I love this gym! The entire team here is amazing and attentive to every detail that makes this location incredibly special. The layout feels/is huge, but it's still cozy. It creates a unique flow that is a very important and often overlooked factor in most gyms. You just have to immerse yourself in a workout here to fully understand what I mean. Elite level equipment and amenities which are flawlessly maintained. Every single machine is precisely calibrated with paths of push/pull that I have never experienced before. And I go to a lot of gyms lol...basically every one in Southern California. Bathrooms are always clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. Clean towels aplenty. Multiple sanitary wipes/gels that never run out! That one actually blows my mind haha. The trash cans are always looked after with attention and care. Team members are always happily cleaning and maintaining the facility. They motivate me to step it up and contribute too! Members are respectful and considerate of others by cleaning up and returning weights, etc. The team members/trainers/managers/cafe-ers/maintenance-ers/lifeguards are always so welcoming, genuine, supportive, and respectful. I'm committed to a barber already and don't have any kids, but there's always such great energy radiating out from their rooms whenever I walk by! Parking is so convenient! Literally right next door lol. You just have to experiment a little bit with timing and manifest more good karma, and you'll always find that spot :D read more

The gym itself is beautiful, and I was genuinely looking forward to becoming a regular member. Unfortunately, I ultimately decided to cancel my membership. Paying approximately $550 for two memberships is a significant expense, and at that price point, I expected a much more convenient overall experience. If you work a typical 8-5 schedule, finding classes that fit your availability after work can also be challenging. However, the biggest issue for me was the parking. For a gym at this price point, I expected a much better parking solution, ideally a dedicated parking structure or designated parking for members. Nearly every time I visited, I spent 15-20 minutes, sometimes longer, simply looking for a parking spot. When I'm planning to spend an hour at the gym, adding another 15-20 minutes just to find parking makes the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Time is valuable, and unfortunately, the parking situation became inconvenient enough that I no longer felt the membership was worth the cost. It's disappointing because I really wanted to enjoy this gym, but ultimately, the combination of the high membership cost, limited class availability after traditional working hours, and especially the parking situation led me to cancel my membership. read more

Opening day And it was packed. The work areas were full. The cafe was not crowded but many tables were filled, mostly what seemed like employees on their breaks or discussing with each other. Cafe workers are very friendly and the smoothie was made pretty quickly. I do agree with one reviewer that a lot of the classes were booked in advance. I'm not a big class person but it would be nice to be able to book when others can, having a basic membership. The employees on the gym floor were very helpful and friendly and around when you had a question. I feel like there should be sanitizing wipes next to each of the cryo massage chairs so people would be diligent about wiping down their chair after using. The cafe should have an online ordering system so we can pre order and pickup prior to leaving. They keep saying it's going to happen but it hasn't yet.. updated 8/8/26. Parking was a mess today when I arrived around noon. It's too bad lifetime couldn't build their own parking garage. It seems coming around this time is the most difficult time to find parking. Locker room has q-tips, cotton balls, makeup remover, mouthwash, hairspray, blow dryers. Air spinner for wet swimsuits and plastic bags. Hair is always on the floor of the women's locker room but there is always an employee around doing their best at cleaning the areas. We women just continue to shed! I wonder if there is something they can do to make it easier to dispose of trash/hair in the shower. Little trash bins? Not sure but I feel like there will be plumbing issues soon with all of our hair going down those drains Machines are plentiful and classes are getting better to book. I find there's always a spot available to workout, unlike many other less expensive gyms. I love the cryo massage chairs as well and the Hyperice Normatec leg boots. Not sure how often those get cleaned tho. Theres no instructions how to do it or where to hang them after use. So far everyone has been so nice working here. From the employees that clean and fix the gym machines to the trainers to the servers at the cafe. Hopefully this gym stays clean for the long haul! read more

