It is really is so stunning! Like after my 1st session for my brows and liner I would have people say they mesmerized by my face before I even told them I had permanent makeup done. After having my touch ups and now my lips done , well I believe they will be even more over taken by my beauty. We went a head and made my eyeliner on the top inter lid a little thicker and it really pops my eyes more. My brows have been the perfect shape since the 1st session and cant wait to see how they are after this touch up, I really love the color. After how impressed I have been with my eye area, I have been SO extremely excited to have my lips done. Like I literal just walked in the door and just the couple of glances I have taken in the mirror, I really love this feeling of gratitude on how beautiful I am. I have had that feeling with just my eyes being done a couple of months ago and I felt so much more confident about myself since then. I followed their shop for the…read morepast few years but was convinced by a family member to try a cheaper artist... and I'll just say when it comes to any beauty related procedure, quality over quantity (cost of service) is everything. Besides microblading, their services also include lipliner and lip tattoos! I submitted an inquiry for a brow correction and received a response within a day. I sent over photos of my current brows (some microblading artists are selective when it comes to corrections/fixing other artists' work) and thankfully, Emily Joy agreed to fix them for me! I put down a 50% deposit and booked an appointment (bookings are only guaranteed with a deposit!). The remaining balance is also charged on the day of the appointment. Medical history is requested along and pre and post-care instructions are provided during booking. They are also sent during the appointment confirmation (about 2-3 days before your appointment) and are also available on their website. Emily Joy had wonderful bedside manner and had a warm, genuine personality and I felt comfortable with her right away! The process of measuring and drawing out my brows took longer in addition to waiting for the topical anesthetic took longer than the actual microblading itself. It's pretty painless for the most part, but once the anesthesia starts to wear off, it feels more like a scratch, if anything at all. She provided a cute post-care tote with Aquaphor, a card with directions on how to take care of your brows, as well as swabs to apply the Aquaphor. I was able to book my touch-up right after we finished our initial session. The studio itself is clean and has the cutest, posh decor. It's shared in an office building with several other businesses and has ample parking. I've constantly received compliments on my brows and every morning, I look at myself in the mirror and think to myself, "I WOKE UP LIKE DIS!" I'm extremely happy with my brows (now) and I'm SO glad that I came to Dollistic!

I really wanted to like the place but unfortunately there is no professionalism. There is no respect of other people's time. I had to drive 30 minutes to my appointments only to be rescheduled pretty much each time because the doors were locked and she was nowhere to be found. The brows I was able to get done turned gray right away not even 2 months after I'm stuck trying to cover them up with makeup. Of course this defeats the purpose of why I got them to start off with. If you want to be rescheduled and cancelled constantly she is the person for you. I will choose to spend my money where my time is respected and people are nice. Although we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, I ended up sitting in the chair for an hour before my pedicure began, as the staff chose to start on my sister's service first. My sister waited about 20 minutes to start, but her experience was just as disappointing; she was left sitting for 25 minutes after her treatment before someone finally came to remove the paraffin wax. My own service was handled just as poorly. The owner started on my nails, but abandoned me mid-service because a new customer walked in and she wanted to take that client instead. I was handed off to another technician who spent the entire time making personal phone calls. To make matters worse, she began filing my nails *after* the shellac had already been applied, which left pieces of polish missing from the tips. When I explained that the service was not properly finished and I did not expect to be there this long, the owner still expected me to pay $70 for the job. My sister's experience was equally bad. She paid $75 for a pedicure performed by an untrained staff member who didn't know how to properly handle the paraffin wax or provide a massage, and the polish on her toes is already separating. Overall, the pricing is not consistent with the quality of service. From the poor cuticle and callus work to the clear priority of chasing new money over finishing existing work, it was an unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. I wish it was a better experience because the people were genuinely nice but I am paying for service after all.

I sat there until 8pm and was never taken care of because the salon was too busy. At 8:15, a woman was finally able to start my pedicure but didn't know how to perform the service. I ended up leaving in tears because this was exhausting and disappointing to experience. Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time slot or plan accordingly? I sat for 2 hours and never even got to get a pedicure.
