claimed we needed a " local ID" as if 24 hour fitness wasn't a franchise and had multiple locations I'm aware the plans have different terms but if we just moved into town and it's not stated on the website you need to be " local " how would someone know? The sales manager also kept asking the same thing " are you guys starting the membership today?" My husband told him we wanted to do the three day free trial to get a feel for the gym before we secured a yearly plan. The sales manager then proceeded to say " Oh we don't actually offer the free three day trial we just say that on the website to get you in here". My husband and I looked confused to as why a sales manager would think that was rational to say to potential customers. During the tour my husband asked the " sales manager" about the plans and pricing to see what would be best but the sales manager proceeded to say " I don't bother to remember the prices because they always change" no effort into answering my husband questions about any fees. This was disappointing and they need to check the staff here because they're driving people away. We even witnessed a lady mentioning an equipment that was broken and the same lady at the front desk didn't even sympathise with this poor woman. I really enjoy the fact that its smaller and you don't feel like you are working out with the masses of humanity. There are always a variety of machines and equipment available no matter what time I have gone in. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I just recently got an email saying that my account is past due a week or so after the due date. I…read morenever received a past due notice ever since this one. So I called my home club in oak ridge north, texas to find out he said I have been paying late fees for awhile. Why haven't I received any emails like this time ever letting me know about the late fees. Then he proceeded to tell me that the club manager will most likely not honor my refunds because I should of brought this to their attention awhile ago. My point is that I would have if I knew I was getting charged late fees. I received no notice or anything. Then he said the reason is because I dont have a primary payment setup but thats why I have a secondary payment account setup so the payment will clear. Never would I think the secondary payment would take weeks to clear to make me fall under late fee charges. How would I know that unless the club tells me. Even on the app it doesn't say, all it says is that 27.11 is paid and that I am up to date with my bill. It doesn't display the late charges so I had no clue. To top it off I only been in the gym maybe 4 times out of the year and a few months. I am thinking about canceling my membership because I feel I was taken advantage of and feel as though reimbursement is valid for all months that I paid. This was a horrible experience. Escalated situation to bbb and no response. Bad business practice. This location had weeks to respond and I got blew off. If you want your hard earned money to be pinched without knowing this is the place.

Woodlands Lagree is located in The Woodlands and is totally worth the drive even if you are not in the area. It is a top notch facility. I got to go to a soft opening and it was a transformative experience. The workout was intense and I was totally getting the shakes. Google the lagree shakes and you will see that it's a real thing!