The much anticipated club is now open and it has exceeded my expectations. I was a little concerned about the monthly cost but after doing the math, this membership is well worth it. I was paying for a gym, yoga studio and a Pilates membership already. The facility is spacious and bright so it never feels cramped. The classes have been great-so many to choose from! The staff is friendly, especially the locker room and front desk associates. I emailed customer service with specific questions and they answered me right away. And I can't not mention the cafe!. The food that I tried was delicious-comparable to CAVA. I spent some time relaxing by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, took the cold plunge, used the hydro massage beds, taken several classes and used the shower and vanity so far so I can say that I'm getting my money's worth! I was worried that parking would be a nightmare but so far, it hasn't been too bad. Ok, now for the CONS (nothing is perfect): The floors in the locker room by the showers and the hallway to the pool are dangerously slippery and wet. It's an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen Shower stalls need to be cleaned better. In a perfect world people would clean up after themselves. Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world and people are slobs! The amount of hair left in showers is DISGUSTING! I feel bad for the staff who have to clean up after thoughtless guests who expect their maids to clean up after them. Signing up for a class can be frustrating but so far, I've been able to get in. One thing I had to bring to the teacher's attention and also a front desk person, the description for a yoga class failed to mention it was a "hot yoga" class. I personally hate hot yoga. I've been a member at the Irvine location since it opened. I've been to the Laguna Niguel and San Clemente. And Irvine was still the best in my opinion. Until now! The new Brea location is just as clean and modern as the Irvine location. But what I appreciate at Brea is the windows in the yoga room, no paid parking and the dedicated pool for lap swimming. It's a much bigger facility too, so it's more spacious. At peak hours the free weights and machines get crowded at Irvine. Granted, my opinion is based solely on today, opening day. We'll see how it goes, but I doubt my opinion will change. This is my new go-to Life Time location! read more

This lifetime location is fairly new, so new in fact that they don't yet have their liquor license yet for their "beach club" bar. TONS of staff members, I was actually amazed at how many people they had folding towels, standing behind the food counters, etc. The co-op area is decent, their dining area seemed pretty busy, and their spa and day care is consistent to the other locations. Their pool area is interesting because it's located in the mall parking lot, so when you're lounging, and happen to look past the fence, you see, the mall parking lot lol The studios were clean (as they should be given they just opened) the equipment was all still brand new, and they have an Inbody machine for use within the gym area I will say, the recovery area is way nicer than the one at Irvine. They're more secluded, have barrier walls in between the hydromassage machines, massage chairs, etc. The pool area is still new, and clean. They have a cold plunge and jacuzzi, alongside a dry and wet sauna. I will say the floors are super slippery so be very careful walking around this area!! The locker room was a bit lackluster. Given how new they are, the showers were already showing a good amount of wear. Shower door handles were loose, shower heads were clogged, etc. With all that being said, it's the only "luxury gym" in the area so they still have plenty of members. Another huge difference I noticed comparing it to the Irvine location that this Brea location is much more family oriented. That's not to say you don't still see girls in thong bikinis, laying by the pool and wearing skimpy matching sets on the gym floor, but you also see a much larger audience of normal bodies, families, and the pool area was actually predominantly families. The only thing is, being within the Brea mall kind of kills the vibe a bit but, they're also in the process of building an apartment complex there so the concept might be desirable for some! Price point- founding member are paying at the lowest $299 a month That's not inclusive of additional costs for services and food You can visit with an existing member to check them out! **Should read 4.5 stars! Welcome to the neighborhood Life Time! We've been waiting for you! We signed up before you opened and anxiously awaited your opening. Now that you're here, you are even better than we thought. We love that the club is large, gorgeously clean with brand new equipment and with all the bells and whistles. What bells and whistles do you ask? I haven't experienced them all but I have spent some time in the fancy massage chairs, the cryo chairs, and on the machine that does warm up/cool down for an activity of your choosing. I have also been out at the pool where a lovely server brought be an Iced Tea and I was able to order lunch for my son. I have still yet to try the sauna/cold plunge, the machine where it measures your body fat and prints out a report, the pickle ball courts and lots of other "stuff". It's overwhelming how much is included. We pay for my 8-year-old and 2.5 hours of Kids club is included every day. He's had a blast in there doing classes (they have special kids classes) and also going into some craft/activity room where he plays with Legos and makes stuff. I wouldn't know because as an Adult, I'm not allowed back there which makes me feel good about the security. They have one door in and one door out, the kids get a name tag sticker that is put on their shirt and you have to scan your Lifetime card to get them in/out...all feels very safe plus my little guy is having so much fun! So far the parking hasn't been too bad for us. We just stalk someone that looks like they are done shopping and take their spot. This requires patience but we always plan that it will take time to park. I am worried that when Din Tai Fung comes in, and this should be any day now, that parking will be a nightmare. But this remains to be seen. And as for getting classes, that hasn't been too bad for me either. If I book like a week out, it's not really a problem and I get right in. If I'm booking in the next couple days, I've been waitlisted and for the two classes that I did that, I got in:) I like that you can see where you are on the waitlist. I plan to figure out what my Go-To classes are and then just sign up for them when they open up for reservations 7 days in advance. Speaking of Go-To classes, I've tried GTX Full Body with Stephanie which is their version of Orange Theory. It was awesome and we immediately scheduled for the same time the next week. I also tried CTR this week which is their version of Pilates on the Reformer. Yes you heard me right, no extra cost for Reformer classes. Also, really great and I booked the following week same instructor. I'm very interested in trying a Strength class or hot Yoga class next. So why 4.5 stars and not 5? This place is definitely not perfect. The communication and sales staff knowledge could definitely improve. Apparently, our membership came with 1 free personal training for each Adult and 4 free swim lessons but we were never told this during the sales process. Also, I read in someone else's review, that the deposit can be used towards services...no idea if this is true but now I have more to ask. The Family Locker Room on the weekend is a straight up ZOO. It is not big enough to accommodate the multitude of families and it gets messy so fast. And like others have said, the parking situation is not easy and the work space is limited. But so far, I'm pretty thrilled with our membership and I can't WAIT to come back. read more

