My 4 year old granddaughter recently visited me and I took her took her to my Burlington Lifetime club. Since they have a kid space I thought what a nice date. I would work out and she could play, then we could family swim. But they informed me that she could not come in because I am not her parent. IN what world. I belong to several clubs and this is new to me. Moreover, it appears at this club that they just randomly decide when guest can come which means she can not visit the club on Saturday or Sundays. When else would my grand child visit. To make be feel better they explain that other clubs have better guest policies. Mind you I pay 379/month. I feel so lucky. Me and my 4 year guest find the closes club 9 miles away in Medford and drive there. They inform me they don't accommodate kids. But you can go to a club in north shore which is 50 minutes away. Because my grand child is crying and wants to swim, I decide to go. Since it is Saturday I am sitting in traffic for 30 minutes and still have 30 miles to go..so I abandon the trip. I cannot be more disappointed in Lifetime and this very non customer friendly policy. As I was sitting in traffic--I thought what would a traveling mother do? I can't wait to find a better option. Lifetime is sneakily dropping their service quality by cutting budget while they do keep on increasing the monthly rate each year to maximize the gym management own income benefit, especially now lifetime is a public traded entity. LT Burlington facility droops down their indoor swimming pool room and the whole gym room temperature since winter. It also provide freezing cold water from the tap in bathroom sink. If you want to use swimming pool better come around 5am or late night to avoid those swimming teams and crowded people. LT generates extra income by organizing paid swimming teams/ courses events to occupy almost all the swimming lanes during the day. By doing that LT can generate extra income, however that sacrifice the right of members to swim there. LT provided cheap shampoo and conditioner damages hair for long term using. it will make your hair very dry. You better bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Sadly lifetime drops down their quality by cutting budget. It was good one during the first few years when it just opened in MA. read more

Total scam. They charged me $1,788.00 for two months ($3,576.00 Total) when I was out of the country. Tried to claim I had received private lessons. Kind of hard to do when you are in Japan! They would not refund the money even after proving with a passport that we were not in the US! I think the instructors must have done this as a scam since they get a cut of the class fee. read more

For the amount of money I am paying, I expect much, much more. I joined the gym last year. It was brand new at the time and, of course, the appeal was how new and nice it looked. But over time, as I'm a frequent visitor, I began to notice a few things that really makes me want to leave the chain's location altogether, which I will if I find a gym that's equally as clean and stocked with towels: - Staff: over and over again, unfriendly, front desk chats with each other and doesn't notice you, management made a mistake in one incident and didn't apologize, sales guys don't care about your membership freeze / cancellation inquiries once they see they can't make a sale off of you and are short, rude, never smiling nor willing to help. I just can't emphasize enough about this point. The staff needs serious soft skills training. - Cleanliness in locker rooms: hair clogging shower drains, things coming out of ceiling vents, again with staff not doing anything about it despite reporting, wet floors in locker rooms. - Out of control children: I appreciate this gym allows kids.. but they get out of control, running around and jumping on things in the locker room. I come here to destress and get a good work out in. I don't need little Johnny staring at me or screaming while chasing his sister. I'm not sure the gym can do anything about it because it varies from family to family but, again, when I pay about $180 a month, there is a certain level of expectation that is set for me, which brings me to my final point... - CROWDS. Oh my. Come 5PM, parking is so tough to come by, I often find myself waiting in the weight room for equipment to be freed up and then I wonder -- why am I dropping SO much money when I go to use the gym, I'm just spending half of my time fighting for mirror space and a bench? Lower the price to match what it is you are giving members. Done. I gave this place over half a year to turn things around and consistently reported issues and since I've seen absolutely no change, I'm writing this review. I think it's only fair. read more

I have really enjoyed my experience at Life Time- Burlington. It is absolutely worth the investment in my health and overall well being. The staff is professional and courteous. They remember your name and treat you like family. There is always a friendly, welcoming smile and lots encouragement from one on one activities to classes. I have used and would recommend nearly all of the services except for Kids Club (I don't have minor children.) The only bummer from time to time are other adult members. If only all members were courteous of the public surroundings and respectful of the facility and to the staff. There are also a number of adult members that allow their children in areas that are reserved for adults. read more

