The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Quality and efficient is important and they take it seriously. Worth every penny.

It was a terrible experience! This company is NOT part of the Better Business Bureau but if you search for them on the BBB website, you'll see that my family is not their only victim. They are very shady! Initially, the customer service rep (Ryan Kunkel) was friendly. He did their quote and provided a price based on an inventory list. A couple days before the move, another representative called and went over the detailed inventory list again. When the moving truck arrived, the movers (who were contracted and not employees of Top Moving Solutions) stated that the quote was not accurate, and all of their items would not fit on the truck. From there, new paperwork was produced and the price more than doubled from the original quote! My mom called me upset and confused so I called Ryan to find out what was happening. When I explained the situation and questioned how he had done the original quote, he became defensive and then enraged. He yelled and screamed at me, using foul language and then proceeded to hang up on me multiple times, calling back immediately each time to continue his rant. I tried to tell him that I would not speak to him if he continued this behavior and then ended up having to block his phone number to stop the repeating harassing phone calls! When he could no longer reach me to yell at, he called my mom, a senior citizen, and screamed at her! Unacceptable! I called the main phone number on their company website, seeking an explanation and possibly a solution to the price doubling. They explained their process for how they arrive at the original quoted price, and their rep (Ryan Kunkel) did not follow company policy when completing their initial quote. Not only did they not offer a solution or compromise, they wouldn't even listen to my complaint about how Ryan spoke to us on the phone, let alone offer an apology. This was THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had, and this company is deliberately taking advantage of people (senior citizens in this case) who are under a contractual deadline to vacate their homes and have no other alternatives. They insisted on payment in cash, personal check or cashier's check and would not even begin the work without payment up front. I feel safe posting a review now that everything has been delivered (although not everything arrived in good condition) as I feared that if I posted a negative review, they might hold my parents' possessions for ransom or damage them deliberately! This is the caliber of this company - completely unethical, blatantly dishonest, unapologetic crooks! DO NOT USE TOP MOVING SOLUTIONS unless you're prepared to be ripped off and taken advantage of, not to mention being verbally abused and harassed. Unbelievable.