He pretty much got my back and pinpointed exactly where I was having problems. From there, he gave me some really good advice on stretching and mobility work. A million stars out of 5! :) We are so happy! Love to visit the gym at the crack of dawn and there is plenty of parking! ... So no problem there~ I noticed the people in the morning are also so wonderful. Not only is the staff chipper, but other members too! Everyone smiles! I would expect people to be grumpy so early, but its really the opposite! I find it very inspiring to workout alongside so many KIND, disciplined, and motivated people! It's been so fun trying out the different styles of classes. My husband and I both agree that the fitness classes make the membership worth it. Rather than having multiple memberships or packages at a variety of boutique studios, we can find all the classes we enjoy at the gym. We already have our go-to routines built around the classes. I walked in for a tour because I was genuinely interested in becoming a member and was excited about potentially joining with my friend. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk, particularly Brooke, was disappointing. I felt that we were not taken as seriously as other potential members, and I got the impression that our age may have played a role in how we were treated. I was trying to schedule a tour during a slower time at the gym, and the process was made unnecessarily difficult. This was especially frustrating because I had already looked into the membership pricing and knew that I could afford the gym. What really stood out to me was that shortly after speaking with us, an older couple came in and appeared to be treated much more attentively and seriously. The difference in how we were treated left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against based on age. I was genuinely excited about joining, but this interaction unfortunately tainted my first impression of the gym. First impression: Booked a tour few weeks ago, the front desk employee (bun, green earrings, a name tag apparently designed to protect her anonymity) had me sign a liability waiver, then when I mentioned I was waiting for a friend, she gestured vaguely to the side and said "Go over there to wait." Nothing says luxury like being shooed off like a stray cat. The actual tour guide, to her credit, was great. Showed up five minutes later, knew her stuff, answered everything. The club is big and has it all: spa, hair and nail salons, massage, chiropractor, endless classes. Would've liked more for the 50+ crowd, though I suspect I'm not the target demographic. Downsides: wet floors and a small herd of children stampeding across the first floor, plus Brea Mall is one giant construction zone right now, so parking is its own cardio workout. Now, the price. Adult memberships here start at $349/month, and it's month-to-month with no annual contract, the total climbs from there once you add family. For $349 a month I expect the "luxury" to start at the front door, not five minutes after it. Verdict: mixed feelings. Fully equipped, sure. But at that rate, the name and the price tag are both doing some heavy lifting. read more

Love coming to this new gym in Brea. The only negatives would be no red light therapy and sometimes the kids pool rules are very restrictive. I appreciate the constant cleaning, the number of classes, how easy the app is to use, and how many people are there to better their health! Amy in the spa is great for facials and the food at the cafe is great and healthy (steak bowl is my favorite). Poolside service is a nice perk, although takes a bit of time. I've been a member at Life Time Brea for about 2 months, and think it's worth it! It's definitely expensive, and parking can be rough during peak hours. The equipment isn't necessarily better than LA Fitness, Crunch, or EOS (although the squat racks at Lifetime are WAY better), but there are so many classes and amenities that I feel like you get your money's worth, if you actually use them. A big reason I've been loving it is because of June! I take her Mat Pilates and CTR classes and she is the best! I was always intimidated to try these classes, but she's so welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable. I also love that her classes are early, so I can take a class, strength train after, and still have time to work remotely, play pickleball & relax outside. I easily spend 5 to 7 hours here some days! If you're someone who will take advantage of the classes and amenities, I think Life Time is worth it. If you're just looking for basic gym equipment, there are definitely cheaper options. read more

