I waited for an hour and a half sitting right by the door to the nail salon for the lady to be done with her client. She finished her client, takes a break to eat, comes back and takes the lady who just walked in. She apparently had an appointment. However, the nail tech walked by me several times. I smiled and spoke each time but was never addressed. When I brought it up to her She said she didn't know I was waiting on her and proceed to give me a business card which I decline. I waited for 1.5 hours to not be seen at all. What type of business Is being ran. Might I add that there was absolutely no way that the tech could have assumed that I was getting my hair done at the salon based on the style that my hair is in. The Salon tech would not have been able to do anything for me. If that was an assumption then she could have asked if I was being helped. I sat one inch from her door. This is unacceptable and just plain rude and inconsiderate of people's time.

Now upon entering I asked the gentleman (owner) as Tina has handed the business to her niece and her husband, if the used drills or acetone to remove gel he assured me the start gently with drill & then follow with acetone. So, pedicure fantastic but drill was used, much to my dismay. But I left it. Then onto me nails ONLY drills used throughout entire process. Both turned out Lovely. But... I DO NOT LIKE DRILLS, I am not confrontational so I let it... To my dismay nails on both toes & hands were sore for some time proceeding the appointment. So I would LOVE to return ONLY IF they follow through on their words. I AM AN ACETONE ONLY DUE TO PRIOR DAMAGE ON BITH TOE/FINGER damage as a result of drills. After a…read morevery quick/soft massage and only one coat of paint (no top coat but there was a base coat and one layer of color) she said "All done." I asked about the hot stones and she said only if it was the Signature Pedi. I would have just done that if she didn't say Organic had hot stones. Pedi tiers and offerings were not the same as the website attached to their Google Maps. When this was brought up, they showed me an entirely different website and said there was another Ann's close by, which is not true. They are all 15-25 min away. After paying, I asked for a receipt which they could not provide so I took a picture of the one for their records. Underwhelming, kind of uncomfortable, and I was excited to try a new salon closer to my house. Wish I would have stuck to my previous salon which is further but worth it.

They took us in with a smile. We both love our nails. They were very friendly. We will be back. There was no one else there so we were catered to. We have to do basic pedicure, manicure because of our jobs so nothing fun, just French tips. We enjoyed ourselves.