Gym: 3 stars LifeSpa: 4 stars Locker rooms: 3.5 stars Price: 1 star Fitness floor is huge but somewhat inefficient. There are usual multiple (paid) group classes out on the fitness floor at peak hours and beyond. You can always get a tread but access to free weights and a place to use them can be scarce. Group fitness classes are okay. I've yet to find any that draw me in like when I went to the LT in Westchester so am far from leaving my boutique fitness classes behind. LifeSpa is one of the better I've encountered. James is amazing when it comes to massage therapy and Anu has given me multiple wonderful hydrafacials. All in all, for the amount of money I pay, it gets an a-okay. Not nearly as bad as some (ahem....Chestnut Hill) but not as great as others... read more

I have to say, after the hell I went through at BSC, this gym has everything I need. I love that I can go to the gym as a family. We love using the pools. The outdoor pool in the summer is incredible. The kids academy is perfect for my little ones so that I can squeeze in a little cardio. I haven't gone to many classes, but the phew I have tried are great. I love using the app to know what is going on. I love ordering my smoothie when I am stretching out and grabbing it on my way home. I just put my kids memberships on hold for the school year because they are busy with hockey and I only go to the gym on my own. But it has been a great experience so far for us. read more

The only sink in the men's bathroom (on the workout floor) has not been working for at least two weeks now. For $139 (m a month that is ridiculous. Overall a nice gym, but for the price they should really be more on top of maintenance issues. Update: the "glute machine" has had an out of order sign pretty much all summer. They finally removed it recently, and I walk in this morning to the machine totally dysfunctional (picture attached). For the amount of money this gym charges, management really needs to figure something out because this is unacceptable. If the machine breaks too easily maybe... buy a new one?? read more

I love this gym but there is one thing that really drives me crazy. The group classes (alpha) take up 6/9 barbell platforms at the peak hours of the gym. Now I am a fan of group classes but the fact they are taking up the most sought after equipment during the busiest hours is just insane. I can understand if these people are paying an extra premium amount but they arent. Not to mention sometimes they are occupying the bench's and the platforms at the same time. What about EVERYBODY else in the gym?For making a car payment a month for a membership I shouldn't have to worry about the "reserved" equipment for alpha strength. read more

I mainly go for the weights I don't really talking the fitness classes but I do wish they had more equipment to use and equipment floor to be a bit more spacious . This is BY FAR the nicest facility in the state of Massachusetts. I've seen some of the other reviews, honestly I feel like whatever negative reviews that I read we're just people trying to increase thier "Yelp Status" this place is wonderful on every level. Nicest locker rooms, dry sauna, steam room, has yoga, has pilates, has free weights, Zumba, other fitness classes, squash courts and CrossFit equipment and like programs, has lockers throughout, and HANDS DOWN best kid care in any gym I've ever seen. The trainers are all cool and helpful, a full spa, full court basketball, the cafe is fantastic, the pool is fantastic, indoor and outdoor. If you're looking for a place to find everything, than this is the place. If you're looking to complain about this place, find yourself a new place to workout. My wife, myself and my 4 daughters come here almost every day and although it's not perfect every day, it consistently provides more value than what we pay for. First, the Barre instructors at Life Time Burlington are amazing. I took Pure Barre classes for about 3 years. The Barre Instructors at LT Burlington are superlative and consistently as good as Pure Barre. In addition, they actually have a variety Barre classes: like BarreCore, Traditional Barre, BarreStrength, etc. So it never gets repetitive! The early morning instructors rock! Liz, Rebecca, Cameryn, etc. And this club has a warm, friendly vibe. Second, this club also has all the other types of classes you could possibly want. If you are a military member I would run from this gym. They are not military friendly. They claim your account will be placed on hold when you need to travel, but then continue to charge you. I tried resolving this with the company but they said too bad. In addition their policy is to see a copy of your orders to place your account on hold. So for those of us traveling on TDY for schools and such are screwed. This is my first negative review. I try to resolve all issues with the company, however this one is not military friendly and does not support us which would have been fine if they told me this up front. However they lied when I was joining and told me they are fully supportive. read more