I felt so comfortable throughout the entire experience, and the instant relief of being able to finally relax my shoulders was amazing. As someone with a high-stress job, I've realized how important recovery and taking time to reset really are, and this was exactly what my body needed. Please train or hire better staff for your front desk / sales department This place felt like a good idea when I first spotted it. The recent Wall Street Journal case study on the rise of luxury athletic clubs piqued my interest. I always wanted to go back to the ARC. My family was excited to see this place, especially the pool, pickleball court, Pilates facility, and recovery area. I thought this place would stand out. When we decided to visit this place today, we were met with a "you missed the tour at 11 am, please come back at 12 pm." We didn't think much of it, so we explored the Bre Mall with our 1.5-year-old and returned. As soon as we returned, we were asked to provide our ID (unusual) and contact information (kinda too much for a tour). We were asked to stand to the side for our tour. The mushache man in the suit disregarded us as if we were unwelcome and told us to stand in another area. We later saw more people funneled in at 12:15, getting a tour. Shortly, we were divided by "members" and "non-members." The non-member was not prioritized to get a tour. It was clear "newbies" are de-prioritized. I'm not sure why this sales tactic was used; were they supposed to get people to seek "acceptance" and get a membership right away? To me, this was both infuriating and disrespectful. Finally, after a long 15 minutes, more staff came, and we were divided into 3 groups for a tour. From what I heard from the staff, it was clear he was not trained to give tours or had little understanding of the offering. I was very underwhelmed. During the tour, we were not shown the pool, the kids' academy (inside), the outdoor pickleball court, or other amenities I saw online. We were not incentivized with the July Promotion, nor did the staff try to encourage us to sign up. I'm not sure why we decided to spend our morning here, hoping to sign up 3 family members and get access to the luxury athletic club. Instead, my wife was left angry because she was neither greeted nor treated as an esteemed guest. My daughter lost interest and wanted to just go home. It goes without saying that this was a terrible experience. It's unfortunate that despite the amount of work and planning the people at life time did to ensure the facility is beautiful and thoughtful, the front desk and the mustache man in a suit left this place very undesirable. Love this gym and I am not a typical gym gal. This has everything you need and more, clean state of the art machines and technology - classes at night is what I depend on - CTR, Yoga and dance classes are amazing - keep the night classes coming. My personal trainer is amazing - Jessica is such a great person, really listens to my needs and goals and helps me achieve them. Two months I have noticed a change in my toning and strength. Overall, I like the gym. The equipment is excellent, the facility is modern, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. My son also enjoys the Kids Club and has had great experiences with the employees there--they're always very kind to him. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Weekends are extremely crowded. It's often difficult to even find an available treadmill, so if you're someone who works out on weekends, expect to wait. The Kids Club staff is wonderful, but the environment can be very loud. My son has mentioned that there are often children screaming, which can make it overwhelming at times. One thing I was surprised by is the lack of a dedicated stretching or mobility area. There isn't any turf or padded mat space, so if you want to stretch, you're essentially on the hard gym floor, which doesn't feel very clean or comfortable. I've taken two group fitness classes, and both times the class ran out of equipment. An instructor mentioned someone was going to get more supplies, but they never returned, so several participants had to go without. The coworking space is another disappointment. It's very small, almost always full, and surprisingly loud. If you're hoping to work remotely or take virtual meetings, it's probably not the best environment. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of the women's locker room and spa/cold plunge area. There is frequently a noticeable amount of hair on the floors, and the floors often stay wet, making them quite slippery. Employees are regularly walking through the area, so it seems like quick, routine sweeping and mopping throughout the day would make a big difference in both cleanliness and safety. Overall, it's a nice gym with great equipment and friendly staff, and there are definitely things they do well. With a little more attention to cleanliness, dedicated stretching space, better stocking of class equipment, and improvements to the coworking area, it would be an even better experience. I used the spa around noon today, and the chemical fumes burned my eyes badly even though I never submerged my face. My eyes are still burning hours later. I think the water chemistry may need to be checked asap Update: the cafe needs work muffins raw in the middle wraps are bad like you're eating an Amazon box cardboard bag the chicken was so dry and overcooked and the tortillas are nasty. Just get some spinach tortillas. They were hard and cold. They definitely need work. The food is not it for $16 absolutely not for a wrap that was that bad There are never any recovery chairs .. there were more chairs with planet fitness ... they should have moved all this beds that never get used for stretching with a private trainer and added more chairs they need at least 5 more there is always a line and it's very frustrating read more

