I've been a member at the Irvine location since it opened. I've been to the Laguna Niguel and San Clemente. And Irvine was still the best in my opinion. Until now! The new Brea location is just as clean and modern as the Irvine location. But what I appreciate at Brea is the windows in the yoga room, no paid parking and the dedicated pool for lap swimming. It's a much bigger facility too, so it's more spacious. At peak hours the free weights and machines get crowded at Irvine. Granted, my opinion is based solely on today, opening day. We'll see how it goes, but I doubt my opinion will change. This is my new go-to Life Time location!

The much anticipated club is now open and it has exceeded my expectations. I was a little concerned about the monthly cost but after doing the math, this membership is well worth it. I was paying for a gym, yoga studio and a Pilates membership already. The facility is spacious and bright so it never feels cramped. The classes have been great-so many to choose from! The staff is friendly, especially the locker room and front desk associates. I emailed customer service with specific questions and they answered me right away. And I can't not mention the cafe!. The food that I tried was delicious-comparable to CAVA. I spent some time relaxing by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, took the cold plunge, used the hydro massage beds, taken several classes and used the shower and vanity so far so I can say that I'm getting my money's worth! I was worried that parking would be a nightmare but so far, it hasn't been too bad. Ok, now for the CONS (nothing is perfect): The floors in the locker room by the showers and the hallway to the pool are dangerously slippery and wet. It's an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen Shower stalls need to be cleaned better. In a perfect world people would clean up after themselves. Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world and people are slobs! The amount of hair left in showers is DISGUSTING! I feel bad for the staff who have to clean up after thoughtless guests who expect their maids to clean up after them. Signing up for a class can be frustrating but so far, I've been able to get in. One thing I had to bring to the teacher's attention and also a front desk person, the description for a yoga class failed to mention it was a "hot yoga" class. I personally hate hot yoga. If I would have known I wouldn't have signed up, thus taking a spot from someone who would've wanted to be there. Please consult with the teachers and update your descriptions!!

Just took an intro Pilates class here this morning with Aaliyah and loved it! If you're new to…read morereformer Pilates or want a class that's more focused on form and stretch, this is for you. They do fill up the entire class so the instructor isn't demonstrating how to do the moves, but she does walk around and correct form/help you transition. I appreciated this class was so much more focused on making sure you nail the basics because too many trendy studios try to "push" students do harder moves than their core is ready for. I already weight lift so I like Pilates to help me recover and practice good form (especially because I'm prone to not engage my core enough when I lift!). I'm sure their non beginner class is more challenging, but this was a perfect, restorative Saturday morning work out. I also liked the intro course because there were students from all age groups and no pretentious vibe that I've had at other studios where students judge if you're in aesthetic clothes or not (people ranged from cute fits to comfy gym clothes so you can totally do both here). Looking forward to coming back whenever I need a good recovery stretch and to perfect my core strength!

It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

The first several classes were really difficult, but I was immediately hooked!! It was exactly what I needed--- strengthening core, abs, arms, legs, and seat!!! Since the movements are low-impact, it is perfect for new moms whose bodies are still healing and recovering. The classes are still challenging, but I can definitely tell that I am getting stronger. I still have a long journey ahead of me to get back into my pre-baby shape, but I am so glad I chose pure barre to do it. All the instructors/staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They make sure to fix your forms. Every instructor/class has different styles so the classes are never the same, never boring. As I prepare to go back to work, I do wish there were later class times. As of now, 7pm is the latest. Finally, it is a great work out environment; it's very inspiring and motivating to be able to work out surrounded by so many strong ladies!

The instructor was nice and upbeat. Gave MANY hands on corrections which was appreciated but a bit uncomfortable at times. I did not know she would be touching places such as my chest and butt. Usually in my yoga classes we are asked if we are comfortable being touched and given corrections. However that was not communicated at this studio and the hands on nature was immediate and a bit uncomfortable for someone who was not prepared for it. Especially in more private areas such as the butt. Class was great- very hard and may be tough for beginners. Overall I do not think I will return given the price and the atmosphere.

This was my first ever doing lagree fitness. Make sure you go there early to get situated if this is your first time doing lagree fitness or if this is your first class because you have to sign a waiver form. My legs and arms were shaking throughout the workout! Especially since it's my first time doing lagree, It's very tough but feels amazing afterwards. I had to stop at times. I didn't feel judged or anything. I was sore after the class. Maddie helped me with my form throughout the class. This class made me really like Lagree. After the class is done, I got a wipe to sanitize the machine. There is one restroom. No showers. There is a water dispenser. Lots of free parking in the center.

I leave every class feeling like I accomplished something bigger than myself....with the literal physical shakes to compliment this, of course :) I would say this is one of the best Lagree studios I've ever visited and I'm so grateful it's so close to me! Highly recommend taking a class here, be prepared for the SHAKES!

Check-in at the front desk was quick and everyone was really pleasant. Since this was my first VersaClimber class, I was introduced to my instructor, who walked me through the machine and how class would go. The class itself was intense but totally manageable. You can modify or take a break whenever you need to without feeling bad about it at all. 300 calories in 30 minutes, I can't complain!