Very good gym. Sometimes, for the price you pay the bathrooms have hair, and people's razors and items are still lying around inside the stalls. Other than that, I do recommend, it is a great gym for the price (but is pricey for people who want something on the lower end). The hair salon is pricey as well, but honestly it was the BEST EVER haircut I have ever gotten, and she uses the razor at the end to thin out the hair, like a professional. To start off, yes there is a wow factor when you visit this place. That being said, it wears off after about a month being there. Too many people, too crowded. Swimming area looks big, but mostly reserved for laps, and recreational/family swim area gets super congested. As founding members, we pay $350/month for our family membership; and from what I understand, membership has just gotten more expensive. Wife signed up for 4 personal training sessions at $360 per 4 sessions. Eating at the cafe would cost us $90-100. Oh, did I forget to mention that the food is awful, and the portions are very small? You can get a better, more satisfying meal at a lower price eating at a low end restaurant if you wanted to. You decide whether it's worth it. Be careful what you sign up for too. Signed the kids up for their complimentary swim lessons. Read the fine print. It says that the kids will be automatically enrolled in paid swimming lessons after the complimentary lesson unless you give 1 month notice to stop the lessons. So, when the first charge comes around, you're charged for a service you don't want because you didn't give a 1 month notice. If I had policies like this at my business, my clients would be very upset, and some would likely leave. There seems to be fine print with whatever you sign up for. Shady. The last straw was today when I brought my kids and parents (who are visiting from out of state), so that my parents could watch their grandkids swim for 30-40 minutes. Members get 2 guest passes per month. I was told that the guest passes were only valid M-F from 4pm-10pm. It was Friday at 3pm. We had to leave by 3:45 for an event. So, in order for 2 senior citizens to watch their grandkids swim for 30-40 minutes, it would cost us $60 for the both of them just to come in and sit and watch! Are you f'ing kidding me?! I explained the situation, and the woman checking us in could really care less. She just wanted the money. Which reflects directly on management. Now don't get me wrong, as a family we are fortunately blessed to more than adequately afford all of this. If not, we would have never signed up. That being said, there is only so much nickel and diming a person can take until they start feeling fed up with it, and the member experience from their staff must be better for what they charge. I'm seriously considering (and most likely will) cancelling our family membership because of this unsatisfactory customer experience. My guess is there's going to be a high attrition rate with their memberships once summer is over. read more

Maybe if their classes were anything out of the ordinary, or they had above and beyond service, but they don't have either of those and there is absolutely nothing even remotely special about this gym. I've been a member since the opening (3months). Overall, classes are great. Machines are nice. My complaints are the following: 1) their pools have been closed 10+ days during this period. That is unheard of for pools, public or private. It is usually due to water maintenance issues. 2) their kids area was constructed to be WAY too small. It is so crowded up there that our kids don't feel comfortable. So even though we have membership for our kids, it is only to use the pool. It is crowded and noisy. I wish they would have used some of the top floor to build out the kids area. Their third floor has all their equipment and I've only seen it being used at 50 percent capacity... usually 20 percent. Should have built a bigger kids area and bigger rooms for classes. Will we stay members? I don't know at this point. I wish they acknowledged the complaints and did something to fix it. read more

Nice place and were enjoy a lot with my whole family. But I have to cancel my membership last year because of moving. The step who help me to cancel, said i can pay for 20dollars a month and no activate fee when I come back. But they just reopen my account on July And start to charge me again. I don't even know It will be reopen by it self and charge me automatically. After I call them again, Right now it got canceled but they can't refund me about one month membership that they charged, because I have to give them the cancel notice before 60 days My kids love the pool there, and my mom love the spa there and me and my husband love the fitness there. My family and I have been members of Life Time Burlington since its inception in 2018. We joined before the club even opened at a rate of $290/month for our family of four. At the time, we thought this price was outrageously high but we were willing to pay it considering all the amenities, particularly the kids academy and outdoor pool. Since I'm a teacher, we have put our membership on hold each winter (for a fee of $15/month) and reactivate each spring. We have done this for the last 5 years. Yesterday, when I went to reactivate, I was told that our new price would be $449 for our family of four. This is a 54.8% increase from 5 years ago! How could the club possibly justify this when the rate of inflation, as insane as it is, is 20% from five years ago? Our salaries are certainly not increasing 55% to allow us to afford this new rate. They are pushing out families that have been loyal to the club for years but can not possibly pay that price. And we were told that the price is still well below market value and we are lucky to have it. It makes me really sad and angry, my kids are super upset since going to Life Time Burlington has been a staple part of our summers. We were told that this hike was due to renovated pickleball and squash courts, neither of which we use. Why not have extra fees for those amenities for people that use them? This club does not care about its members and is only looking to make as much money as possible in whatever way possible. Gym is very clean and tons of classes to choose from ... I've been trying a ton of new things and really enjoy it. Only couple of concerns the music is way to loud in most of the classes. I use the earplugs but still very loud. I love the music but if you can't hear the instructor in a weight class it's too loud !! I also no like the all the add on fees. Membership fees are enough to include barre - the equipment is there classes should not cost extra, other than personal training all the gym extras should be included in membership I do love this place !! read more