A bit smaller than the Irvine locaton but the location is prime and the community seems nicer which makes it a better experience for me. The gym is clean and the equipment selection is great. A bonus is taking group fitness classes with my favorites like June, Irene, and Juan. You can tell they genuinely care about the community. Shout out to these instructors for being kind and still creating a challenging class each week. The gym is beautiful , it has the best equipment and recovery areas. That's about all that's good about it. The food absolutely sucks there, zero flavor and over priced. The beverages aren't anything special and are close to erewhon prices. I took a few classes and they were decent, the teachers stayed at the front demonstrating the entire time. The classes are definitely for moderate to advanced individuals they are very challenging not for beginners. The employees aren't very friendly, that seems to bother a lot of people I personally don't care. Overall it's a beautiful gym with plenty of amenities BUT the parking situation is soooooo bad! Came to tour the place and the staff were strange. Girl at the front desk would not speak to me directly but instead, only my brother. She kept on calling me a "they"... if you're going to go as far as gendering a person and even have it on your tag, maybe talk directly to me? Weirdest experience of my life though I normally do not care. It was just very much overemphasized and I found the indirect communication to be disrespectful even though I tried talking to her directly. After reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised, the staff are poorly trained on etiquette though it was a constant selling point on why people should join the club, that etiquette is very important because Lifetime is more than just a gym, it's a country club. As someone who grew up on country clubs, I wouldn't call this one but I digress. When we took the tour, the guide made me feel like I was going too slowly by making rushing hand gestures or asking too many questions, though the tour took no more than 10-15 minutes. During the tour we saw the different amenities and this club is stocked full of top of the line machines and they offer various services from stretching to hair and nails and the prices are on the higher end. The more that was revealed, the less appealing the club became since there seemed to be offerings of group classes though there never seems to be many classes going on during the two times we have toured. Actually, I've only seen one and we were informed that only one of the four studios were available for use when classes weren't in session. However, the yoga and the Pilates studios both had someone using the space even though it was supposed to be empty including a woman in a hijab performing an Islamic prayer and when we went in, she gave us an annoyed and nasty face the entire time we were there, as if we were rude for interrupting her and I left that space feeling uncomfortable and unable to tour the rest of it. Even the guide made a comment. The guide rushed us to see pricing without letting us tour the pool area until my brother asked and that's when we found out that certain areas of the club are not yet open and to tour the pool we had to go through the beach club, which wasn't open, and he wasn't supposed to allow us to go there and acted almost as if we were bothering him by asking. At the pool it was crowded and trash littered the area, cups and bowls on tables. In the adults section, the lanes were crowded by people in floaties so don't expect to swim any laps, none of them are open without having to ask someone to move into other lanes. I find that to be awkward. The cabanas are a cool move because it's $600 to rent them for the day and the cost goes towards food credit and you can bring 12 people, members or not with you, though the other guide told me it was only 8 people so I'm not entirely sure. The pricing is full price for 1 adult, 50% for the second on the same account which you would either have to be married to the primary holder or live in the same household. 3rd and 4th adult would be $100 I believe, but has an age limit between 18-25 years old. Juniors, 3 months to 13 years old are priced at $100 ea. There is a $200 initiation fee paid once but the money can be used towards services and private classes but not food. You have four guest passes a month, but the same person cannot return with you for 60 days. The fine print is real, so be aware. Overall, the pricing is steep for someone who doesn't have much time to fight for spaces in classes or who doesn't have kids. The daycare makes it worth it but check the limited hours. Once the novelty wears off, there is plenty to feel weary about. Parking is one of them. read more

Parking is not so great, the parking lanes are crowded and spaces and lanes are tight. Also the acoustics need to be optimized in the gum. The gym floor is very loud mostly due to the Alpha classes, the music and instructor are loud. It's a very different experience at Laguna Niguel and Irvine location. Hopefully they can add more classes (strength Shred, Barbell lifting, and Maxout classes). Seems like the focus on strength is primarily Alpha and GTX classes. read more

