This review is after receiving service from Nelly in Suite 101. There was no receptionist when I…read morefirst walked in to make an appointment, so luckily her friendly face was in the first suite and she handed me her card. She made her availability open and easy to schedule. When I came in I had to wait while she finished up her appointment, but I had no problem there was plenty reading material. I showed her a picture and described exactly what I wanted and she definitely made me feel comfortable with my decision. It was a very pleasant 2.5 hrs (I have very long thick hair) and she was very patient all through the time. Very friendly and easy to talk to, as well as 17yrs of experience under her belt. I'll definitely be coming back to see her, as I've received so many compliments on my new hair!!!

Went to this location and was greeted by one of the hair stylist who told me to have a seat next to…read morethe nail salon and that the there was only one nail tech and she would be with me shortly. I waited for an hour and a half sitting right by the door to the nail salon for the lady to be done with her client. She finished her client, takes a break to eat, comes back and takes the lady who just walked in. She apparently had an appointment. However, the nail tech walked by me several times. I smiled and spoke each time but was never addressed. When I brought it up to her She said she didn't know I was waiting on her and proceed to give me a business card which I decline. I waited for 1.5 hours to not be seen at all. What type of business Is being ran. Might I add that there was absolutely no way that the tech could have assumed that I was getting my hair done at the salon based on the style that my hair is in. The Salon tech would not have been able to do anything for me. If that was an assumption then she could have asked if I was being helped. I sat one inch from her door. This is unacceptable and just plain rude and inconsiderate of people's time.

The space is quite small so I was able to hear a very awkward conversation between my masseuse and another worker regarding the chocolate my service came with which I ended up not receiving and then was led to my room with my masseuse who had me reconfirm everything that was filled out including if I preferred a quiet massage I did immediately feel uneasy as she asked me when my due date was which caught me off guard as I felt like that was information that was unnecessary unfortunately this just provided the base line for the rest of the experience The massage was fine but the masseuse continuously tried getting me to engage in full conversation and asked me strange questions like where I was set to deliver my baby at which I found unprofessional She then asked where I would go to have my massages before and what I liked about that place And I had to state that they would let me drift off while getting my services and that stopped the conversation for a bit She then made a comment about how I must have a high pain tolerance since I have a chronic illness and I have a lot of knots in my shoulders The worst of it was that I have a big scar on my back that I'm self conscious about due to a surgery I got as a child and she poked it and asked point blank as to what happened and how I got it After a stunned second and a brief explanation she jokingly said "you've had a rough life huh" As nice as the space is and how much I'd like to support a locally owned business I can't see myself coming back here for the price point

When this was brought up, they showed me an entirely different website and said there was another Ann's close by, which is not true. They are all 15-25 min away. After paying, I asked for a receipt which they could not provide so I took a picture of the one for their records.