Corey Samuelson is one of the sole reasons that I continue to remain a member with Lifetime. I had a hip injury with 24/7 pain for 2 1/2 years. I had tried everything, spending loads of money trying to get better. One visit with Corey and I was 70% better with little pain. I continued with Corey and I am in the best shape of my life with 0 pain. He legit changed my life. I would recommend him to anyone. Worst Life Time I have been to over last 3 years. Very slow cafe service in the morning and took 20 minutes with no line. Then the shake came out and was sour indicating it was made with spoiled milk or yogurt. A lot of the amenities are broken in locker room. Entrance staff is kind and trainers are great. I used to workout at BSC but hated that place after several incidents. LT is a great place! Everyone is so nice! Equipments are new. Have taken swimming classes and personal training sessions. Instructors are both awesome and friendly, and i learned so many! definitely worth the money. Cafe is a bit pricey but healthy, plus you always have choices nearby (e.g. Wegman). warm water pool started to being fully used but 4am to 12am hours made it easy for me to drop by in valley times. Facility closure are promptly communicated to members which is REALLY appreciated. I understand it's still a new place, and equipment might get tear and wear (e.g. one of the yoga mats on 3rd floor has a hole on it as of Sep 1. ). I do hope the management could maintain this place to keep it a superb gym. read more

The 1 star is for the spa, not the gym. Gym: 4 stars Cafe: 5 stars Life Clinic: 5+ stars -- amazing staff that goes beyond the call of duty. I came in for hair color and Anna had just started applying the color when my daughter called. She was vomiting, had diarrhea and was having cold sweats. She pleaded for me to come home right away. The response from Anna (who heard the entire conversation) was to continue the application. She tells me that my daughter just wanted comfort, and it would just be another minute -- then I could go home to wash it off myself. She rushes through, wraps a towel around my neck, tells me to be careful not to get my car stained, and oh, don't wash in the shower -- toxic stuff. I am rushed to the check out counter where I am charged full fare of $85. I wander out to my car; hair and forehead covered in brown gunk; hair towel wrapped around my neck, trying not to mind the long stares I get. After getting my daughter settled in, I finally get around to rinsing my hair. I waited too long -- it's too dark. My nails are stained, as is my forehead. My kitchen sink is a mess. Befuddled, I called the manager and asked for a refund. Megan's response? "It was a miscommunication. Anna just wanted to get you out fast. I can give you a partial refund, because we still used product for you." $40 is what she thought this dreadful affair should cost me. They market themselves as a high-end, premium spa, but the manager and staff are Super Cuts trained. 1/2/20 5:30 pm update: I was glad to receive the message below from a representative, and reached out to the General Manager. He was not available, so I spoke with Meghan again. She continued to insist on a partial refund, but finally acquiesced to give me a full refund. As a parting slap in the face, she adds that she does not believe I am a good fit for the Lifetime Spa. You are correct, Meghan. Not me, nor anyone I know is a good fit for your spa, under your management. 1/2/20 7:00 pm update: Ben the General Manager called me back and apologized for my experience. He offered 50 LT bucks and was glad the full refund was completed. He said Meghan has been a good leader, and he will do some further coaching with her. read more

This is for the Burlington location. The pool area has the odor of cat spray. First time it was really bad. Last time you could smell it faintly. I only swim so I can't say much about the club. The towels are threadbare compared to Westwood. And the showers are ok. No privacy. No place to put your stuff down. Like a military shower. I get it. Get in, and get the heck out. Lots of window dressing but no meat. If you reinstitute fees for pool usage, I'm out. The outdoor pool is hogged by families who spread their towels out before their hours begin. It is not very relaxing. there should be an adult only area. It's a lot of money to feel uncomfortable. And Burlington is a free for all for the families. You could be waiting to swim in the leisure lane and a child and an adult will be in every lane. Lifeguards don't say a word. Not in Westwood they are on top of it. The other thing is I am constantly getting locked out of my locker. They just open to see if anyone claimed it permanently. Happened 6 times. I have written to management. But no response. It's ok. A little corporate but should listen for that price. read more

