This place has gone downhill quickly since the start of the year. It feels uncomfortably corporate with straight-faced front desk and membership staff prowling around in their business attire. From the moment you scan your card, be prepared to be sold on anything from training to apparel to supplements...one visit I was approached 4 different times to buy 4 different things, and I was only in the club for an hour and a half, with 70 minutes of that being in a workout! I've tried to call to make appointments with the Spa and have not had calls returned. Try to make an appointment for same day, and there is nobody available. You can't win on that one. I'd love to use the LifeSpa more, especially as you can use it with the child care, but it is always understaffed with technicians. Group fitness used to be great, but after the start of 2016, a new schedule came out that does not work. Way too many "dance" classes, no diversity in class options from day to day if you can't come until after 9:30, and poorly thought out. Why on earth have a Warrior sculpt or ballet classes start at the same time the studio next door has the loudest zumba instructor/music ever? And if you don't like to cycle or dance, forget even coming in the morning. I used to do Tabata and C-9 and barbell....and those options basically vanished from the morning programing. The child center and Kids Academy program is great....when you can check in without a wait. Being as the majority of the group fitness classes are packed into the 9am hour, good luck checking in your kids without a waitlist, and then good luck getting a spot in your preferred class. Quite a few of us who have kids agree that the group fitness and child care department did not work together when creating a 2016 schedule....it just doesn't work and makes it very difficult for those of us that PAY EXTRA for the Kids Academy classes and want to get an adult class at complimentary times. However...Kids Academy and the child care staff are amazing. We love them, and honestly this department is the ONE area that is keeping us from canceling our membership. Specifically this week....people literally painting the main staircase to the fitness floor at 9:45 this morning...a peak time. A 25 minute child care wait (due to staff shortage thanks to a strep breakout...so I can't be too upset about that...but maybe an email that classes would be cancelled and there was a staff shortage would have been appropriate?) Boxes stacked and areas fire taped off...I pay a premium and would like to not be in a construction site especially during peak times. Supplements being pushed. Unfriendly staff...I miss the old, friendly team so much. I don't know what kind of takeover is happening, but it sucks. We are looking into the rec center or Orange Theory. If it wasn't for Kids Academy, that would be done now. This place is supposed to be top of the line...now it just feels like penny-pinching corporate hamster wheel. read more

My experience with Lifetime Gym has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, thanks to their extremely poor management. It is evident that there is a complete lack of accountability and ownership when it comes to their own mistakes, as well as a disregard for the well-being of their customers. One of the most egregious errors made by Lifetime Gym was an erroneous increase in our membership fee. It was their mistake, yet they failed to rectify the situation in a timely manner. When we reached out to the management to address this issue, they promised to reduce the fee promptly. However, they did nothing to resolve the problem, leaving us feeling deceived and undervalued as customers. The lack of transparency and communication is indicative of a larger problem within the facility. It is clear that the management at Lifetime Gym is not properly equipped to handle customer concerns or take responsibility for their actions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and integrity. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of effective management within Lifetime Gym. The facility is in dire need of competent leaders who are willing to take ownership of their mistakes and prioritize the satisfaction of their customers. As paying members, we deserve to be treated with respect and receive the services we are promised. I strongly advise anyone considering a membership at Lifetime Gym to reconsider. The ineffective management, lack of accountability, and poor treatment of customers make this facility an unsatisfactory choice. It is evident that they prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their customers. Lifetime Gym must make significant improvements in their management practices if they wish to regain the trust and loyalty of their members. It is high time for them to take ownership of their mistakes, enhance communication, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling fitness experience. read more

