I had asked for the same set I had currently on my nails as I am from California and ofcourse my nails were very overgrown lmao. They had me sit in a really cool room specially for pedicures and I really liked that. The man working on my nails and feet is the amazing Peter! He was really nice and was taking the time to make sure I was happy with my results. Unfortunately because I came in a little late and I don't like having to stay when the salon is closed and I really don't like making people stay after hours. I went ahead and let him know that it's ok he didn't have to do a full set of acrylic or anything like that and I just wanted a solid color and one design from my original nails on my thumbnail. He was worried that he wouldn't get it right but I let him know it's ok and I don't really mind if it was perfect or not because at the end of the day he did a great job, the massage was awesome and my nails turned out great, Peter shaped my overgrown natural nails into a almond shape (my favorite shape) and they even had complementary drinks like water and soda, I had a green tea with water. And yah my nails are pretty fly and I really liked my experience there. If you're ever traveling from out of state and staying in San Antonio and have any nail emergencies I would definitely recommend coming here. And hey if you're a San Antonio local and have a hard time finding a good place, I would definitely make this spot my go to place. Before driving out there, I called the front desk to ask about availability for walk-ins and the woman on the phone said it would be a 30 minute wait, however by the time I arrived to the salon, I was almost immediately sat at a booth. The man who took me made sure I got the color, shape and style I wanted before getting to work. He was super friendly, made friendly banter, and made sure I was getting what I wanted the entire time he worked on my nails. The overall process took about 1.5 hours, and my nails came out just the way I had hoped they would!! 20/10 would recommend trying this place out

I have sensitive skin so naturally my skin gets very red and irritated whenever it's waxed -- but my eyebrows were way redder than normal. I asked about the hot stones and she said only if it was the Signature Pedi. I would have just done that if she didn't say Organic had hot stones. Pedi tiers and offerings were not the same as the website attached to their Google Maps. When this was brought up, they showed me an entirely different website and said there was another Ann's close by, which is not true. They are all 15-25 min away. After paying, I asked for a receipt which they could not provide so I took a picture of the one for their records. Underwhelming, kind of uncomfortable, and I was excited to try a new salon closer to my house. Wish I would have stuck to my previous salon which is further but worth it.