It is a great facility with excellent classes but the policy for outside swimming pool should be improved. And honestly someone should apologize to my family as I never ever had such treatment in my life!!! We came there with my son on Friday night at 7 pm, indoor pool was closed for the kids. We went outdoor and my son ran to the pool, of course. He was waiting for it so much!! When I came there nobody said it is closed for 10 minutes, no sign, no nothing.... then when my son started enjoying water this guard was telling me it is closed for another 10 minutes and we should leave water. I understand this policy and followed it before and I am tired of it!!!! You can't close all indoor pools, then tell nothing on outdoor pool entering. They don't care about little kids. They only care about auto payments from your credit card.... I declined to leave water. So then I had two guys chasing me and my 5 years old son for 10 minutes!!! I thought it is over after 10 minutes but no... We almost forgot about incident and enjoyed Friday night and water, left outdoor area, came indoor. And one of those who was chasing me, followed me again and told they report to the manager and suspend my membership!!!! It sounds like this guy decided to ruin my Friday, I just did not listen to him and said that I am not talking to him, I am done! I'll sign off by myself as I am tired of your stupid policy. I completely understand that 10 minutes breaks should exist but treat people with respect ! Plus you have to have signs on entering or people who check you membership in outdoor pool should say at least that you have 10 minutes break. This is my point!!! I had a very upsetting experience at this facility. A member of management, Victoria put her hands on my child. This is never ok. When I became very upset and asked her not to touch my child she gave me a huge attitude. When I called to speak with an manager they did not apologize for the incident and told me that I did not conduct myself correctly. Needless to say I will never return to a "family friendly" facility where the staff is not friendly to children and extremely rude to the members. I used to love this place and after using my fiancé's guest passes I added myself to his membership. Unfortunately this location already appears to be going downhill. Front desk: usually involved in their own conversations so while I usually get a "hello" I've NEVER heard them say "goodbye.." Main gym: the glute machine (not sure what it's called?) has been broken for at least 3 months. It used to have a sign... now it just sits there broken. There are often towels on the floor near the weights/benches. I've never seen staff wiping down benches (not once, in my dozens of visits at different hours of the day and night). It needs to be cleaner period. Classes: I attempted to go to warrior sculpt yoga today. The main thing I noticed about the yoga area is the overwhelming stench of feet. Light a candle, incense, something. I couldn't deal. There were wayyyy too many bodies in that yoga studio. It looked like a fire hazard. Unfortunately there was nowhere to put my mat so I was forced to walk out. I've been to many studios all over Boston but that was baaad. You guys need to limit the number of people in the studio and check who signed up and verify that those are actually the people in the studio. The classes need to be capped at a reasonable number. Locker rooms: I've nearly slipped almost every time I shower. I'm really careful and hold onto the walls but I'm sure other people must slip! The floors are always soaking wet during peak hours. Put down mats! As for the showers: 9/10 times I can count on the fact that the showers have multiple used razor blades and clumps of hair on the walls and in the drains. It's gross and eliminates the "spa vibe." The floor in the sauna already needs to be replaced. I see black mold or dirt in there... has it ever been cleaned? While I understand that the outdoor pool created a massive influx of kids and families, school has started and I still see the same problems in the locker room. It appears to me to be a shortage of staff to maintain the locker areas. Bottom line: I'm finding it more and more difficult to justify my monthly membership. The reason I joined a gym like this is for the clean facilities. I'm not seeing the value lately. Lifetime looks more and more like the crunch I used to belong to. Draconian legal waiver . . . I went to check out the facility - which looks terrific - mid way through my tour with a very nice rep I was asked to leave because I had declined to sign their legal waiver. Why do I need to sign a waiver to take a tour? Never got more than the "it's our policy" answer. I might have signed the waiver if it was reasonable but it's not - you waive almost all your rights except to vote. You give them unlimited worldwide rights to your photo image! You waive your right to sue if injured. It goes on and on. No thanks. read more

Love this Life Time location. We joined a bit ago and honestly meant to write a review sooner. I haven't met one staff members who hasn't greeted us with a smile, everyone is wonderful here. The childcare center is fabulous, they really care about everyone's well-being. For the most part the members clean up after themselves and try to tidy as well as the staff, says a lot about the environment you're in. I've been a member at every gym from Golds, LA, private, etc. and can say this is our fave! Also, thanks to the swim instructors, they are also amazing and patient. read more