Extremely racist and discriminating environment!!! Went in to find out about promotions and membership fees. The so called professional SHANE was the most racist and ignorant individual that I have ever meet in my entire professional life!!! Shane starts out by saying hey man I got about 5 minutes wassup???? Then States that he hopes this isn't some sort of scam situation that these people are doing around here... these people?!?!?? Shane tells me and my fiancé what we can and can't afford.... and Tells us that his marketing strategy is to only inform certain customers certain offers depending on how serious the customer is?????? Also stating "They wouldn't put me in a suit inside of a 50 million dollar building if I wasn't so good at taking peoples money hahahaha" Shane was so unprofessional and very arrogant. After speaking with management to discuss this horrendous experience we were hoping for an apology and changed behavior. After returning to the facility from an invitation given by Cameron, my fiancé and I ran into Shane at the front desk. Shane looked at my fiancé and myself made eye contact and smirked. Shane really showed how much of an unprofessional coward he really is!! Instead of apologizing and moving forward he tried to intimidate us by being rude since there are obviously no consequences for his disgusting behavior! I will do everything in my power to make sure all of my friends and family and community do not receive the discriminating and racist behavior!!! This was the worst experience ever in my life and I hope one day Shane is held accountable for being such a ignorant and disgusting human being!!!! I hope and pray that the owners see this so that they are aware of such a dirtbag employee!!!! I am also a Veteran and not once was I called sir or anything polite due to the fact that I was stereotyped and discriminated the second he Shane saw me!!!! It's a nice gym, much better than your typical gym. I'm in the weight room often and they have tons of machines and supply clean towels. A lot of people seem to complain about a variety of things and some are satisfied with certain things. However on one of the reviews I must say that there is a lady that does make Beth loud noises in the morning while lifting that gets annoying easily. I've never told management but I'm sure they are aware. The front desk people are always kind. I don't think they have a max capacity of people they allow for memberships so it gets crowded upstairs in the summer around 3. For as many people that come through they do keep it quite clean. The staff seems okay, I've never had to talk to them before. Overall I'd give them a 3.5 out of 5 star rating. It's a great gym but could use a few changes. read more

I have been a member at several LTF throughout the country. The first floor is overrun with children, but once you enter the upstairs exercise area there are no problems with children. The cafe is all about "healthy food" don't think about a diet soda, but it is a great amenity and aligns with their objectives. Never had a major issue at a LTF, but I am personally disappointed with the new renovation as over half of the weight machines were replaced with a "functional floor" that has no equipment. I am sure many people are equally pleased with the renovation. Signs posted to not leave valuables in car. They had a string of car breakins, but not much they can do about that. There is more police patrols. Never have a problem with equipment being broken or accessible. read more

If you're looking for a nice place to workout, look elsewhere. Like others have mentioned, it's overpriced, overcrowded, and the management does not really care about their customers. One of the selling points for us was the indoor soccer field and access to it is controlled by the daycare they run and classes which other members pay extra for....folks running the daycare/classes would rudely kick us off the field like we're using a public facility - no respect for the paying members unless you are paying double for classes, daycare, etc. This does not make for a pleasant environment to focus on your fitness. For lifetime Parker, it's about profit, profit, profit.....unfortunately, this will eventually come back to bite them as people realize this. read more

This is the worst club and management is corrupt. I signed up for a trial and canceled within 7 days. They told me that I couldn't cancel and I was stuck another 30 days. Don the manager is a shady person and wouldn't trust a word coming out of his lying mouth. Just a bunch of shady used car salesman. They do not care about customer service and have no regards for human decency. I don't support any business with shady business practices and this place tops them all. Beware of this place. I suggest you go to TruFit they will take care of you and you will and you will save at least 75% a month of what you would pay at this horrible establishment. I got yanked out of the pool a few times past summer by mean pool guards that yelled at me and told the manager I swore cuz i was freezing and shivering, they were such punks. Last Tuesday I ordered a South West Chicken Bowl from the Life Time Cafe. Yet this bowl came with an unpleasant surprise. First off, being severely over priced, the rice was rock solid and seemed to be days old as well as the chicken being severely overcooked. To top it all off there was at least 3 long strands of the employee's beard hair mixed within. Not a good look for such a "high end" establishment. This was the absolute worst experience of my life here. You guys treat the people who pay money to be here and want to enjoy like a bunch of animals that's disgusting! All the trainers ever do is take money but never bother to help me get in shape or bother to put the effort into my workouts. The best gym ever! So much to do, so many great classes, great daycare service for up to two hours!!! As a parent this is so invaluable any parent would know. Pools, steam saunas with eucalyptus, dry saunas, great shower facilities with blow dryers (women understand why this is important), free lockers, etc. The Life Cafe serves the best food too! The pizzas are phenominal and there are all sorts of great salads and meals to go too! read more

Not to mention there's been a giant hump on the basketball court for months now, and the showers look like outhouses. Great workout location. This place is more like a spa than a fitness facility. At times anyway, the workout equipment is great and I never have a problem even when its really busy. There is the most excellent Cafe there with all healthy food and drinks. The quality is excellent and service was the best! read more

The gym is always clean and my personal trainer is the best. The only down side is the prices charged and it gets crowded. I do enjoy it here though and the sauna is incredible after a tough work out. read more