Something feels off about this place. The staff could definitely use more training. Before my tour even started, the employee helping me immediately emphasized the pricing in a way that felt like he was trying to discourage me from joining. He also struggled to answer several basic questions, and the overall interaction felt dismissive. A lot of the facility was extremely wet, including the bathrooms, sauna and steam room areas, and the hallways leading to the pool. It felt like a slipping hazard. The pool area was also loud and chaotic, with kids running around and screaming, so it felt more like a crowded water park than a luxury fitness club. Even the hair appliances in the bathroom felt noticeably cheap. They also dedicate a lot of space to amenities like stretching tables and hydro-massage chairs, which they promote as luxury features, but they are similar to what you would find at a much less expensive gym like Crunch. The weightlifting and machine area felt surprisingly small and crowded. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get equipment during peak hours. The work café was also small, crowded, and extremely loud. It reminded me more of a school cafeteria than a space where someone could realistically focus and work. Parking is another major issue because members are competing with mall and restaurant traffic. I was also told the parking structure can close once it reaches capacity. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the layout, atmosphere, or value. The membership price recently increased, and I don't think the current experience justifies the cost. For now, I'll be sticking with Equinox unless some of these issues are addressed. read more

I think the renovation of all the shops and the Brea Mall are great for the city of Brea and surrounding cities. I hope someone who is involved with developing such a nice shopping center will take in consideration parking for their customers, and make adjustments to expand the parking. It's worse than Disneyland! Sales will eventually cap out and customers will go somewhere else, unfortunately due to spending a half hour of their valuable time finding parking. read more

It was the first day they were open and I worked out really good and the place is really clean and have everything you need to have a good day at the gym and also have spa, jacuzzi, pools and so much more. Ohh because we have better exercise equipment and water slide ooo. 24 fitness and other gyms are the same and they don't charge you $349 dollars. Lifetime Brea is beautiful, and I love the casual vibe. Pros: Even though this gym gets crowded, I can always find equipment to use. Lifetime gyms are exceptionally clean in comparison to LA Fitness, and 24 hour fitness. I would say maybe even than Equinox (I used to go to the Huntington Beach location). The cafe has good smoothies. I love being at this gym because of the casual vibe, as stated earlier. I still go to Lifetime Irvine on weekends since parking there is always easy, and afternoons on a weekend are the best at Irvine. The Brea location is my go to gym Monday-Thursday (rarely weekends). I love being able to access any Lifetime gym. There is no other gym like Lifetime. I was a member at Equinox HB, 24 hour fitness, LA fitness, The Ark Fit, and Lifetime wins. Cons: Parking is insane, and I know it will get worse once Di Tai Fung opens August 31st. I am preparing for that, as I will come before the mall opens. I always find a parking spot even when it is crazy and I drive a truck, which is not always easy to park in small spaces, but I try to be grateful because going to Lifetime is a gift to me. The food: the almond butter smoothie is delicious, make your own bowls are average (Irvine has by far much better food) especially the last bowl I ordered had southwest rice that was not cooked all of the way. Also, the staff is nice, but sometimes the staff gets distracted by their phones, or someone had their nails done, and they stopped helping a customer. I feel customer service etiquette needs to be reviewed sice this is a high-end gym. Cleanliness of the patrons: The staff are always cleaning, and it is the members that have made parts of Lifetime not as clean. For example, the bathroom upstairs next to the stretch recovery area are left with towels and toilet paper on the floor. The locker room has kids running around at times while they should be in the family locker room. There is water on the floor from the gym patrons coming out of the showers (I did not see this at Lifetime Irvine, nor Laguna Niguel). People also stay for a long time on the massage chairs, but there are no signs enforcing that a 10 minute limit for each person is necessary. I have seen people read their book for up to an hour on these chairs and Lifetime should do something, so everyone has a fair chance to enjoy these chairs. Yes, I have listed more cons than pros, but even then I still really love coming here. I listed the cons with the hope that Lifetime management reads this review to take these observations into considerations. read more

Well, can't say I'm not surprised. First day open and the classes are all booked out for two weeks with 10-12 people on the waitlists. cant Book anything further than that yet. I'd be lucky to even get a spot in any single class for the $300 month I'm paying for. Not entirely sure this is going to be worth $300 a month if I can't get access to any classes, which was the main reasons i got this membership. pretty much paying for floor machines only. read more

I am really disappointed that their sales team and the front office will offer you services that never happen. They said that my kids could use the lap pool as long as they can swim across the pool unassisted. Both of my kids are on a swim team, however when we arrived at the pool after signing up, the staff informed us that the pool is only for 18 and over. I showed them that even their own website states the ages for the lap pool to be 12 and over and the manager only said, "Sorry it is only for adults." No one is addressing my issues and their website still states that the lap pool is for 12 + to use. That was the whole reason I purchased a membership since their website stated my kids could use it and I was also told that by the sales people and the front desk, on 3 separate occasions. I have been asking management to address this issue and they still have not for 3 days. No customer relations or etiquette. read more