I agree with others on the "wow" factor upon entering this facility. This is pretty much the only reason why it got 2 stars. I went for a tour of the facility which was scheduled for 7:00p. I arrived at 6:45p. The people at the front desk (wearing suits and mini skirts and heels) forced an ipad in my face for my information which I already sent over via email. I was then told to "sit by the couches." I had to weave my way in and out of the running children to make it to the couches. THERE ARE KIDS EVERYWHERE. If you are a single person looking to join this gym, DON'T BOTHER. It is marketed towards families. LOTS OF KIDS. TONS. Screaming, running, whining. EVERYWHERE. As I sat there at the couches waiting, another woman who seemed to be the children's coordinator was dressed in a tiny dress that she kept having to pull down and readjust. at 7:14p a woman came out to greet me. She was wearing tight black leggings, heels, and a headset. This popstar/gym extraordinaire would now be giving me my tour. She took me to the restaurant there. Told me how great it was and showed me how they also sell protein powder. The studios and rooms are really nice there. As to be expected. The tour of the outdoor pool was chaotic. Complete CHAOS. Children screaming and running everywhere. Wet towels left about everywhere. Parents screaming in many languages at their children. NOT AT ALL RELAXING. The "adult only" lap pool was super small and right next to the chaotic wild children's pool. The inside pools were even crazier. Cram packed. It was like navigating through a corn maze except the barriers were parents and children. Swim lessons were in place. The squash courts are a nice feature. The training floor was packed. They do not have some machines you'd expect a gym like this to have (Jacob's ladder). I noticed a small group training class taking place. I asked about this and was told that this is called a bootcamp. This looked like something I would do as their other classes sometimes hold 30+ people. THAT IS CRAZINESS. I was told the bootcamp class is an ADDITIONAL $150 per month to partake in. These are held 3 days a week. NAH THANKS. They have a physical therapist office on site which to many people may seem like a pro but in reality, anyone who needs a physical therapist and chooses to go to their gym for this as opposed to an ACTUAL PT FACILITY, is in for a world of hurt. They have tons of other "Add-ons", some for $1 a minute. The tour conveniently ended in the sales persons office. I tried explaining to her that my employer offers XX amount towards a gym and typically they write the check out to the gym. She told me they don't accept checks of any kind. I did explain to her I'd be willing to leave a card on file if I chose that gym. She was interrupted by another manager with headset to handle a personnel issue. We looked at class schedules and unfortunately none of the classes I would take started before 8 am so I would not be able to attend them before work. She kept pushing me to sign up. There were two sign up options. The expensive one for 100 dollars more got you a duffel bag and 50 free LIFETIME BUCKS. Wow, what a great deal. Miss me with your free marketing on a duffel bag. The Lifetime bucks are to be used anywhere but the cafe. These lifetime bucks expire in four months. To me, this place is marketed towards housewives and dads who are having a midlife crisis. No one wants to go to get their hair and nails done at the same place they sweat at. NO ONE. Unless you have a litter of children you want to dump off at this place while you go do yoga and your husband plays squash, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

This is a 5-star gym. The excellence starts before you join the gym. I joined the gym even before it opened last May. I have been procrastinating in posting this review. There are more members now than last year due to many folks' new year resolution I guess but I always visit during shoulder hours so not a big deal to me. This place is very busy from 5pm to 730pm on weekdays. I would suggest you spend the 1st visit during the peak hours to see if you are OK with it. The kids' pool seems to be busy all the time so you probably want to check that too. Freeze/Resume membership according to contract terms is a breeze compare to BSC. A friend of mine cancelled the membership due to long commute, but he didn't complain anything about the process. One of the managers, Jess, went above and beyond to help me. She provided necessary documents for me to work with BCBS for my fitness reimbursement. Eventually BCBS agreed my request mostly because the document provided by Jess. I very much appreciate her help! Over the past 10 months I have lost 9% body fat from 21% as a gym newbee (sometimes just can't resist ice cream...), and put on 10+ pounds of muscle under Connor's instruction. He always carefully watches all the movements I make during the sessions, and explain the theories so you know what you are doing. I highly recommend his personal training sessions. It seems they changed Jr. Watkins amenities a few months ago..I miss its scent. New members from this 2019 summer would require a pool pass to access the wonderful outdoor pool. I believe this is one necessary step the management takes to alleviate the overcrowding issue. It's always good to keep the quality, and make the rate as a variable (BSC took the opposite strategy years ago). Let's see how it works. read more
